I moved here last September. I stopped in here once to drop off my phone and ended up chatting with Ali the entire time he was fixing my screen. He was WONDERFUL! I went into this business a total of two times. The first time the man who owns it was EXTREMELY flirty with me (I am a 24 year old female). The screen cracked within a day, he put on the wrong color screen on AND the case broke on day two of having it. I only went back to this place because it was one of the only places open and my phone was not functional. The owner said to me, "why did you dye your hair that color? it makes you look old." I said, "what??" He replied, "You should dye it back, I WANT YOU TO LOOK YOUNGER." My dad immediately confronted him regarding his comments and the owner was just passive aggressive toward him and refused to adjust any of our pricing after I was humiliated by him. This man is a creep and I hope the community can come together to make this be known before younger girls become victims. read more

0/10 stars. My fiancé dropped her phone breaking the screen on Easter, this place was the only one open and we needed to get it fixed immediately as she was leaving out of town that evening. The only think wrong with the phone was a broken screen, to the point you couldn't click on anything or use the phone. When we walked in Syed quoted us $160 to fix it. I told him that seemed a little high because we had recently fixed the screen on another phone for $99 at Battery Joe. He got very irritated saying Battery Joe was a terrible business and they use bad parts and rip off their customers, but he would give us a discount to $140. Took him a while to fix the phone and he struggled taking it back apart several times because he couldn't make it fit (the final time I had to take the phone and help him because he couldn't get it back together). After finishing he told me he wouldn't charge tax if I paid in cash, I told him I didn't have any only card and so he ran it for $160. After getting home the phone started glitching really bad, locking and unlocking on its own and clicking on the screen when you weren't touching it. Took it back and asked for a refund so that my fiancé could get on the road and get it fixed properly when she got home, and Syed immediately got angry saying we were making it up and that we were defrauding his company. After us yelling back and forth he said he wouldn't give us our money but would put on a new screen. After him struggling a second time we took the phone and left. It worked okay for a week, other than the battery now dies in a couple hours, but now the screen is glitching and phone is unusable until we take it to a real place to get it fixed. I'm certainly not taking it back as he has plenty of signs saying if your phone isn't working after repair it's yours or Apples fault, not his. If it hadn't been Easter we would have gone somewhere else, especially considering the other reviews here and on google. Syed claims Battery Joe is a terrible place and they break your phone and yet his repair work was more expensive and didn't work for more than a week. Go somewhere else for your repair. read more

This place is the absolute worst, having poor customer service and very limited skills. Wanting to give a new business a chance, I took my broken phone screen to them. They quoted me $120 to have it fixed. Most fixes will be cheaper if it is just a crack but my repair also included some other parts due to some water damage that had occurred. My husband was actually the one to drop off and pick up the phone a couple days after I'd gotten the quote. When he picked the phone up, the guy said it would be $160. My husband said that I'd been quoted $120 and they settled at $130 including tax. But the point is, the price may not always be what you think. In addition to them price scam, the repair didn't work! It worked for a couple hours and later in the evening, the phone stopped recognizing when I was touching the screen. We took it back the next day and they tried to claim that I must have dropped it or damaged it in another way. After continued pressing, they agreed to take it back and look at it again. When my husband returned a couple hours later, the screen was fixed but now all of the previously working sounds were no longer working! While trying to fix this, the "repair man" wiped my phone and I lost my contacts and photos. And the sound was never repaired still. This company is a complete SHAM and FRAUD. Do NOT give them your business. They are dishonest and incapable of doing what they say them can do. read more

Before we knew it he has the face opened. I explained to him that we were going to wait on getting it fixed. He tries to negotiate the price and I refuse. He puts the phone face back together and now the fingerprint recognition doesn't work. We comfort it about the problem and he says they just sometimes just stop working. Charged me $150 for shoddy work. When I went to see if he'd fix what HE DID and got called a liar and to call the police. Something tells me this isn't his first time with an unhappy customer.
