Wrist band -we weren't even asked to show it nor wear it
    Latoya E.

Waste of time and money. To end off our trip we decided to stop here and get the all day unlimited wristbands. What a joke. The arcade games are either "temporarily out of order" or they show as they work and take your chips off your play card and the games do not actually work. Upon going outside the kids were excited because of course the unlimited wristbands are for all the outside activities to include: mini golf, bumper boats, kid track, regular track and batting cages. Unfortunately the batting cages are closed for maintenance! The kiddie cars are for children 40" and taller, but the regular track carts also have a height requirement for passengers. This celebration station doesn't cater to smaller children although they allowed us to purchase a wrist band for our 3 year old. The laser tag is also included with the band. There is a wait period as all laser tag places have. The guns were old and did not work properly. My son did not enjoy. He didn't even go a second round, which we all know kids love laser tag and are even willing to wait in long lines to play! That was not the case today. The bumper boats were not fully functional, they had about 7-10 boats in the water, but only three were working. So the line would form and only 3 people at a time would enter. People would just leave the line. This establishment was outdated and very underwhelming. We spent $100+ for two small children ages 8 and 3 to play here and I would think they would at least have working games and batting cages. It's unfair to paying patrons to purchase play cards and all day bands when there aren't even 20 mins worth of things working to play or do. Although the establishment is old and not kept up the staff was friendly, patient and respectful. I spoke to a lady near the batting cages. She asked were we ok and I let her know this place needed some serious upkeep she agreed and apologized for the batting cages being closed. The cashiers were helpful as well as I returned to let them know the games I'd swiped were taking coins but not working, she added the tokens back for us without hesitation. We ended up giving our play card to some kids and leaving. Not a fun outing at all.

Seems to be a lot of old shade on this place. Went here on a field trip and had a blast. Everything worked played pool, had pizza, rode to carts, played laser tag, water rides, arcade, and more. Putt putt looked amazing!

    My scar lol

I got injured when I was there because the putt putt course was unsafe. There was a piece of metal sticking up that scraped up my leg, and I still have the scar (the visit was two months ago). The manager was super nice and gave us a refund and provided me with first aid, but the place itself was super rundown and just not safe. On top of all of that, it was expensive. We ended up spending a lot of money even with the refund and it wasn't worth it at all.

Great for Birthday Parties and small groups however , keep your child (ren) within arms reach. It can get pretty crowded...and fast too. The attractions ( bumper cars , kiddie bumper cars/ single riders and family riders , bumper boats) were all amazing !! The kids enjoyed themselves. The bumper boats water Depth was only 3-feet.

I genuinely wish I didn't have to write such a bad review.... Unfortunately it is necessary. My family and I celebrated my sister's birthday here on a Saturday night. After riding Go-carts and playing one round of Mini Golf, we return to our car to see that it had been broken into. Someone threw a cinder block into our vehicles window. Not only did it break the window, but it slammed in our emergency brake lever (ruining it). Whoever broke into the car, stole ALL of my sister's birthday gifts. Apart from the break in, our experience during our time in the building was nothing short of disappointing. We waited for over an hour to ride Go-carts, there was one employee working the area who was extremely lazy. When we played Mini-golf, multiple courses either didn't work (we lost several golf balls) OR weren't playable (due to the green not being kept up well). As children, we used to come to Celebration Station and have such a great time... that's why we wanted to return as adults. This experience could not have been more disappointing, not to mention, none of the staff seemed to care when we came to them about the break in. My advice? Hire a security guard to ensure some sort of safety for the space. There are CHILDREN who come here to have fun, not to feel threatened or uncomfortable.

mini golf is always fun so is laser tag and the arcade, it was my birthday and I got a free large slushy which is always $10

Unfortunately, that wasn't what happened. During my first race, I was running in third place when another driver repeatedly rammed me from behind. Instead of stopping the driver who was causing the problem, my kart was shut down, allowing me to fall to fourth place. I brushed it off and kept racing. On the next lap, it happened again. My kart was stopped a second time, and two more racers passed me. After that, my kart felt noticeably slower, even with the accelerator fully pressed. Whether that was intentional or part of the system, it certainly didn't feel like I was competing on equal footing anymore. What frustrated me most wasn't losing. I can handle losing. What I can't accept is paying to race while feeling like the race is being controlled instead of officiated fairly. If another driver is creating a safety issue by repeatedly ramming people from behind, address the driver causing the problem, not the person being hit. When I decided I didn't want to participate in my remaining races because I no longer felt the competition was fair, I requested a refund. I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I simply didn't want to continue paying for an experience I no longer enjoyed. I was immediately told the races were non-refundable, with no effort to understand my concerns or offer any reasonable solution. The manager came out, but the interaction only made things worse. The staff wasn't even polite , but and seemed very inexperienced in handling customer complaints. There was no attempt to de-escalate the situation, explain exactly why my kart was repeatedly shut down, or offer any form of customer service that would leave me feeling heard. Everything felt very rigid: "That's our policy," and that was the end of the conversation. I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. I came to spend quality time with my kids and enjoy some friendly competition. Instead, I left frustrated, because I spent a pretty penny for races I was no longer interested in doing. The facility itself is nice, but customer service matters just as much as the attractions. Until management learns how to handle legitimate customer concerns and applies race rules consistently, I can't recommend spending your money here. I'm not sure if it was the color of my skin or gender and I have NEVER made this kinda accusation, but the experience definitely felt targeted.

It was like 20 mins drive. We didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, we were excited to see what this location provided and hoping it will be good compared to the last location we went to in other state. The place was clean and there was a good amount of people playing at the arcade. The service was great. We didn't have any complaints about how the place run. We noticed people who were playing at the claw machines seem to be happy and they won bunch of plushies. We also won a few plushies too. We also took a photo at one of the Photo Booth. The prize redemption prices are astronomical which is a massive disappointment to any kids you've brought who may think that they can get a $0.50 prize after their parents spent $75 in game time for them - and they find that they only have 1/4 of the points needed for the cheapest things. Gaming prices also feel considerably higher than other options in town but with that said, they have the biggest selection of newer games in town so that's a trade off that I can understand. The food appears fine but I haven't had a chance to eat here yet so I can't rate it. The bar service is annoying - despite having a full bar you have to order at a counter - when the bar is open. I understand they probably have issues at this location and I'm sympathetic but I would love to see more of a proper food and bar experience be available during common hours. This place isn't Dave and Busters by any stretch and the way food and drink is handled is where that comparison really hurts Round1. I would come here far more often if they had a better experience in this part of their offering, despite the gaming prices being higher than other options. The staff do seem generally friendly every time we visit though, so that's a big plus.

The space has a laid-back, industrial vibe and does a great job honoring the building's history. This is the third business I've seen occupy this location since moving to Greensboro, and I love that they kept the original garage door windows while giving the space a fresh identity. Between the craft cocktails and arcade games, it's a fun place to spend an evening. The cocktails are great and well crafted. They run about $15, every drink I've tried has been enjoyable, but the House Cosmo has become my go-to, the martini list is a favorite of mine. The bartenders are always friendly and welcoming, and it's fun knowing that one of them founded Girls Guide to Greensboro. George's Garage also keeps things interesting with a great lineup of events, including monthly book clubs, craft nights, and weekly trivia (shout-out to Zero Dark Nerdy!). One tip if you're visiting: George's Garage shares the building with Machete and Sage Mule, so there are parking spaces nearby. Just don't park at Deep Roots Market--you'll likely get towed. Whether you're meeting friends for happy hour, planning a date night, or just looking for a pre or post meal drink, George's Garage is definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely be back.

She stated that she's was supposed to leave at 10pm. She added that the oven was off, so that took away pizza, cheesy dippers, and pretzels. 8 wings come with the classic wings and 5 tenders are in the regular chicken tenders order. I ended up getting Alley sampler which comes with 5 moz stick, 5 wings, 3 tenders, 9oz fries and 5 cheesy dippers. I also got beverage called Berried Alive Lemonade (alcoholic). The total for it all was $38. My food came around 10:15pm. It was hot and fresh. At 10:23pm, I heard final order announcement for food/drinks. At 10:34pm, my friends food arrived. He said it was hot. He was supposed to have garlic parm fries with his chicken tenders and they were regular. They tried to give it on the side but friend said it wasn't good. My friend got a blue Long Island and it was sitting there since the last time we check about 10 minutes ago but no one said anything. There was another drink sitting which was supposed to be mine but apparently someone else took my drink. What was there was a mai tai. The staff began making my drink around 10:46pm and she brought it to me about 2 minutes later. It was tasty. Overall, bowling itself was fine. We had no issues with the lane. The biggest downfall was the wait for food and drinks. There was only one staff in the kitchen. Another lady, who i assumed was a manager didn't help until later on. This bowling alley is definitely not the best in Greensboro. I would say possibly better than Triad Lanes but Spare Time is definitely the best. There is Bourbon Bowl downtown but it's expensive and I haven't been yet. This would be a good spot if you want a chill and not so busy atmosphere. They can get busy though. Personally, this wouldn't be my first choice. I had planned to drink and bowl and it took almost an entire hour just to get my drink. Then there was no time to get another one.
