They also claimed that the cases were authentic so I was all for getting one at a cheaper price, of course. Anyway, when we came in a gentleman named Juan assisted us and Showed us the case and how they work and all that good stuff. I was happy with what I saw until he told me they were $45 and when I mentioned the Instagram post he insisted that they were never $35 (see attached picture). Juan also reassured me that the cases were authentic and were cheaper then the online price so both me and my friend purchased them anyway. A day later my friend had realized that the cases were in fact NOT authentic and we had been lied to. Honestly, if I wanted a fake light up phone case I could've easily bought one off EBay or Amazon for like $10 so I was definitely aggravated that I spent so much on something that wasn't real even after being told it was. On 8/26/16 we went to the store to return them and that's when things started going south. Juan was there again and I explained to him why we didn't want them. He said he could take the return but that he could not process it himself and for us to leave our name, number and email address and that we should get the return within like three business days. Mind you, this was a Friday so I'm like okay I'll give it till the Wednesday coming up and we should be fine. Well Wednesday came and went and nothing. I emailed the store and got no response. waited a few more days and still nothing in either of our accounts - going on a week now. Finally I sent another email and the manager called me back. The funny thing is he made it seem like I was being dramatic over wanting my money back. He proceeded to tell me "it's only been a few days and that he's not in the business of stealing money." Excuse me, but a return does not take over a week, I'm sorry. Anyway he said he would take care of it that night which was 9/1/16 - I finally received my return on 9/9/16 which was two weeks after I returned the item. Dealing with the unprofessionalism of this place has been nothing but a headache. Honestly, the truth is that all these 5 star reviews are because they offer you a discount if you leave a good review. I would know, they asked me to leave one when I brought them my iPad to fix in the beginning of the year (review which I've since deleted). & even when I had my iPad fixed their was an issue then too.. Dave let me know that the cigarette lighter replacement might cause some fitting issues, so he walked me through some alternatives if it didn't work out. I came to pick up my car 3 hours later and everything was perfectly installed! The total came out to $428 with tax. There were definitely some cheaper options out there but I felt comfortable knowing that the job would be done correctly the first time here.

Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!

Was told that the product just arrived at the warehouse and would be shipped out that day. Strike 2 -- dont show an item as in stock if you didn't already have it in stock. Two days later, still no email or tracking info, so I have to call again. Strike 3. This time was told by a different guy that my order was refunded because it was out of stock. But I check online and the product is showing as in stock still with a price 2x what I paid (now in line with the rest of the online sphere's pricing) -- idk how many strikes to count for these events but it would be several. Why am I being lied to? Why have I had to reach out every time instead of proactive communication from the retailer? Why was my purchase price not honored like any good retailer would? On top of that, the guy I spoke to the second time offered to have the guy from call #1 contact me as he was the one running point on all this of this and of course I never received a call. Bunch of lying cowards at the fulfillment department of this company. Everything you dont want in a customer experience. Would never spend a dime supporting a business like this.
