6 months ago KC met me for a late evening appointment due to my schedule. I was having an issue charging my phone and expected to have to replace my charging port, and cracked screen. Not only did he repair my screen on my 6plus, but was upfront and honest that all my port needed is cleaning. He could have easily done a repair that was not needed, and charged me for it. I had absolutely no issues what so ever with any of his repairs. This weekend I ran my 6plus over with my Polaris rzr while out in the desert ( I know, im rough on phones). This place rocks! I went in to have my phone cleaned and a phone shell installed without an appointment last night. In the middle of the virus lockdown it was nearly impossible to receive any help or information from Verizon (our mobile plan) when my wife dropped her phone and shattered the screen. This business was easy to find onine, very pleasant when reached by phone, saying we could drop in that day and they would fix the screen immediately. When we showed up... I have to say, these two young men are as welcoming and friendly as anyone I've ever encountered in a retail context (which is why they have 5-star ratings across the board). And they did what they said: told us they'd have it done in 30 minutes, so we went for a sandwich nearby and returned at the 30-minute mark. I've used cell phone 911 twice for my phone. Once in October 2015 and another in December 2015. The first time it was very well done and great/fast service. The 2nd time my repair was not done in the best way, the phone screen kept lifting in one corner, when i contacted them they said it was because "My phone was bent, so the screen couldn't adhere properly". The screen kept lifting more and more and one day when i dropped it the whole screen just popped right out. I was able to pop it back in but it slowly started losing life. Now my screen is completely broken. I"m going to go directly to apple, now i've spent $130 with Cellphone 911 and i'm going to spend another $130 at Apple.
