One of my children had a procedure and my insurance had negotiated rates with them for it, but they failed to honor them and said I owed more. My other child was charged for x-rays when my coverage states they were covered. Additional x-rays seemed to have been taken by the tech for no valid reason, nor was it mentioned at the time of the visit, and they are now passing the charges to me. The doctor herself is great, but someone within the practice is to blame for not accurately charging me and no one is taking ownership. I'll be taking my children elsewhere.

It obviously wasn't, and I was asked to pay $46.11 which I was told was a COPAY - which makes no sense because that it not an amount that a copay would be, and my plan is NOT a copay plan for bi-annual exams / x-rays and I have full coverage for these services. They then told me that they confirmed that x-rays would be covered at 100%, but they billed for a "photographic image" which the insurance denied. The insurance also denied a BS $114 charge for "ORAL HYGIENE INSTRUCTIONS" -- I don't know what kind of game this office is playing, but it's created a great deal of hassle and stress for our family.
