Decided to stop in this place as it was located in a plaza and I happened to be in the area. There is enough parking as it's located at the end of the shopping plaza on the same end as Mi Rancho Mexican restaurant. Upon arrival I requested a manicure and pedicure. Prices weren't bad as my manicure was $17, Shellac$15 , Deluxe pedicure $35. Now my manicure sucked and my picture shows I still had dirt under my nails. What was good was the pedicure good and she did a great job my my feet. Overall all of only come in for a pedicure but I would caution on the nails. I go when it's slow because they can get so busy !! they always do great services for me and my daughter I think their specialty that everyone's good at is pedicures and they never go wrong I hate most salons but this one I like . When she first started cutting the nails done I told her the nails were too short for the set I wanted but she insured me it was fine. I read all of these reviews and they say bad things ! But i been going here for like 2-3 years and i always would get my nails and feet done and they always did the best job they could do! I don't expect them to do 1 on 1 nail tech designs but if ur looking for something simple i would recommend! And they did my Halloween nails and were to die for !!! So cute ! They have also stayed after closing to finish my nails or feet . My only complaint is i came with my boyfriend for a pedi and they did him first while i sat and waited :/ like ladies first lol ! Very sloppy, painful, and rushed service!! I had to ask multiple times for my nails to be fixed due to the tech rushing and making mistakes. The original nail tech that started my nails left halfway through to start a new pedicure for someone that entered the salon after I did. Where I was then moved to 3 different stations and waited 20 mins just to get my nails finished!!! A full set shouldn't take 3 stations 2 techs, and over 2 hours! This place gave me an eye infection before when I had lash extensions done. I will never be back.

Well since my toe is still bleeding two hours later, I'm less then happy with my pedicure! I was nice while I was there, mistakes happen. But to still have it bleeding and hurting makes me upset. You splurge for a pedi to relax, not be butchered. I called and they wouldn't even refund any of my money (i am not one to call and complain to places, so this actually took a lot) :( not a good experience. If I could give this salon no stars, I would. I came in on my lunch break, looking to quickly redo the previous shellac manicure that I got from another salon. I asked if they were able to do it, and they said yes, which made me very happy. As the gentlemen was working on removing the gel, I noticed that he didn't do it quite how I usually have it done. He started to file it too much, and now, my nails are paper thin. I heard one of the ladies warn him, in Vietnamese, to not go too far like he always does, which did not make me very confident in this manicure. Then he proceeded to chop my nails off, after telling me he was just going to even them out. All in all, I changed to a regular manicure. Which was done poorly, and despite being short, my nails are extremely uneven, AND they charged me $3 to shoddily remove my shellac manicure. I will NEVER be going back here. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. read more

Last time I went with my mom was to do our eyebrows which we always go with the same lady. While she was doing her service she asked if we wanted a pedicure and I said no we went to try a new place out. I should of never said that that lady switch up on us real quick. We didn't talk to us for the remaining of the service and she didn't take the extra service that she usually does on my mom. While we were checking on our eyebrows thid lady turns the lights off on us me and my mom were laughing because she has mad that we didnt get a pedicure. I have been here 4 times because it's close to my house. I have had 3 deluxe pedicures and they make my nails bleed every time (not bad just in the corners of my big toenail - ouch). They asked me 5 times to get my eyebrows waxed and almost escorted me in a creepy room to get my eyebrows done and I said no. My feet now have more peeling skin then before I went. They put your feet in a plastic bag for wax. I got my nails done here and they filed my shellac off -ouch! Every Time they have hurt me! They destroyed my nails multiple times...they don't clean the tools that they scrape dead skin off your feet . I'm so lucky I haven't got a fungus! read more

I never write reviews, but this time I have to! I went today, like 3 hours ago...I didnt have to wait, that was good and that is why I gave them 1 star. Let's see, during the the pedicure the guy who did it wasn't gently, he hurted me twice, and it felt like he was on a hurry... At the end the towel was really hot and the massage for my left foot wasn't as long and good as for my right one... I asked for a desing but with different colors, the guy mixed the colors that I asked for, with the colors on the the desing on the fake nail!! I finished like a rainbow, I had to ask him to cover some parts, so he was bothered!! Then I got my solar nails done, one lady started them, but then the guy again!! I chose a light pink, and he put light purple!! So I had to change the color of the stones I got on my ring finger... THE WHOLE THING CAME OUT DIFFERENT AS THAT I REALLY WANT IT!! Even WORST, 2 hours after 2 of those stones are missing and he didn't put the gel evenly, so some parts are not shining!! I will NEVER come back there...!!!!!!!!!! read more

Back then there was this one guy that was always giving horrible customer service and sometimes very rash and harsh. But now most of the people there are very nice and give good customer service. When I came, everything looked quite clean. I got my manicure by this nice lady at table number two. She was considerate of what I thought of things and frequently asked if what she was doing is okay. So this "past-dump" turned into quite a good place. read more

OMG the worst experience ever!!!!!! It don't even deserve 1 star! I will be looking into filing a complaint on them! So I am there to get a pedicure, the lady was working on a man next to me. Well when she was done I seen her slowly sneak the Puma stone and "cheese grater" (as I call it) file thingy in her drawer! Mind you she did not rinse nor Sanitize either of them! So she pulls out the puma stone and gets ready to use it on me and was like "mama really", she knew exactly what I was referring to she got up and Went to get a brand new puma stone....so I get distracted on my phone and a few seconds later I feel her filing my foot with the "cheese grater file" OMG the same file she just used on the man next to me that she DID NOT RINSE NOR SANITIZE!!!!!!!!! I lost it! How Disgusting! Nasty! Lazy! UGH!!!!! Then I go to the manager and she says NOTHING!@!!!!!!!
