Everything at this salon has an add charge that was not explained or noted prior to the service. So it is what it is.. is the attitude. The techs were mostly fine-- though both girls needed their finger fixed multiple times. The designs were not done correctly, it was a whole thing. There wasn't much that could physically be done to make it right because it was closing and the techs left. But the guys at the front desk were less than helpful and basically tried to convince me the cost of the supplies is what warranted the +$15 +$20 +$10. A $5 discount for an outing that was suppose to be memorable for two little girls was ruined when they couldn't execute the SIMPLE vision and then the solution was "it is what it is". If you come here on the regular, I applaud you for navigating the system. As a new comer we are definitely a once and never again.

The quality, consistency, and experience have kept me coming back year after year. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming, the salon is clean and relaxing, and my nails always turn out exactly how I want them. They somehow manage to make appointments feel both efficient and genuinely enjoyable. After 7 years, they've been with me through every season of life -- regular appointments, special events, vacations, celebrations -- and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else.
