But that's not all - I was in a protracted battle with my insurance company, which denied our claim. Phil was confident that we would win an appeal of the initial denial and explained the process to me, assisted with submitting all the required documentation, met with the insurance person and the neutral "arbitrator" handling our appeal to look at the roof, etc. And Phil was right! We won our appeal and, as a result, the insurance company had to pay for our new roof. Without Phil and Ashley's guidance, I wouldn't have even known how to handle that process. They knew WAY more than my own insurance agent and were so dedicated to helping me find a resolution. Why don't you focus on bringing some of the nice features of your house back to their original state and on things that you will notice more than your garage."
