My natural nails tend to grow upward, and K knew exactly where to place the apex for strength while creating a beautiful slope toward the tip. He also refined the underside of the tip so my oval nails could stay full and feminine without looking thick or bulky. The shape and balance are beautiful from every angle. I'm very particular about my nails and I know exactly what I like, so I really appreciate a nail tech who can explain what he's doing and why. K clearly understands the technical side of his craft, and it shows in his work. He does an amazing job. The spa also provides great service. They have a good system in place that even when it's packed, they manage appointments and walk-ins seamlessly.

I get that so I figured I would get in and out, boy was I wrong. I told the technician that I was in a hurry and wanted a simple pedicure, I don't need the massage, the oils, the fragrances. She didn't listen and thus, the review and rating is not good. Not only was I going to be late getting back to work, I told her my back hurts and I can't sit in that chair for over an hour. She did a great job on my pedicure but the overall experience was negative because of the time it took. It should not take one hour and 20 minutes for a simple pedicure. She added so many coats of polish I had to ask her to stop. Also, she put so much oil on my feet, I told her not to put too much because I had to put my shoes on to go into work.
