They shared with me that…read moreeverything would covered at 100% for my child's biannual visit, then when they did not receive payment in full from the insurance, they wrote off the balance "as a one-time courtesy" without telling me - seems like a nice thing to do, but since I didn't know this, I assumed that everything would be covered at 100% again for the next visit. It obviously wasn't, and I was asked to pay $46.11 which I was told was a COPAY - which makes no sense because that it not an amount that a copay would be, and my plan is NOT a copay plan for bi-annual exams / x-rays and I have full coverage for these services. They then told me that they confirmed that x-rays would be covered at 100%, but they billed for a "photographic image" which the insurance denied. The insurance also denied a BS $114 charge for "ORAL HYGIENE INSTRUCTIONS" -- I don't know what kind of game this office is playing, but it's created a great deal of hassle and stress for our family.
