They said that they have an aftermarket screen that is just as good and if I didn't like it they would change it to oem and I pay the extra 20 charge. Since the second day I have been having all kinds of issues and have been in constant contact. Now they are saying they won't do the oem screen and their 2 weeks is not 2 weeks. I was going to use a groupon to pay $49 for the glass being replaced on my iPhone XR, but it turned out the LCD was messed up too. Avis was nice enough to just charge me the difference, so I totaled up paying $100 flat, and he included a free screen protector as well. I was a walk in, and I was only there for roughly 30 minutes and then I was out! Avis is the man who fixed my phone super fast and was very friendly. He even hooked me up with a badass case on the house when we were done. I'll update the review should anything happen to my screen, but I definitely recommend coming here for screen repair needs! I was going to give five stars until I decided to use my front camera, my front camera is not the same. I do not know what they did but I have a iPhone and now the front camera looks really bad. It's very blurry and they should've told me that before I paid them extra. Another thing I suggest is to fix the customer's phone in front of them so they are able to see for themselves. Every time I get my phone fixed it ends up a disaster. Last time my bank decided to freeze my card over a 40 dollar online purchase without notifying me, and the guy treated me like a criminal trying to scam him when I asked him to try punching it in manually when it declined (wouldn't have worked anyways, but he was a dick about it and refused, and things only went downhill from there). This time, I could say something positive about this place, but I can't. I showed up after dropping my phone at the gas station next door, and was relieved that there was a place next door to fix it fast. First problem was their posted store hours were wrong, his real hours were online, open until 6, but his store said 8. This was around 4:30, and he said he could have it done in an hour. Cool, he didn't mention they closed at 6, so I thought I could handle my other business at a place did close at 6, then go there afterwards to pick up my phone. He just assumed I'd be there around 5:30, and that I knew his hours from the internet. It was irritating, but understandable, but real complaint was the glass. He neglected to tell me BEFORE fixing my phone that the tempered glass for my model wouldn't be there until Tuesday. It was the holidays, and I didn't have time to get there next Tuesday, but when I did over a week after then, my defenseless screen had already cracked, and this is when it went from 'bad' to 'unacceptable'. He wasn't there, but the woman who was told me THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE THE TEMPERED GLASS FOR MY PHONE, OVER A WEEK AFTER HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE THEM, AND THAT IT 'SHOULD' BE THERE NEXT WEEK'. Since then, I haven't bothered going back or calling, but phone's screen has continued to crack slowly, and it's gotten pretty bad to the point of affecting functionality. The time thing was bad communication, but understandable and somewhat compensated for. The tempered glass was just bad business to not tell me beforehand, and the fact that he still hadn't stocked it 10 days after he said he would is just unbelievable. Now I'll be going somewhere else to get my phone fixed, again, because I'm not going to waste my time driving across town to deal with this business, again, in what will probably ultimately result in an argument and blame game over prices because my phone is cracked, again, for the sole reason that the screen has been entirely unprotected for almost a month. That's assuming he ever got the tempered glass for my phone at all. Seemed like a nice guy, but how he handled the necessary tempered glass issue is unacceptable, he shouldn't be offering services he can't deliver. Guess I'll go to Geek Squad, some chain, or an overpriced store in the Galleria area. I'd rather support local business, but so far that hasn't worked out well for me so far. read more

Don't go by the reviews of this shop. I had the worst experience with these people. First they told me different money over the phone and when I went to the store, they said totally different numbers. When I told them the price told over the phone, he brought it little down and then told me to write positive review for EXTRA 5% OFF. Few hours later they fixed my phone and gave it to me. When I took it home, I wasn't getting any calls on my phone because they somebody else's sim in my phone and when I called them and told them I can pick up the sim, he said come back on Monday to get the sim since it's closing hours on Friday now. My WiFi hasn't been working since then and Bluetooth is acting up as well. I got my phone fixed earlier as well from different places but this is the by far my worst experience and I definitely would not recommend anybody to go to this shady place. They are very expert in making up stories. I went to get my iPhone's back repaired and they told me $85 over the phone but when I went to store, they were like you have to pay $130 for some other parts as well without which your phone won't work. They started telling me all this after they opened my phone. So I had no choice but to pay but they still gave me wrong sim, my WiFi hasn't worked since then and my Bluetooth is acting up. They don't know how to talk to customers and talk very rudely. For God's sake never go to this place ever. read more

I came to get my Apple Watch fixed here, upon arrival we needed to make sure the LED screen wasn't broken in the watch before repairs, so I stayed around to wait for my Apple Watch to cut on after being put on the charger after about 5 months, screen was still working well, it was just cracked, so I left, I was told to come back at 2 pm I came back at 2:30-2:45 just to give them a little time, when I arrived they told me that once they began repairs the motherboard which is the powerhouse broke completely (received no call or anything) so I'm pretty tech savvy and I knew from the jump he was lying to me about what happened(WHY?? BECAUSE THE MOTHERBOARD IN MY MACBOOK WENT OUT BEFORE) , I understand things happen but when people don't own up to their shit that is what pisses me off, own up to your shit and take your loss, he stated that it's hard finding older model pieces( series 1) which isn't true, it's easier finding older model pieces than it is to find newer versions. SO i went to another repair shop to ask a question , HOW IRONIC IS IT THAT CELLPHONE HOSPITAL had already contacted him to low ball on a series 1 Apple Watch, he didn't like the price the guy was as selling it for so he continuously told me he couldn't find the part WHICH WAS ANOTHER LIE, he just didn't want to pay for the mess he caused.
