She should be in another room answering the phone. it's absolutely annoying and disrespectful to the patients waiting in the waiting area. I sat for 1.5 hours waiting and it never subsided . She was loud the entire time on the phone . I have worked in the medical industry and this is unacceptable. I heard stuff I should not be hearing as she spoke with people on the phone.

And Dr. Messenger is AWESOME. This guy knows his stuff. Smart. And funny to boot. Warm and friendly. He got my porcelain veneer back on, and made a minor adjustment which only improved my bite. Everything about this practice is professional.
