Brought in my daughters 5s with a cracked screen. As they were reattaching the new lcd screen, they tightened it too much and damaged the motherboard. They admitted their mistake and bought a new motherboard at no cost to me. Phone looks good as new. Downside was that she lost everything locally stored on the phone. That's on me for not having an icloud backup taken before I brought it in. I appreciate the honesty and diligence that this company has. My sister in law told me about this place and how nice they were. She was So right! There were two guys in there and honestly they could not have been nicer! Because my son had dropped his brand new I POD 5 and it couldn't be repaired because the part was not yet available, they found a way for him to safely use it with a screen protector. I paid $10 and my son was SO happy to be able to use his it! As soon as the parts become available I will definitely go back for repair. They advised me of what kind of case to get so this wouldn't happen again. (NEVER PUSHY) I will be telling all of my friends about this fantastic find! Hi, I broke the LED screen of my red ATT samsung gsIII a few months ago. I can hear there is a msg or mail coming to my phone, but the screen was totally dead. I went to ATT store, they said its not on warranty, they can't replace it. So I looked around trying to find a good place to go, and I read the yelp reviews from this cellspot. The review are really impressive, except there was one guy gave only one star, but I checked that guy's review, I found he reviewed the wrong store and afterwards he apologized and give this place a good rating. Anyway, my husband and I went to Cellspot last Sunday, and the store is inside the Aria international supermarket, right beside Costco. Jay helped us. First he tried to look for a LED screen that is available that day, but he could not get a red one. We realized that the GS III has different versions for different cellphone service carrier, mine is from ATT, so they have to order from some where else, and it was labor day wknd, Jay told us he would try to get us the red one. Since the red one normally is harder to get, there is possibility that he may replace the LED screen with other color. We agreed with that, but I really like that red color(that's part of reason I bought a gs III from att:P) We were not in a rush, so we waited. And on Friday, I received a call from Jay. I missed his call, but I got his voice msg saying that the phone is ready(Jay called me again a few hrs later to make sure I got that voice msg, so nice of him!) So my husband and I got Cellspot this morning, and got my phone, it looks like new. And Jay managed to get us the Red LED screen. Great! Everything works very well. and Jay charged me very reasonably. We also ask some other questions about how to upgrade the software, and factory unlock things, my husband is trying to unlock his cell phone. Jay answered all our questions. I definitely trust this place. And since we are going to travel abroad, we will do our cell phone unlock here. read more

Ok, so I am new at Yelp. I have never done a review but based on my experience with CellSpot, I had to write one. I went in on Monday to drop off a Samsung Galaxy SII which had finally gone kaput. I didn't have much expectations, it has been messing up for a while. It would turn on/off every 15 seconds and the charging port wasn't working. My concern was the 4000 pictures I had stored in my camera of my children. (I had just bought an SD card but hadn't had the chance to transfer them there). This will teach me to do that again. Sigh. I went in and spoke to Stephanie who after talking to Erica told me they needed to check it to see if it was fixable. I left it the phone. I went back Tuesday and Ali told me that there was water damage and it would probably not get fixed but they would be able to retrieve my pictures. YAY! That's what I cared about. So I called them yesterday (Wed) and told them I was on my way. I get there and Erica was still working on it, I give the girl props for not giving up. Stephanie comes out to tell me that my phone is pretty much fixed except for the charging port which although they changed is being stubborn and not charging properly . My phone is back on! They gave me an extra battery and they got all my pictures into the SD card!!! Stephanie was really sweet and helpful and Erica was awesome! I know she really tried to fix it me. Any other place would have probably ripped me off, especially since I know nothing about phones but not here. Erica felt bad about not fixing it (charging port) that I was only charged $20.! Fantastic service! I had previously had trouble here (or so I thought) and was contacted almost immediately to see if they could make my experience better. As it turns out, I may not have even had trouble with my repair here to begin with...it would be easier if I was an iPhone expert...anyway! Sorry about that, CellSpot! They fixed my screen super quickly while I waited. Plus, the expert application of a glass screen protector means it'll be twice as long before I break my screen again! (I hope) Ali and his team were great. I also got to see the inside of my iPhone which I think is cool. The woman who helped me let me double check the screws :) Their "graveyard" of broken screens they've removed from other phones is also pretty entertaining. There has to be hundreds! Customer service here is stellar and I know that if I have any problems (doubtful) with their repair that I can contact them and they will work with me to come to the best solution possible.
