This is a no-frills party rental shop but will definitely get you what you need at a fair and affordable price! We rented tables and chairs for a party and the whole process was so easy. We made a reservation about a week before and everything was ready for us when we got there to pick it up. The rentals were definitely visibly used but nothing a little tablecloth couldn't cover up. Super disappointed with this place and will not be coming back. I was excited to have a place right next to me to help with my small business and I ended losing out on almost $200. I rent a helium tank for $90, I told the girl on the phone when I was booking it the size of the balloons and how many. She said I would be fine and to do them the day of so they last. I filled up my balloons -- they lasted an HOUR and when I brought them to my client they were falling to the ground already! My client was mad and I couldn't even make her a new balloon bouquet bc the tank had ran out. I went back to let the Ceci family know and they basically just said there is nothing they can do bc how they just buy the tanks and don't fill them? Or some BS like this. They couldn't even give me some of my $90 back and said they could give me a discount next time. Sorry there isn't going to be a next time! How this place has great reviews no idea since they couldn't even help me out by giving me a partial refund. read more

Since they were less than a mile away from my home, I could pick up the 10 chairs that I rented from them for a small party. The morning before I ended up in the emergency room at the hospital and from the stress of the party coming my wife had a diverticulitis attack. Called CECI from the hospital to tell them that we may have to cancel depending on how long I was at the hospital and how both of us felt when we got home. She said to let us know if we wanted to reschedule and or cancel with a return of our money. Called this Saturday morning, the day of the small party, and told them that we need to cancel because we would not know, when to reschedule after notifying everybody. They said there would be a fee for canceling I said what fee. They said it is in the receipt or contract. Small print, be sure to read small print. 50% for notice outside of 48 hours. apparently there were no exceptions despite the extenuating circumstances. Not a lot of money but enough to be pissed off. Told them I'll reschedule. Don't know when. A local small business should have a better business sense, especially if they want a return local business of their patrons. read more

This review is to warn people who are looking to rent that the delivery charge is outrageous! We didn't go through with our rental reservation due to them wanting to charge $499 to deliver 17 miles. I'm sorry I know gas is expensive but $499?! That's down right robbery. $100 delivery fee for a tank of gas maybe. But not darn near $500! Be forewarned if you're not near their zip code they will charge an outrageous delivery fee, small business or not. read more

DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE I rented 10 plastic chairs and a plastic table. One of the chairs broke when I sat on it and when I was returning the equipment the owner/manager wanted me to pay $15 because the chair broke even though the chair was already in poor shape/condition. It was told to me that if I rent something and it broke, I would have to pay for it. I definitely understand that concept but if the product isn't up to par to rent, it shouldn't be rented out. I asked for their quality control process and whey there was no contract stating this but the manager just made details up when I asked. This place is also cash only and definitely didn't have the customer service that I expected. If you are on the westside and considering party rentals, I would drive a little further to get better service and products. Considering this place is the closest one on the westside, I can see why people default to it. read more

I ordered an 8-foot table which is very long and 15 chairs for party last Saturday. I was quoted a very reasonable $75 total including pick up and delivery. I called back and ordered an additional 5 chairs and a coffee maker for an additional $35. When they arrived they only brought 15 chairs but they did bring the coffee maker. Also on the phone I ordered a table cover and she said she has white, black, gold or silver when they brought me the tablecloth it was gray not silver :( I was going for a winter wonderland look for my daughter's birthday and really expected/needed a silver tablecloth! So please be more honest if we're trying to create a certain look and you say have a silver tablecloth and I'm thinking it's actually silver and shiny otherwise I could have bought my own. Also the employees truck stalled after he had delivered the items to me and he sat out front trying to start the truck for about an hour so it made me really concerned about him and being able to start his work truck full of supplies needed to deliver to another party so hopefully the company can invest in a better vehicle for their employees. read more

I rented two easy-up canopy tents for a beach party; The tenants were in good shape, and the rental in return it's easy and convenient; they even let me pick it up a day early and drop it off a day late simply because that suited my schedule. Never ever go through this business. The morning of our party they decide to cancel our jumper (2 hours before) they are supposed to bring it to our home. When I called to tell them that it was no longer raining, wasn't going to rain, and that they advertise that no matter what they will bring it- they were unhelpful, refused to put me in contact with a manager or owner, and when I finally spoke to a manager they were very rude and blatantly told me they "did not care" that they were ruining my plans, and had greatly let me down. I even offered to pick it up. This company is not only ran unprofessionally, but on top of that they are not accomodating when they make mistakes- they offered me no help or solution for a problem that they caused. read more

Very disappointed that I was charged $20 each for two chairs that were "stained". I agree yesterday's unexpected rainfall caused my decorations to drip. Apparently the colored tissue paper dripped yellow on the seats while we were inside protecting ourselves from the torrential downpour and lightning strikes. As soon as we came out we realized what had happened, bleached and dried off the chairs. That was not good enough apparently. We are now the proud owner of 2 slightly yellowed cheap folding party chairs. FYI- I was never told nor did I ever agree to buy the chairs if they came back discolored or damaged. I may write to Judge Judy about this but I WON'T be coming back here anymore. They lost good paying consistent customers. The owner tried to charge me the $40 without giving me the goods. I am glad I put my foot down and insisted on keeping our damaged property. read more
