My husband and I decided to get some information about the Tesla. We drove into the parking lot,…read moreparked, and walked in. The showroom was very clean and bright from the natural light. We were greeted by a friendly person. He spoke with us and asked about our interest. He then let us look at the inside of the cars in the showroom while explaining to us the differences in the cars and the pricing. We requested a test drive and he accomidated us. He took my husband's driver's license and made a copy of it. He then took us for a ride in a car similar to what we were interested in. When we returned he allowed for us to test drive it on our own. Once we returned from our test drive we went back to the showroom, returned the key, and talked about options. My husband and I left after that. Overall the experience at Tesla was very positive. The showroom was nice and clean, the person that worked there was very friendly and accommodating, and the cars were nice.

They had di and food truck which was fun. On their service area, they had mini Tesla cars I had fun riding with the kids! lol. Very nice and professional people especially Alexis working to make sure every question was answered. Lucky of a new spot for Tesla/ev core believers!!!

Fabian is a 10/10 professional. I purchased a manual 98 4Runner about a month ago. Since purchase…read moreI've had the car fully looked over by trusted mechanics, who were impressed with the upkeep, and attention to detail by the Yota team. As someone who's not mechanically inclined, I had to put some faith in the seller, and thankfully Fabian didn't let me down! Yota has been more than happy to offer any requested maintenance pre and post purchase wherever they can. The way I see it, a dealer that isn't high volume relies on consistently happy customers, and isn't buying cars that they aren't confident they can sell!

Before I get started on the negative review, I want to share a phone number and email address with…read moreyou for the State Comptroller's office because you will need it. He is going to take your monies that you pay for taxes, title, registration and float it. For me he did this for almost one year. I got my tags today, 2/5/25, I bought my Lexus on 2/29/24. Texas State Comptroller email is CID@cpa.texas.gov or you can call 800-531-5441 ext 3-8707. Now for the review. Like I mentioned earlier, I purchased my Lexus on 2/29/24. When I test drove the SUV, it was exactly what I was looking for and the price was not bad. On the day that I went to pick up the car, I was told as he handed me the keys, not to worry about the check engine light that was now on, that he would fix it. He had to order a part. The car needed to be inspected so if I could bring the car back the following week, the part would be there at the shop to replace, then issue would be resolved so the inspection could be done. The following week, I took the car in as he "had" the part and could get the car inspected. When I picked up the car 3 weeks later.... he said, not to worry about the check engine light, that after driving it for 300 miles it should reset itself. Well that day never came. Then the absolute bold face lying and lack of integrity became a weekly thing for me deal with. I could not get the guy to get my plates. I would call, oh the plates will be here on Wednesday. Wednesday came, no plates. OK the next week the plates will come. No there will be no plates, the paper work was done incorrectly. Had to get the person who sold the car to Alex to re-sign the paperwork, A month later, please come in and sign the transfer paperwork again. OK your tags will be here next week. Next week never came. The inspection was an issue, the car would not pass inspection due to emissions. They needed a new catalytic converter, then a new gas cap. He kept my car for a month. When I got the car finally he says to me, if the check engine light comes on, don't worry...blah blah blah. Sure enough, 2 miles down the road, the check engine light came back on. When I got the car home, me and my son in law, got under the car and low and behold, there was no new or even a used catalytic converter that had been replaced or even a new gas cap. Again, don't have inspection, so I cannot get the tags. Every 60 days I had to drive down to Yota Ranch to get a new paper tag. He was like bring the car in next week every single time we spoke. The whole purpose in having the car is to drive it, right, not to park it at the dealership. I am telling you, the man did not touch the car mechanically. No way. Now it is January 2025 and I still had no plates. Took my car in and left it for another 3 weeks. Came back to get it and was not fixed. Had to threaten him with a fraud report to the state comptroller to get the tags. Lucky him that there was a new law in Texas and he did not have to have an inspection any more. He offered to comp me the TTL money back but of course that was a lie but I got my car back and I got tags today 2/5/25 on a car I purchased on 2/29/24. For the love of God and all things holy, don't buy from this shady establishment. And trust me when I say he is evil. The guy is pure evil, just check out that horn on his head. You will then understand.

The delivery guy was courteous and professional. All done in a matter of minutes. Carvana, company-wise, seems well run. Website design, online navigation, purchase process, loan processing, and home delivery went off without a hitch. I was skeptical of making a vehicle purchase solely online. That is a big financial commitment. Plus, being a used vehicle, I typically want to see first-hand that everything is as expected. Lastly, I enjoy grinding down car salesmen for every dollar and add-on :) That said, Carvana has the best quality (and quantity) photos I've seen, and an abundance of vehicle information. Their 3D interior/exterior photos put you in the driver's seat. So, I was not lacking for vehicle details. They called out some flaws (using that word lightly), such as driver's seat decolorization, that I do not see at all. That gives me the impression that they are very conservative with their assessments, which is good. As for price, although I was not happy about a nearly $2000 shipping charge, overall, the final bill was comparable to dealerships countrywide, and better than Kelley Blue Book (or similar). Anyhow, the shipping fee was typical for out-of-state dealerships too (assuming they were willing to ship, many do not because they can sell locally and/or do not want to deal with liability). Overall, I recommend and would buy from them again.

I had to put in how I want to receive my payment online and then got an appointment scheduled to handover. Easy peasy. Quick note - Carvana offer was far higher than any other offers I received including Carmax
