Not sure of other people's experience here but my experience was completely diffrent. Milo helped with an alignment and with a noise coming from the pitman arm. Thanks to the crew at Cejas! I have always been welcomed warmly, and treated w respect. As a women it's tough to find a car place you can trust to not being ripped off. I've just finished my third great experience. In May I replaced four Tires, best deal in town. Last week I received the lowest quote in town on four tires, both front control arms, and my shocks and struts. They did it next day, and gave me a loaner car for the day. After hearing some squeaks the next week, I brought in today and even tho it was not there fault (I think a loose rock in wheel well), they lifted it right up and removed. Great store to purchase tires! I am on my 4th purchase from this place and could not be happier! The installed price was much lower than all of the other tire shops in Ukiah and I got a free tire warranty that covers flat repairs and tire rotations. I would recommend doing business somewheres else after my experience with Ceja. It started out with calling for an quote, Ceja tires gave a price that beat out other local competition, they gave me a "out the door quote." I brought my car in, had the tires installed, and was overcharged based on the price that they quoted me. Once questioned, they said The guy that gave a quote wasn't working. They said they would talk to him about it and give me a call later that day. They never called. They never called the next day. They never called at all. I had to go back into the store and ask the manager about it. He said there was nothing they could do about refunding the difference. Even though one of Ceja's competitors may be slightly more expensive I would recommend going with them over Ceja because at least you know you'll get it honest quote. Stay Away!!! It is not a coincidence that 4 of their 6 reviews say the same thing. They lie and think they know it all. Stripped the lugs bolt on my Mercedes Benz S600. Told me the lug bolts are after market wheel locks and that they saved me because they are so good and knowledgeable. Come to find out from dealer that the bolts are just 17mil like every other Benz lug bolt in the world. The hacks stripped it cause they don't know shit. Had to fight for ever to get them to buy me knew ones. They Made me drive out of my war 170 miles to spite me and pick up the new bolts. I specifically asked them to leave them at the dealer who was fixing the work and they purposely took them to give me the run around. They replaced one tire stripped all 5 lugs. Wheel was not balanced correctly. Waste of time and money. Stay Away They Are Super Hacks and liars. JUst look at their reviews. read more

Beware! Being new to Ukiah we went to this shop because we had good service from the Healdsburg shop in the past. They are NOT the same!! My husband recently installed a new front end in my car so it was in need of an alignment. First, I was quoted one price on the phone and then a higher price when I dropped off the car (by the same person.) After I picked up the car, my husband decided to rotate the tires. Looking underneath, the first thing he noticed that was both the brand new boots were completely twisted. We took the car back to the shop first thing and when we told them why we were there, the guy replied "I know." You know? Then WHY would you let it leave your shop that way? They fixed it, but very grudgingly. Heading back home, now hearing a funny noise in front. Turns out when the removed the shields under the car they just pulled them off, tearing & twisting them in spots. Now not wanting these people anywhere near my car, my husband bought new clips & reinstalled them properly. Be warned if you decide to let these people work on your car. Their shoddy workmanship can cause damage! read more

I wouldn't recommend going here, as the work is poor. The workers here don't know what they are doing. Its almost as if the workers have no experience. But here is the WORST part: these guys love to leave loose parts (on purpose) and the steering wheel a bit crooked so you have to return short after! This is crazy! It's dangerous! Buying tires here is ok, but any other adjustment is a waste of money and dangerous. Take the time to drive elsewhere...it's totally worth it. Bought a tire and asked to have the tires rotated and balanced. The car pulled to one side and vibrated at highway speeds. Took the car back a day later and (despite being told the job would be one hour) I waited two and a half hours for the job to be completed. The car still pulls to one side and now vibrates at a slightly higher speed. I got just a boilerplate response when I complained (the alignment must have been because of something I did; not true: It was running fine when I brought it in)...Volvos are difficult to align (!?), etc. Never again. read more

Told me $590 mounted and balanced and 75k warranty tires. When I go to check out it is nearly $800 and notice on the receipt the tires are 60k warranty. I know my ball joints are broken and never heard mention of that at all from them. read more

I had worst Experience. I went there to change transmission fluid for my car. And I ended up getting law quality transmission fluid in my car. After that my car started making unusual noise when I press gas. So finally I went to the place where I bought my car and they replace transmission fluid again and car stopped making that noise right away. So that was waste of mony for me. read more

This is probably the worst place you can go to have any work done. They don't do what they say nor do they treat you with respect. I went in to have tires put on my car that I already had, plus get an alignment. My battery was dead and my shocks seemed worn. So I asked if I could get a new battery and check my struts to see if I need new ones. I was told 2 hours and it'll be done. It took 4 hours and I finally went down to see what was going on and my car was just being pulled in. So I stayed and waited. I didn't get a new battery not where my struts checked. On top of that I drive 10 miles away if that, to redwood valley and my tie rod ends are making noise. Mind you these are new parts I had put on previous to going here. I lift the car and sure as shit the tie rod ends are super loose. I'm just really confused on how a place could test drive my car after working on it and not notice popping noises or the steering super sloppy. So I called and asked what they could do for me. They said they could credit me a little bit and that they're call me back the following day. Nor did I get a call but when I called 2 days later I got attitude from one of the workers. I furious... how could you not want to make a situation right when I'm not expecting anything other than a fucking apology and to do better work... I honestly think this place is a front. The worker that worked on my car has been working there forever they said.... if he had why wouldn't e check bolts that have to do with the alignment... I can only pray this place gets shit down. Then I'll be satisfied. I've seen multiple other people say this place is trash. I should've listened. I'm just curious, if everyone knows this place is trash and they don't go there... how is this place making money.... I can only imagine... read more

ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE! I went back in JAN 2016 to replace all 4 tires. They first quoted me on the phone $99 per tire then when I went to pay after fitment they tried charging me $150 per tire! Claiming they didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned the quote over the phone from a few days prior. Rude gangster wannabe owners and staff. The only reason this shop is still open is probably because they use it to launder cash. I do all vehicle maintenance I can myself and have had mechanic friends for years. They quoted me $499 + tax for front and rear brake pad replacement claiming they had less than 25% left. I took one look at the pads and they were clearly 75%+ left. Its now 10 months later and I'm still using the pads they claimed were near dead. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! Also, $599+tax for my front struts and rear shocks replaced which they straight up LIED to my about! They thought I was some halfwit that didn't know a thing about vehicle maintenance. We had Ceja Tire install new rims and tires on our SUV last year, 2013. They installed the rims and tires which look great. We left the original rims and tires from our SUV with them to sell. They called to say sold the tires and paid us the previously agreed upon price of $100. The problem started when we decided to take back the rims since we hadn't heard from them in over eight months. We contacted them to locate the rims so we could pick them up. We made NUMEROUS trips to Ukiah to pick them up, after they said they would be there for us. Time after time we were very disappointed to discover there were no rims. Each time one of the brothers would claim it was the other brother whom we talked to and come back in an hour, come back on a day he would be at the Ukiah store or he would call back and let us know when we could get the rims. No one ever called. Our main gripe is they never admitted they sold the rims and tried to get us to settle for some cheap steel rims. They finally got what they wanted by wearing us down, as we took the $100. dollars just to get it over with. They got the best of the whole deal and left us extremely disappointed in the way they did business with us. I know it was our mistake in deciding to get the rims back, but it was their dishonesty with us that prompted me in writing this review. read more

Oh Ceja, how you lure people in with your blingy rims, cheap tires prices, and suave talk. It worked on me for awhile, and I even came back when you replaced the wrong tire (Oops!) once, always make me wait longer than you say, speak dismissively to me (because Im a woman?) and leave me wondering if you did what you say you did. Well I moved out of the area so will never use your services again anyways, but I decided to leave this review when I found out you STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME! I bought my last set of tires from you about a year and a half ago and would come in regularly to have them rotated. About a year ago you said I needed new struts, a job that would cost almost $1000. I wasn't able to have that done at the time, and within a few months I noticed my tires were bald (only a bit over a year after purchasing them). I went back in to see what they could do, as they were under warranty, and they told me that because I hadn't gotten the struts fixed when they said, the warranty was void. Bummer. Well I moved and took my car in to a new shop I found with awesome honest mechanics; they did a full inspection and told me my struts were FINE, not even near needing to be replaced, and that the way my tires were worn it was OBVIOUSLY not because of struts but other issues (alignment, psi, etc). This sent me over the edge, and I just want to warn folks out there. I'm glad some folks have gotten good service here but it is clear to me now that they are scammers, smooth talking, chrome covered, dishonest people. read more

QUALITY is not a word that should be associated with this company in any way. Look at the reviews for their Healdsburg and Santa Rosa locations also. I could write pages of the details of my experience getting tires here. First of all, check the prices, they charge different rates for the same tires at their own different locations. At my request for a refund of the difference in quoted and charged price, which I had to return in person to get, the owner himselft threw the check at me. I told him I would report him to BBB and 7 on your side of which he said, I don't care, I have tons of business, you don't matter. They broke two of my tire pressure sensors and told me the fault was the stems, not theirs and nothing was bad just that my sensor system would not work. I find out later they broke the inside part as well which wore the tire out from the inside which caused a leak that cannot be repaired, then told me that was my fault I didn't have the tires checked out sooner. The manager or owner was supposed to return my call about the last incident and never did. This place has laughable customer service and shotty sales and service practices - Go ANYWHERE else but here for tire needs. read more
