This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

We were initially confident in their service and even referred a friend who also needed a window replacement. During the installation, the technician damaged the trim piece next to the front windshield on the passenger side, which contains an important safety sensor. He acknowledged the damage and told us he would order a replacement part and install it within a month. Unfortunately, that is when the problems began. Instead of taking responsibility, he later denied causing the damage and claimed it was a design issue with Lexus, stating that the part should never have been attached to the windshield in the first place. He repeatedly postponed appointments and continuously made excuses for why he could not meet to replace the damaged part. By May, after months of delays, we had to ask someone else to contact him on our behalf because of our busy work schedules. He responded and promised to meet us the following week. He even stated that he would arrive at the agreed location within 30 minutes. However, he never showed up. Shortly afterward, his prepaid phone service was disconnected, making it impossible to reach him. At this point, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. Unless this company resolves the issue and properly replaces the damaged part, we intend to file a claim and report the business to the appropriate agencies. We simply want the damage repaired as originally promised. Until that happens, we feel obligated to share our honest experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.

Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass. Marlo installed the new low e double pane glass and I now have a window that is in much better condition, clean, and way more efficient. Thanks Cut Rate & Marlo

He was able to come out a few days later, take measurements and get me a quote. He was also able to source the door and trim which saved me a lot of guesswork. As soon as the doors came in, he reached out to schedule and he had the doors hung within a couple of hours. His attention to detail is what really stood out to me. He was able to source the exact doors, trim and handles I have so it looks like this came installed from the builder. Everything is level and looks great. He was even able to refer me to someone to get the doors painted and that person did an awesome job as well. I'm writing this review to warn those who could be deceive and scam by these guys trying to offer you "Free repair"for chips on your windshield, but instead they will try to file a claim with your insurance without telling you first. If it happened to you too, please leave a review. If you are going directly to them for service, it is a different story, but still do be careful because they are shady. I did try to talk with the employee (Robert) and the Boss (Pete) first to resolve this, but they aren't willing to reason and Pete started dodging my call. I told the receptionist (Emma) that if Pete isn't willing to talk to me, (Which he did not) then I have to take defensive action. So I filed a metro police report to keep them on record, and this review to prevent others from being scammed. So here is what happened. I was getting a car wash on the W. Windmill Ln and S. Rainbow Blvd Sinclair Gas Station where this Clear quality Auto Glass is operating. A car wash employee and this Robert Hernandez(from Clear Quality Auto Glass) approach me for the car wash and Robert started telling me about the chip on my windshield and said that they can repair this. I've refused it because you can't really see it and it doesn't need fixing, but because he said is completely free and he is working at the car wash I was naive enough to think that for such a small chip, it is complementary from getting the car wash service there. He only ask to "see" the insurance card afterwards. So they took the car and proceed on to the car wash and at the meantime I waited in the waiting room. After the a while, Robert came in to tell me that the car is clean and the chip is fixed, now all he needs is to see my insurance card and walked out of the waiting room. I thought he just needed to make sure this car is insured, and I wasn't just going to take off before saying thanks and let him see the insurance card. So I went to find him and let him see the insurance card, but he took the card and walked away to his clip board and started writing down information at the same time he is already connected an agent to my insurance company Allstate on his little headset, telling me to get on the phone for him. At this point I was pissed, I told him that I am done with him, a claim with the insurance is not free and that to think it is okay to deceive me or anyone like that, I not going to go through with his scam. I walked to my car and ripped the cheap resin and tape fix that they did. who would of thought they would try to scam for a fix that only cost them less than a dollar. You can easily get these bottle of resin for couple bucks and fix all the chips and dents you want. However, he did wrote down my insurance info on a form, so I went back to him and asked for it, and he refused, no reason. If they aren't doing anything shady, they have no reason to keep it. I even tried to take my form from the clipboard, but he stopped me and said it is his. For a shady company like this, even if they can't file a claim without consent from the owner, they can probably do other things with it. So I asked around for the owner of gas station/car wash who just happened to be there at the time. The owner Winston, said that Robert is an employee with his partnered location, so he gave me the Pete's (the boss) number. I've called and talked to Pete calmly saying that I don't appreciate them doing business this way, by deceive and scam, but I like to resolve with him without having escalate, all I need is the form with my information and nothing else. Thinking Pete would resolve this since they have no reason to keep my form, after Robert talked to Pete, Robert said there is no way I am getting the form back, again, no reason. I called Pete again to try to reason with him one last time, but this time the receptionist Emma picks up said that Pete is out of the office. I've told her to have him call me back or I have to take defensive action, She "can't find him", and he never called me back. So, they can deal with a police report and a informing review to warn others. read more

I absolutely love Clear Quality Auto Glass!!!! They saved my life honestly! On my way to work someone threw a stone off the overpass and broke my front window! I did not know what to do. I am one of those people that knows where to put the gas in the car, that is about all. I drove my car to the hospital where I worked and was able to see enough to get to work on time. I had no idea how I would be able to pick my young children up from daycare after work. I was new to Las Vegas. I told the nurses sitting around waiting fir am report. One of the girls said, You need to call Clear Quality Auto Glass! They will fix your windshield right here while you work your shift. So I called Clear Quality the girl that answered my call was so nice and understanding. Someone came out in less than an hour. The price was much better than I had ever imagined something like glass being replaced would cost and it included same day service at my work!!! I recommend you call Clear Quality Auto Glass. I was able to pick my children up on time and bring them home instead of worry how would I get them and myself home in this barely drive able car. They saved the day. It is the best place ever! So I first wrote a review on how disappointed I was in how my replacement windshield was installed. The molding was uneven and I was not very happy. I let Pete (Owner) know about my dissatisfaction and he made it a point to come out himself to inspect the work and make it right. I believe in any situation or business we can make an occasional mistake then learn or become better for it. Thank you Pete for making it right and standing behind your work 100% Nice to know we have business owners out there that take pride in there business and making sure their customers leave satisfied, even if it means a do over. The guys here are completely awesome!!! I was on my way to work and some idiot went flying onto the shoulder of the road to pass me throwing a bunch of debree right into my windshield creating a big Starburst in my windshield! I knew it could spread so I didn't wash my car for weeks! I was able to finally get my car into Clear Quality and explained everything to the repair guy, when he heard what had happened and told me he would see what he could do about getting me a wash included with the repair....sure enough the manager at the was was nice enough to say yes. They have great customer service (which is very hard to find) and go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. read more

I went in for a car wash and fortunately their windshield guy noticed the huge Starburst in my windshield. When he told me it was a no cost repair and that my insurance would cover all cost and wave my deductible I was a little skeptical but he was a man of his word, my insurance covered ALL cost. The best part was that the repair was finished before my car wash was done. read more
