Highly recommend this place to anyone that has a broken phone. Best customer service ever. I came in with a broken iphone 5s that got run over by a delivery truck my phone was cracked and bend i never though it was useful ever again. I really needed my data is was really important to me. So i came in and i talked to erica she told me that she wasnt sure if my data was gonna be there but she was gonna put a screen to see if my phone was at lease turning on so she did and she came out and gave me good news that my phone was working and turning on and that my board from my phone didn't got damage at all do all my data was still in my phone so i went ahead and fixed my phone and she even fixed my bend phone into place without any charge extra but she did notice that my phone ear speaker wasn't working because it was cause by the truck running it over so she went ahead and changed it. After everything i gone through with my phone 20min after she comes out and its like brand new love my iphone. Erica tested everything in front of me to check that nothing else got damage as well and everything was working great i really loved the fact that erica took really care of me in any way she could. The phone we had repaired at CellSpot, had the LED moving inside the case. I had previously written a very negative review about the service received, but this time it was totally professional and courteous. My wife dropped off the phone and they told her they now have the blue LED in and would we like that installed instead of the white. This was from the short female manager. My wife told them to go ahead and install the blue one. They said it would be ready in 2 hours. After 2 hours, I picked up the repaired phone and the male who waited on me listened to my story of what happened before and was very apologetic. He offered to give me a free case for my bad experience. I declined as we will be upgrading our phones in two month and the phones would not fit. I also had a phone call from the owner of the business who was very determined to make everything right. It is obvious to me that my first experience was a fluke and if your phone needs repair this is the place to take it. The owner also shared with me his cost for LEDs, trust me, these people are working on a shoestring profit margin and that is how they keep their cost down. This place is horrible. Not only do they have LOW quality screens they NEVER open on time.. I have a 6 month warranty which is the only reason why I have came back. My phone now doesnt play music because they put my screen on so horribly. I have to push down on my screen for the music to come through my headphones. I have a friend now who NEEDS her phone fixed and its close to our office (it is an emergency). They do not answer their phones so MAYBE your company should move your work hours until 10am. The first time I came to this place I came at 9am, they hadn't even opened the door yet...When they finally showed up they told me their repair guy would be in around 10-10:30. There was 3 other people standing outside waiting, everyone was upset. I saw the negative review below me where the screen was above the phone, mine looked EXACTLY like that and that was the first reason I went back. Most unprofessional spot I have ever came across I wish I could give you zero stars DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO COMMENT BACK AND MAKE YOURSELVES LOOK BETTER. read more

The screen on my Galaxy s4 had cracked (in spite of the extra tough case and screen guard) and I was beside myself. I had PDF documents and pictures and missing contacts and... With the screen entirely black, I was dead in the water. My first step was going to Sprint, who told me there was nothing that could be done to retrieve my missing files. Getting an s5 for $35 or paying Asurion (the damage insurance company) $150 made that a simple decision. Still needed to retrieve my pictures and files, so I Googled "repair galaxy s4 screen' and had a list of repair places, liked the comments by others and decided to call. Liked the conversation so I took my s4 in and their tech, Erica, kludged a new screen to the guts of the s4, accessed the files and transferred everything I wanted to the s5. I had a pretty great Experience there this weekend. I have children, and for those with little ones, you know that sometimes they may not treat our big kid toys with the same live and care that you and I would. Needless to say my little monsters have, to date, destroyed an ipad 2, a mini, iphone 4 two RAZR'my s3 and s4. I decided I'd really like to get these phones working so I started off taking my s4 to CPR. Met with Shaun when I arrived and he was pleasant confident and sounded like he would do his best. S4 back in business at a fair price, and on my way out he noticed my old iphone was in similar shape, and offered me a deal I couldn't pass up. The service was above top notch and so good, in fact, that I also brought the two ipads, and may even bring the razrs by. Thanks Shaun, couldn't recommend you guys enough. I went to CellSpot for my Samsung Galaxy s3 after visiting about 3 other cellphone repair services. I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked my LCD display pretty badly so there were no ways to get my phone to work. I needed it repaired immediately because my phone was the only source of communication I had at that point due to my broken labtop. While all the other places I visited told me that it would take more than three days to fix it, which i personally found ridiculous, CellSpot had my phone ready to go after a day and I also received a great deal on the service. The guys there were also incredibly nice and helpful and I will definitely go back for other reapirs in the future. i highly recommend this place to anyone that has a broken screen!! i found this place on yelp and decided to come to fix my Samsung s4 glass and they told me that i will take about 3 hour to replace it because they where gonna replace some glue that went in the middle off the LCD and the glass so i went ahead and left my phone. so it was gonna be already 2 hours without my phone and then i received a call letting me know that my phone was ready for pick up.i was really glad that my phone was ready early than what they told me. if i ever brake my phone ever again i will come to this place again to fix all my phone here. great customer service i love this place it feels like being home. there really nice people!!! read more

So my iPhone battery was getting low quickly for no reason and my screen was cracked. I looked up Yelp and I found this place. So I went there, and I spoke with a good looking gentleman called Max :) I was verrrry frustrated with my phone and I explained to him the problems i was having. He took the phone in and told me he will take care of both of my problems, so i went to grab something to eat then I came back around an hour and my phone was ready! They fixed the screen and the battery issue. I was really happy! Finally I had a phone that I could see and last for a long time. Thank you guys! You did a fantastic job. Cheapest cell phone repair shop. I dropped my phone getting off my car and didn't notice until I was gonna make a phone I went back to my car and my phone had me ran over and my screen was all messed up and it was a brand new phone my iPhone 6. So came to cell spot and try to see if it was fixable. Once they told me it was fixable I got so happy they fixed my frame and made it look like new and did it when in 40min even though. My iPhone was all messed up I'm really happy I came to get my iPhone fixed to cellspot they are great and have a awesome customer service I loved it. My phone screen was completely crack from my horse stepping on it and I went in here and they said that it would take a half an hour to fix and I was in and out in less than half and hour! Great service and everyone was so nice! They offered for me to buy a screen protector for half off of what the usually sell for but when they put it on it had a weird line but they said no charge on it. Overall super nice and amazing service! I called ahead of time to see if I needed to make an appointment and they said come on in and we will have it fixed in no time! I've tried so many places and this is by far the BEST! No bad thoughts or bad reviews for these guys! All good! read more

The best costumer service experience!!! I recently dropped my galaxy s4 ad the screen cracked, since I talked to Erica for the first time, she gave me a very good vibe and explained to me about the process to fix my phone. I was looking in different places and different prices ( we all want to pay less right? ) but when talked to her I said this is it. I went next day, everyone was super nice and helpful. Couple of hour later my phone was fixed!!! Like nothing ever happened to it.The service is excellent, fast, affordable. .. And I will definitely come back ( hopefully not for the same issue).. This guy is Stand up guy. Cracked my Samsung S3 and T-Mobile was charging $150 even though I have insurance. I asked Ali and he gave me a great quote. Things got hairy while he was fixing the phone. But he walked me through everything. I was able to save all my text and pics : ) and he practically swapped phones for me for $90. I left in literally 20 minutes while I chomped on my Burrito. Service with a smile. These other negative posts are ridiculous. You complain on Yelp for a nice guy going out of his way to keep customers satisfied and keep his ratings up (Doing a good job.). had a small issue with a iphone5. needed a switch replaced . called and spoke to jae . he immediately knew what the problem was , however , he told me they do not keep the part i needed . he said he would go and collect it , and then call me when he had it . 2 hours later he called and i made my way to the shop.i said i could not leave the phone and asked if he could to it while i waited . he said it was a complex repair and he will do what he can . 1.5 hours later it was done . phone was working properly . good , honest service at a fair price. that's all i wanted . highly recommend read more

5 stars absolutely deserved because of the level of customer service by both Erica and Miguel. I came to CellSpot after dropping my phone that would not turn on. They asked me to wait just 10 minutes and my phone was fixed at no charge. I did not expect that from a business like this where most shops would have charged me for a minor repair like this. They didn't have to do that but they did and they have definitely earned repeat business from me in the future for all my repairs and mods.
