While booking…read moremy support ticket with Apple, Computer Advantage showed up as a Premier Partner so I decided to book that as the Apple system advised they would be handle most issues. Computer Advantage was easy to find as it's right on the main road. Walking in, the store is very nice and super clean. The tech came out and greeted me and my check-in was quick and simple. Even with the easy access and great service, my review ends there as Computer Advantage was unable to assist me with my tech issue due to the inability to obtain the Serial Number off of my watch. Though I was able to provide it to them, the "system" wouldn't allow access as it wasn't able to connect to the watch. I'm frustrated by this as my Apple ticket was because my watch wouldn't turn on and they still suggested Computer Advantage. To my dismay, my 27 minute, 17 mile journey was to no avail. However, the service provided by Computer Advantage was professional and appreciated... Now I'm back to booking an appointment at an ACTUAL Apple Store!!! Moral of the story for me is, only book at Apple Stores to save time and mitigate the risk of being redirected to a store.
