This store is adorable! They have so many books, so many sections and subsections! There is parking…read morein the front, and elsewhere around the little strip area of shops. If you pull in, you do end up backing onto a busy road so leave with caution. As I said, they have a great selection. There are four rooms of boons, each section is clearly labeled and occasional thematic decor. There are also occasional benches so you can sit and debate which books you want to "adopt". They're used, but gently and each has a price lower then the face value written inside. They also have the largest selection of Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys I've ever seen. Its all very impressive.

There are books, presents, local goods, non-book gifts and more for sale & on display. I stopped by recently to pick up some gift cards for holiday presents & walked out with a Pitman coffee mug, local honey and a pack of cards as well. Truthfully there were lots more fun things to buy if I hadn't done most of my holiday shopping already. And if they don't have the book you want in stock, they will gladly order it for you. So happy to see a new local bookseller in business and I will make sure to ask for gift cards for my kiddos from family in the future! Also a great place to shop for those teacher gifts too

They had a nice selection of a variety of genres, and I really liked the children's section, which was partially divided by ages group/reading level (which is helpful for clueless aunties like myself). One of my favorite things about indie bookshops is their bookish gifts/swag, and Inkwood has this in spades. I also enjoyed the staff recommendations throughout the store.

I somehow managed to not notice this store right next to Krispy Kreme until I'd walked past it…read moreprobably half a dozen times. Guess I was focused on getting to donuts, but I'm glad I finally noticed it and now I stop in whenever I'm in the area. It's a smallish space, but well organized with a wide selection of genres. It's primarily books, but they also have DVDs and a small CD section. There are a few stepstools scattered around to help you reach the items on the higher shelves which I appreciate as a not super tall person. I find the CD section difficult to shop though, as it's on lower shelves and even with my glasses on it's tricky to read the small type on the cases near the floor. The employees are friendly and polite and always happy to help if you're looking for a specific title. I've only ever purchased here, but they also take items for trade-in, although you need to make an appointment for that. The prices are generally in line with other used bookstores in the area. Definitely sign up for their e-mail list, as they frequently send out discount codes. Unlike some used bookstores I frequent, I don't always leave here with a find, but I often come across a book on my TBR list at a good price.

I easily found 3 I wanted within a few minutes, then went back looking in the Middle East section for some titles that might help a subject I'm studying at the moment. The place is laid out very neatly, but the titles are arranged in the careless way that you want and love in a used bookstore, allowing you to dig for treasures on your own, albeit within neatly defined genres.
