I had them fix the screen on a Iphone 14 and Iphone 17 air. They charged me $480 to fix both ($250…read morefor 17 air). I had to take the 14 back because it wouldn't work with the new screen. They said they had to do a hard re-set that they failed to do when we picked up the phone. After about 2 weeks with the 17 air, i started getting notices that my screen wasn't recognized as an apple screen so it didn't want to auto open with facial recognition. About a week later, i had 2 solid white lines going vertically down my screen. The screen was no sign of damage so the only explanation is their screen replacement. I took my phone back to them and they said all they could do is give me a discount to fix the screen after i paid them $250 the first time. DON'T go to them. They charge way too much and do a shabby job.
