I was recently in the emergency room and I have mobility issues. The ER at Kadlec refused to help me get a ride and my phone had died. I didnt have any money and I called them. They immediately remembered who I was and the woman was patient through my crying and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and because im a long term customer they had my back. Not only was I provided assistance when I truly needed it, I also was given a sense of camaraderie I didnt know I needed. Amazing people. read more

had to use them twice to deliver and retrieve a car to the mechanic. had some issues - both times the driver was quite late, 1/2 hour at least, I was worried about getting to the mechanic and it would be closed! Not sure whats going on there, they used to be reliable as far as time. read more

Last Friday, August 4, 2023, we requested cab service and were told that we'd have a 25-35 minute wait. At 45 minutes I called again, and we were told it would be another fifteen minutes. The cab finally arrived 80 minutes after our order was placed. Unacceptable! After a conversation with the driver, it appeared to be a problem with the dispatcher. Had I know how long it would take, I would have booked with another service. Dispatchers need to be truthful with customers, if they want repeat business and rave ratings. Rosann F. read more

I have been going to this cab company for some over two years now. An I've been uncomfortable in the taxi more times than I can count. The men are overly obsessed with where I work. They also comment on the way I look. Asking questions about my job an even committed on my weight!!! I've call about one problem I had with a taxi driver and nothing aaa done about they didn't even tell the driver about what I said. If you a younger lady I don't recommend this company at all. They will make you feel uncomfortable the whole fucking ride. I wish I could give them a 0. Women need to feel like HUMANs not a fucking peace of ass. read more

I haven't called a cab in years. But I was at my kid's house cooking all evening, entertaining, drinking wine, having a blast. Late into the evening I decided I didn't want to Uber. I wanted to call a cab. My daughter in law said call rad cab. Omg, the sweetest people! The woman on the phone (a saint and a sweetie) for putting up with all my questions. When my chariot arrived it was Roger , like are you kidding me with this guy?! He's like the best gentleman, old school, sweet, down home, country gpa type, THE BEST! I won't use Uber from now on. Rad Cab is beginning to earn back my confidence. I had another positive experience with them. When I called to make a reservation yesterday, the rep (I believe his name was Tim) was very professional and thorough. He took the time to read the details of my pickup back to me to confirm accuracy, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the cab was on-time. The driver arrived early for my 4:00am pickup and ride to the airport. Right at 4:00am, the dispatcher called and left me a pleasant voicemail stating that my cab had arrived. Finally, my driver was friendly and polite, and got me to the airport smoothly and safely. (The cab fare from North Richland to the Pasco airport is about $35, before tip). Since Amigo Taxi doesn't go to the airport, this was my Plan B, and I am glad I gave 'em a go around. I called the dispatcher, and gave them a time. The driver came a few minutes early, and he didn't come knockin' on the door or called me early. He just chilled outside while I was STILL packin'---I totally roll last minute; I hate packing. It was all business driving to the airport. We arrived at the airport in no time. For payment, the guy busted out a swipe card accessory for his iPhone and took care of the payment (well, it took a few attempts due to network issues, but it was super cool!). Driver was hired by Kadlec hospital to drive me home in Benton City on 09/28/23. He arrived on time but could not be bother to help into the vehicle. My hospital aid had to ask him to move the front seat forward so I could sit in the back seat. I finally was able to twist and turn to get inside and was welcomed by very loud hard rock music directly from a speaker behind my head. It was loud and I already had a headache. I asked him to turn it off and he told me that he would turn it down but not off. He said it kept him sane or level headed. I asked him again to turn it off. He did so angrily. On the way to the freeway I was getting a strong breeze from the open window on the passenger side directly into my face. I have pneumonia and am sick. I asked him to close the window. He said no because it was his only cross breeze. I told him to just let me out if he didn't want to give me a ride and he closed the window. He was so angry that he drove like a maniac, speeding and taking corners so hard that i had to hold on to the door. I needed to stop and get medication but I was now afraid of him and just hoped he got me home alive. read more

Excellent and friendly service. My mom needed an ER visit and this taxi service quickly came and got us to the ER as fast as possible. Ambulances are expensive and RAD cab offered a fair price. Also, gave us another great ride back home. This was all between 2-3 am. read more

I have never had a good experience when calling Rad Cab to pick up customers from my place of business. I have had them be notoriously late or even not show up at all. Yesterday a customer requested me to call them to take him to Walmart. They quoted me 45 minutes. Still a long time to wait for a ride when uber would be 10 minutes but that's what he wanted. After an hour I called back as they had not showed up. They said 10-12 more minutes. 20 minutes after I called again. They said sorry, we had to reroute a driver. It took an hour and a half to get this person a ride. That's absolutely unacceptable. I will not be calling them again. read more

After my car was stolen, I needed a ride to work on a miserably hot day. My driver arrived just a minute or two late, but once I told him where I was going he definitely knew the fastest way to get there. He literally took the exact same route I take, including cutting through the mall parking lot. For $11, a reliable ride in a nice clean car with cold AC. very nice service. I have used "tri-city cab" and "Rad cab". Drivers from Rad Cab, they always charge me 32 bucks for from PSC to PNNL lab. However, One of the tri-city cab drivers charged me 57 dollars for from PSC to PNNL lab. I argued with the driver, then he charged me 35 bucks. Use Rad Cab, they are more professional, do not recommend "tri-city cab". read more

Someone else got this cab ride for me. I usually use Tri-Cities taxis, which are always on time. The company's dispatcher promised a cab would pick me up at a local store in a half hour. A half hour was the outside window for my purpose. A cab arrived more than an hour later, however, and the driver knew nothing about the half-hour idea. By the time I realized the cab would be really late, it was too late to find another ride. The timing was really important for the purpose of the ride. The driver returned a shopping cart to the store door, carried a heavy package to the destination door, and was not at fault. Still, because the company was not dependable once, having choices, I would not use it again. read more

Called and was told 15 minutes for the wait; I waited 35 minutes. For the return trip, I called and was told 25 minutes for the wait. After an hour, I called back to see what was going on. I was given a line of excuses and told to wait another 20 minutes. After waiting for an additional 25 minutes, I canceled the call. Waste of time. Poor. Poor. Poor. I called them Sunday morning and was instantly greeted by a young woman who was very helpful and made sure to get all my information. The cab arrived 10 minutes early but was more than happy to wait until we had said goodbye. He grabbed our luggage for us, made small talk, and accommodated our music choices. I have nothing against the drivers. The dispatch is a different story. You can schedule a ride ahead of time even give them your flight number and you'll still be waiting 15 minutes after your bags come out and in some cases 30 minutes after your bags come out for the taxi to arrive.like I said nothing against the drivers but the dispatch needs to be revamped because the drivers always seem to be late. It's not the driver's fault if they don't get the information in time. read more

On Nov 4th I used RAD Cab to take me and my wife to the airport at around 5:30 am. I had called the night before but was told that they were fully booked at the time that I would need to have them take me to the airport. After a long discussion with the very nice dispatch lady and much effort on her part to try to accommodate me with no success, I ended up hanging up very disappointed. Then within 5 minutes RAD Cab called me back to tell me that they could accommodate my request after they had made some rearrangements in their schedules. I was very delighted at the extra lengths that they made on my behalf. The driver ended up showing up at our house right on time and everything went smoothly. This was the second time that I have taken them and I have been very pleased both times. read more

The most pleasant and courteous dispatcher I've ever spoken to! I appreciated her honesty too, in advising me that they couldn't get a cab to me for 30 minutes. I scheduled with RAD, then found another company that could arrive sooner, so called back to advise her. She thanked me. Although I didn't take RAD this time, they were willing to schedule in advance, which gave us peace of mind, taking my husband to the train station in the early morning.
