Year 3- van on time, but dirty, only 1/8 full of gas and affiliated location did not have the paperwork, delaying me again. Spoke to Ian, who explained I would be better off coming to the Flushing office for pickup, which is about 1/2 hour away in rush hour traffic. Ian also suggested I consider renting for 2 days instead of 1, as there would be better service. Basically, couldn't help me any further than that. So I guess I rent from somewhere else next year. Went in for a cylinder 1 misfire and they didn't even run diagnostics on their end to confirm. They just changed the coil and they said I also had a gas leak. Charged me $250 just to tighten a hose and change a coil. They didn't confirm if the issue was the coil or the fuel injector. They also broke my coolant pipes and refused to fix it. I had to spend an extra $200 to supply the parts so they can install it. Only after I told Raj I have video proof showing my coolant wasn't leaking before I dropped it off is when he wanted to fix it as a "favor". They didn't even clean the pool of coolant, said I have to go get it cleaned at a wash. They are super unprofessional and uneducated. I shouldn't have paid them a dime.

Not only did they bring the van to my office in midtown Manhattan to drop it off on Thursday they were so accommodating and came and picked it up in Long Island when we returned it Sunday evening. Unheard of in my book. Pricing was extremely fair and Chris didn't hesitant to say "no problem" when we asked not to be charged for an additional day because of some time constraints. Bottom line is that he will be my first call next time.
