When it's nice outside the track is open. Indoor laser tag suitable for the young ones. Recently attended a birthday party here and the pizza was actually really good. The staff was friendly and the kids really enjoyed themselves. My son was too tired to go to the arcade, but it looked like they had a lot of different games. Our most recent visit was pretty rough, broken machines everywhere and I don't think I spotted an employee the whole hour and half we were there. It was a weekday evening so it wasn't very crowded but it seemed like there were no staff on hand. More annoyingly was all the busted machines, almost all of which at least wouldn't let you accidentally pay, but not all of them. Several of the games were missing things - like ball games missing all the balls, air hockey missing the pucks, etc - things you won't know until you pay and find it missing. This has never been the best arcade in town and it's been through it's fair share of rough patches but I really hope they make some changes from this. I had really liked the remodel and was hoping it was a sign of a better experience, right now that doesn't look to be the case. read more

Waste of time and money. To end off our trip we decided to stop here and get the all day unlimited wristbands. What a joke. The arcade games are either "temporarily out of order" or they show as they work and take your chips off your play card and the games do not actually work. Upon going outside the kids were excited because of course the unlimited wristbands are for all the outside activities to include: mini golf, bumper boats, kid track, regular track and batting cages. Unfortunately the batting cages are closed for maintenance! The kiddie cars are for children 40" and taller, but the regular track carts also have a height requirement for passengers. This celebration station doesn't cater to smaller children although they allowed us to purchase a wrist band for our 3 year old. The laser tag is also included with the band. There is a wait period as all laser tag places have. The guns were old and did not work properly. My son did not enjoy. He didn't even go a second round, which we all know kids love laser tag and are even willing to wait in long lines to play! That was not the case today. The bumper boats were not fully functional, they had about 7-10 boats in the water, but only three were working. So the line would form and only 3 people at a time would enter. People would just leave the line. This establishment was outdated and very underwhelming. We spent $100+ for two small children ages 8 and 3 to play here and I would think they would at least have working games and batting cages. It's unfair to paying patrons to purchase play cards and all day bands when there aren't even 20 mins worth of things working to play or do. Although the establishment is old and not kept up the staff was friendly, patient and respectful. I spoke to a lady near the batting cages. She asked were we ok and I let her know this place needed some serious upkeep she agreed and apologized for the batting cages being closed. The cashiers were helpful as well as I returned to let them know the games I'd swiped were taking coins but not working, she added the tokens back for us without hesitation. I got injured when I was there because the putt putt course was unsafe. There was a piece of metal sticking up that scraped up my leg, and I still have the scar (the visit was two months ago). The manager was super nice and gave us a refund and provided me with first aid, but the place itself was super rundown and just not safe. On top of all of that, it was expensive. We ended up spending a lot of money even with the refund and it wasn't worth it at all. read more

So I brung my son here for his friends birthday party. What a joke! They ran out of bottled water at 3pm. I went to the food counter and ordered burger and fries. Which the cashier didn't know if fries came with the basket. I was the only order for food. 18 minutes later, I ask for a refund, then was told my food was ready. I want a refund. The manager" well I can't give a refund and food is ready do you want a game card.? I'm not understanding why I can't get a refund after waiting 20 minutes. Went for a get together and we were disappointed. A lot of the arcade games were not working. We waited at least an hour or more for our pizza to come too. When it arrived it looked like they forgot the cheese. Being that the kids were so hungry they ate it anyway but it was terrible. We left and got more to eat elsewhere. read more

I genuinely wish I didn't have to write such a bad review.... Unfortunately it is necessary. My family and I celebrated my sister's birthday here on a Saturday night. After riding Go-carts and playing one round of Mini Golf, we return to our car to see that it had been broken into. Someone threw a cinder block into our vehicles window. Not only did it break the window, but it slammed in our emergency brake lever (ruining it). Whoever broke into the car, stole ALL of my sister's birthday gifts. Apart from the break in, our experience during our time in the building was nothing short of disappointing. We waited for over an hour to ride Go-carts, there was one employee working the area who was extremely lazy. When we played Mini-golf, multiple courses either didn't work (we lost several golf balls) OR weren't playable (due to the green not being kept up well). As children, we used to come to Celebration Station and have such a great time... that's why we wanted to return as adults. This experience could not have been more disappointing, not to mention, none of the staff seemed to care when we came to them about the break in. My advice? Hire a security guard to ensure some sort of safety for the space. There are CHILDREN who come here to have fun, not to feel threatened or uncomfortable. read more

This place is generally good for kids, with lots of things to do; including an arcade, go kart, mini golf, batting cage and boat bumpers. They also have a limited food menu including pizza. It is a popular spot for kids birthday party. The kids love mini golf, so we took them recently after a long time. What caught my attention the most was the total lack of social distancing in these times and not much regard for sanitizing the arcade area, as well as go kart and boating area. For the golf, they were sanitizing the golf clubs but nothing beyond that. I would be very careful if planning to visit this place till things are absolutely back to normal. read more

We have been to celebration station several times before. We ride go karts first and they were a lot of fun. Then we did batting cages and the balls were so fast it shaved my skin off and broke my thumb. Employees could care less they didn't stop the balls from coming, never checked on me, multiple employees saw me bleeding no one asked if I needed anything. I brought my daughter here for her 10th birthday and she had a BLAST!! They have two floors of gaming; including pool tables, laser tag, mini golf AND go-karting! Where else would you go? They have all the food and snacks that even the picky eaters like. The staff is great, the manager Brittany was AMAZING, and she really made my daughter's birthday extra special. Don't waste your time. $40+ for an unlimited wristband. Bumper boats not running, Laser Tag not working, waited 30 minutes in line for go karts, waited another 25 minutes after seated in a go cart while they looked for something someone lost in the track only to not even get to race a whole lap because a kid got turned around with nobody around. This automatically ends everyone's ride and you're expected to wait at the back of the line again for another turn. Use some common sense people. Oh, and don't try and buy a bottle of water because we were told they weren't selling that, but they had beer which is the only thing that might have made what you spend for what you get a little more palatable. Dirty inside & out, leaves & trash littered across nearly every hole in the putt-putt golf area, paddleboat pool was green, more than half the arcade games were out of order & the working ones were WAYYY overpriced per play, unreasonable prices & terrible service at the food counter, got our order wrong & took forever to bring out our meal, and the food quality was not nearly up to par with the prices. Nobody working there takes their job seriously & are giggling on their phones while they mess up people's food for orders. It stunk like stale cheese & weed inside. Terrible!!! Reserved for grand daughter's bday party. Pizza's weren't cut. Manager was ugly about taking them to be cut and tried to say our Reserved room time was up an hour before it was actually up and before the kids food was even brought out. We played mini golf there this weekend. Sadly the mini golf part of it could have been better. The person running the mini golf desk told us to skip 2 holes because the ball gets stuck each time. We paid for 18 holes and could only play 16??? He even gave us extra balls just in case one got stuck somewhere else. The greens had leaves all over them. The cups to putt the ball in were not flush with the green so the ball wouldn't go in the hole. We had to take the cups out just to be able to put the ball in the hole. Water in the boat rides literally looked like they stole shreks swamp. Green and gross. The putt putt ponds were super thick with algae and the third holes lost your balls. Pizza was good, tasted good and have you a huge piece. Choices of drinks were ok. The game cards given to us were messing up. Kind of scary and not in a good way. We were in NC on vacation and stopped by one evening so my 11-year old daughter (and us adults) could have some fun driving go carts. The staff was friendly enough and the facility, while threadbare, was a bit cleaner and better maintained than it might have been. The problem was in how they handled "more aggressive" drivers that shared the track with us. I'm not talking about "nudging past" but rather driving out of bounds to cut off children in front of them and intentionally ramming other carts. I had fun at Celebration Station! We went in to play some mini-golf and ended up going for a ride around the go-kart track as well. I thought the mini-golf course was nice! I actually thought it was going to be a bit bigger because I did not realize they had two courses. Having the two courses it is good for line purposes. We went on a Sunday in September and did not have to worry about waiting, although I imagine during peak times in the Summer it can get petty crowded. The go-kart track was fun! I know its meant for kids, but maybe they should keep younger kids on the family course. There was this young girl who clearly could not control her car at all, but still decided she should race around at full speed. She lost control on a turn, ricocheted going full speed off the side, oh and crashed right into me going full speed, crashing me into the side as well. I was not the happiest of campers. Oh well, I guess that's why you are buckled in tightly. I would go back if I was interested in mini-golf again! read more

My experience here was not good overall. The machines/games are okay. Some of the attractions were not open as it had rained earlier in the day. The staff were HORRIBLE. Very young staff, almost teenagers if I'm guessing properly. They were inattentive and unhelpful especially the one that was supposed to be working laser tag. I notified the manager Whitney who offered to make up for the poor experience the next time I'm in Greensboro (not sure when that'll be). Not sure if I'll go back. read more
