It's hard to give up your phone these days but you literally have to do it in order to make do with their queue system. It's just not easy at all to get an estimate on how long it's going to take and what not. You make an appointment to drop it off but there's no guarantee on when it's going to be done. It took longer than expected. The young man doing the repair asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in an hour and he still wasn't done and he seemed almost annoyed that Id come back. I left and came back an hour later. The repair was completed but the screen does not fit exactly like before. Its a small difference, but it isn't flush with the bezel and you can tell when looking at it from the side. Okay but not great.

My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer. They also won't refund me the money! So now I have to buy new monitors which is more than $150 on top of the forced cleaning fees! Unbelievable! This is shady business and they shouldn't be allowed to keep scamming people. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought this was only a misunderstanding, I reached out very kindly to explain all of this and ask for my money back. They only ignore me like I don't exist anymore. Of course, because he knows he scammed me!
