BEWARE! I was very disappointed, contacted this company and made an appointment to bring my phone down at the time they told me - 3:15pm. When I arrived, they then told me the person who does those repairs was not there. This is after I sent them a confirming e-mail that I was on my way. I drove 30 minutes in traffic for nothing, they told me to come back on Monday. No chance, I would not use these people to repair anything! read more

I'm not the to leave negative reviews but I had to I buy a cell phone less than six months ago at this place the owner of the shop was really friendly when I first bought the phone he said if I had any problems in the reasonable time that he will take care of me he also gave me a great deal on the phone it was a galaxy note 4 which was really old as far as technology but it was brand new he gave me a good deal on the cell phone off I went six months later my phone completely shut off I did not drop it I do not soak it in water or anything like that so I called him and he said sure bring the cell phone down and let's see what I can do for you so I drove about 45 minutes to get there when I got he looked at the cell phone and he said I cannot find you on my system usually when the warranty is over on the phone kicks out of the system I've never heard that before being that I am in sales you always have records in your system it seems like he didn't want to take responsibility for the product that he sold me he didn't even offer to help me or give me a phone at a discounted price I am very disappointed with this customer service it seems like they're very quick to be nice to you when you give them money but when you go back for them to help you out and it doesn't cost anything they don't want to help you I would recommend buying a cell phone from a place that is reputable and has a warranty and has computers to keep track of purchase and warranties read more

I came in and dropped my phone off and he repaired it and had it back in my hands in about 20mins and also bought a nice case and he gave me a tempered glass screen for free!!
