The employee who was helping me remained respectful and was simply doing his job by assisting a customer. Watching an employee be treated that way made me very uncomfortable. No one deserves to be spoken to with such disrespect, especially in front of customers. Because of this experience, I will never return to Tuxedo Wine & Spirits. So I came on Yelp to find one of course! I was running a few errands last night and was in a rush and was just looking for the closest place to me that had Moonshine. I just needed to grab a few gifts to bring with me on my trip and will be out of the country, so I was looking for a few liquors to bring that they don't have in France! ***LOCATION*** The location was perfect for us since it was within walking distance from the My GPS took me all the way in front of the cinema, which is the opposite side of where this store is. I ended up driving all around the parking lot before finding it on the other side. It isn't hidden, but maybe Google Maps isn't the best for finding it. So if for some reason it takes you to the Cinema, just go all. the way to the other side! There is plenty of parking in the shared lot out front. ***EXPERIENCE*** The staff was super friendly and helped me choose a Moonshine. I explained what I was looking for and why. I was originally going to get the classic 100 proof Ole Smoky Moonshine and then one of the creamier ones like the White Chocolate Strawberry one, but they only had a few including pickles, banana flavor, cherries, the blue one and a couple of others but not really any that I was looking for. He told me he could order anything and have it in stock, he just needs to know what the customers want. I of course couldn't wait this time, but love that he was very helpful! There was another brand of Moonshine just next to the Ole Smoky that was called Grandaddy Mimms. There were two flavors, apple pie and peach! He told me he thinks this one is better quality, but just not as popular. I saw that it was made in Blairsville, GA, so I decided to go with this one, and it actually worked out perfectly. A Moonshine made in GA that is peach flavored? Definitely the perfect souvenir for friends! haha I also wanted to pick up some Fireball as they don't really have that in France either. I think I may have seen it once in the one Costco they have in the country, but that is all. He showed me all of the sizes they had and also showed me the mini bottles, so I got a large sized bottle and some mini ones as gifts. + I also love how helpful they were but in a 0 pressure to buy anything kind of way. Some places give advice but you feel pressured to take their advice and get it. They were there to answer questions but were very chill and not at all salesman-like! ***STAFF*** Very friendly and helpful! A lady was also there and we were talking about bringing Fireball abroad to friends that haven't had it. I think she was saying that she had taken some to her friends in Australia too. ***PRICE*** The price was normal. I don't buy liquor too often to know all of the prices off hand, but I know I have run into a shop in downtown atlanta to buy some before and the price for a handle of mediocre vodka was like 60$! The 1.75 L bottle of Fireball was only 25$ here! And the Moonshine was just under 22$, which after a quick search, seems to be the normal price! The mini bottles I got were also about 1$ each I believe, since I paid 60$ in total for everything! ***CONCLUSION*** Was not the largest liquor store, but the staff was so friendly. I loved that they can also order whatever you'd like. I don't think I'd be getting anything regularly enough to ask to have it in stock, but I will definitely come here in the future any time I need gifts or ingredients for cocktails! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend coming here if you live in the area or even if you live in Atlanta. It is just outside of the perimeter, so very easy to access and if you live in Atl, I think the 15 min drive to come here is worth it for the prices and the staff :)

Let's see. You are in need of a liquor or two because you might have seen a cocktail on line or had…read moreone made for you and you want to replicate it. Or, you're a bit adventurous and want to explore spirits produced by companies other than the big guys. Maybe none of these are true, and you just need a liquor store. Located in the same building as Manuel's Tavern (which makes plugging it in to your GPS super easy), it's located on the corner with parking that is a tad tricky. You can park behind Manuel's where there are probably 20 spots most marked as being available to Elemental Spirits customers. There are also two 15 minute spots as well that for a quick stop work perfectly. Inside you'll find some of the most helpful and well informed staff in a liquor store I've encountered. Their spirits selection covers the usual categories such as Gin, Vodka, Rum, Bourbon, Sake, etc. In each case, their selections definitely skew a bit off the mass market path (and that's definitely ok). Here you will not see six hundred facings of different Bacardi flavors and Absolut Vodka flavors you'll never really use. Instead, you'll see a carefully selected roster of spirits from a wide range of distilleries that excel at their particular product(s). This is the place you probably can find that unique bottle you've been searching for. Sorry, bourbon hunters, you're probably not going to find some rich stash of Pappy or other overpriced, overhunted bourbon. I'm a rum guy, and while the selection wasn't massive, that which was on offer was a fantastic mix of distillers and blenders, all of whom make excellent products. Picked up some Paranubes Mexican rum from Oaxaca while I was there. There was a great selection of gin, vodka, aperitifs, bitters to explore. They also had a dozen or more bourbons and other spirits where they had worked with the distillers to select a specific barrel (a.k.a. A barrel pick). There's a lot to browse and explore here. Not a spirits person, but focused more on wine? They got you as well. Probably over 250 labels available across a range of grapes, origins and styles. Picked up a Portuguese Rose while I was there most recently. What about beer and cider? They've got you there as well with a diverse selection of those as well - and not dozens of facings of Lite, Busch, Angry Orchard or other mass market products. In the end, a very reasonably priced, exceptionally well stocked liquor store with outstanding staff who know their products exceptionally well. Parking is decent behind Manuel's, and pricing is good given the unique and high quality products they have on offer. Head over there, chat with the staff, and pick something other than that bottle of Absolut, Meyers, or Sapphire you were about to buy. I'm certain you'll find something you will love. Oh, and by the way - looking for old school, classic cocktail glasses? Guess what? They have lots of that on sale as well! Can't recommend these guys enough.
