VINYA VINO + VINYASA…read more I came here with a few girlfriends for their Brunch Flow class, which includes a post-Vinyasa mimosa. When you walk in, the space is a fun surprise with an open concept including a restaurant/bar on the right and a yoga studio with a small retail shop on the left. It caught me by surprised and at first, I thought I went into the wrong door haha Nope, it's just a big space. I forgot my mat, but they rent them for just $3. Inside the studio, everything was spotless. The blocks looked brand new and they had these beautiful handmade blankets that added a cozy, personal touch I haven't seen at other studios. I used it for my knees during certain poses. The instructor's playlist was engaging yet soothing and set the perfect tone for class. FOOD After class, instead of the included mimosas, we grabbed fresh orange juice and a nonalcoholic kombucha and both were delicious. I ordered the Burrata salad and it was outstanding: creamy burrata, fresh arugula and perfectly toasted walnuts. One of my friends ordered the green eggs and loved it as well. SERVICE Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We made our reservations beforehand online without any issues, check-in was quick, renting the mat was easy and the staff at the restaurant side were upbeat and welcoming. It all felt very effortless and organized. AMBIENCE The entire space is decorated beautifully. It felt warm, modern and inviting. The restaurant side has plenty of seating for small to medium groups and the layout makes the yoga-to-brunch flow feel seamless. It's a unique space that feels both energizing and relaxing. It was a perfect vibe for us to have a girls date doing yoga and then grabbing food after. PARKING HUGE plus: lots of parking. This spot is in a strip mall with a shared lot, so parking was plentiful and totally stress-free which is something I always appreciate when heading to a class. I recently discovered they're on ClassPass, so I'll definitely be coming back and signing up for more classes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun yoga experience with great food and great vibes!

We were walk-ins, so seated at the bar but that was more than fine since we got to see all the actions as the dishes were being prepared. They recommend 4-6 dishes for 2 people. What a gem of a restaurant!

Wow. Just wow. My…read morebest friend had been raving about Wolf in the Woods for years, so she brought me here for my birthday. As two serious foodies, our expectations were high. This place exceeded every one of them. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, Wolf in the Woods feels like a hidden European café you'd stumble upon while traveling. Sitting outside beneath the umbrellas with a cocktail, watching the neighborhood stroll by. It felt like a little corner cafe in Paris. Then the food arrived. Every plate was beautifully presented, but the real magic was in the creativity of the flavors. The combinations were unexpected, yet every one worked. Every dish had me wondering how on earth someone came up with these pairings in the first place. The Sweet Corn & Piñon Soup deserves a standing ovation. We literally stopped talking after the first spoonful. Rich, savory, slightly sweet, comforting and completely unexpected all at the same time. Both of our eyes rolled back in our heads. The Beef Tataki completely surprised me. The outside had a delicate seared crust, the inside cut like butter, and the citrus pairing made me rethink what flavors belong together. And the mushroom and polenta dish? The mushrooms had an incredible texture--like savory little pieces of mushroom jerky. I would have happily bought a pound of them just to snack on. Every dish felt like it was taking me somewhere I'd never been before, yet somehow felt familiar at the same time. Wolf in the Woods creates an unforgettable experience.

I made a reservation (just in case) because on a weekend you never know. Luckily, though, we arrived and there was plenty of available seating. My husband and I had our 10 and 5 year old with us and they easily accommodated us. It's a straightforward, but lovely menu that has a little bit for everyone. We enjoyed sharing a few plates and fresh oysters on the half shell. They do not have a kids menu, which was alright with us. Our daughter, who loves a good steak at 5 years old, enjoyed their pub steak and fries and shared a Mexican Coke with her brother. For my husband and I, we enjoyed sharing their beef tartare and to finish it off, a banana split. What we found so whimsical about Finca is their presentation. My husband and I really enjoyed exploring their menu and leaving room for a return visit soon. I couldn't recommend Finca more for anyone looking for a fun and casual dining experience with a lovely staff and unique take on traditional favorites.

I think we ordered just about everything on the left side of the menu, but the standouts were the beef tartare, the lamb osso buco, and the hamachi. Honestly, there wasn't a single bad bite all night. The wine list is thoughtfully curated, with some unique Spanish selections that were a pleasant surprise. This may have just become my new regular haunt. It's a fantastic neighborhood gem that deserves a place on any foodie's must-visit list. Absolutely love this place!

On the wine front, Gata absolutely delivers. The wine list is thoughtfully curated, and it's the kind of place where one glass quickly turns into two because there are simply too many interesting options to pass up. Unfortunately, the food didn't come close to matching either the quality of the wine program or the price point. We ordered the deviled eggs, which turned out to be hard-boiled eggs sliced in half with a piece of ham placed on top. When you order deviled eggs, you generally expect, well... the eggs to actually be deviled. We mentioned our disappointment to the bartender, who was wonderful, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. The explanation was that this is simply their interpretation of deviled eggs. Fair enough, but it wasn't an interpretation that worked for us. Ironically, the standout dish of the evening was the pigs in blankets, which is not a sentence I ever expected to write about an upscale wine bar. They were delicious, but they also raised the question of why the rest of the menu wasn't reaching the same level. Looking back, we realized we were the only people actually eating while everyone else was there for the wine. In hindsight, that should have been the clue. I only wish someone had mentioned that before we made the trip over expecting a tapas experience. Gata has so much potential. The atmosphere is lovely, the wine selection is excellent, and the staff were fantastic. If the small plates eventually rise to the level of the wine program, this place could be truly special. Until then, I'd absolutely recommend it for drinks, but probably not for dinner.

This time around, it was just the 3 of us, to chat over some wine and apps. Had their April featured Pinot, which was amazing (had 2 glasses). It's good to keep in mind that they only sell their flatbreads on certain days and unfortunately, they didn't serve it when we went. So, instead we had the crostinis, which is perfect if you want a little bit of everything, but not sure what to get. My friend got the chicken Caesar wrap, and it was a lot bigger than expected. As far as the ambience, there's seating all around the bar that's located in the middle. So it's convenient to just walk up to the bar to place your order. Servers and bartenders were friendly and quick. Overall this is a great laid-back place for small or large groups.

I wanted to love the salad because it was large and well-dressed, BUT the lettuce was gritty and could've used a more thorough rinse. I ended up not eating much of it because the texture wasn't good. One of my friends got the Rose Salad Pie which she really enjoyed (basically a pizza with Rose Salad on top) and my other friend got the gazpacho which really liked. I would definitely come back and try some other dishes. If I do, I'll update the review!
