Went here to get my Galaxy S4 fixed. Sean offered to fix it within 30 min and give me a free tempered glass. But the screen replacement wasn't in stock so I picked it up the next day. I've been here 2 times. The first time they didn't fix my phone right. I had cracked my iphone 5c and when they fixed it the whole inside of the phone would fall out because they did not glue it on correctly. So my phone broke again two weeks after. I thought it was fine and so I went back, but it still wasn't glued correctly. My phone broke again, so eventually I just got a new one. Their service is fast, but not reliable. The first time I went I did get good service, but the other times I have gone with my boyfriend for his phone, Shawn has been there, and has been rude. Most of the reviews online are because of how they bribe their customers into giving good reviews with giving a discount. Of course people will give a good review, if it means a discount. read more

Stopped in CellSpot with my laptop that had quit charging. I had already taken it to another place earlier in the day. I suspected the charging adapter and told them asked them if they could just check that and/or the battery. They tried to turn it on and when it wouldn't, I was told they'd have to take the laptop apart to determine the problem. Minimum $49 and they couldn't get to it until Monday. I declined and took it home. My daughter mentioned CellSpot, and while I initially was skeptical, they proved me wrong. I took the laptop in and told them the same thing. Steve (I think that was his name) immediately tried to check the charging adapter, and when he was unsuccessful with that, went and got a universal charger and plugged it into my machine. It started charging. Mystery solved. I offered to buy a charger from them, but they did not have one in stock and referred me to another shop where I purchased a charger and my laptop is now sitting on the table charging again. No charge for the diagnosis and I was out of there in no more than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back to CellSpot the next time I have a problem. This morning my iPhone LED screen broke, so this afternoon I went to CellSpot and it was an extremely pleasurable experience. I found out about them from Groupon ($59 to fix an iPhone 4s) and even though finding it is a little confusing (it's in the asian grocery store near the check out) it's well worth the search. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I was skeptical that they would be able to fix my completely unusable broken LED screen but he told me to come back in half an hour and low and behold when I came back it was like I had a whole new phone, and on time too! Worth every penny. Great iPhone product selection as well, I bought a screen saver and he put it on for me. They turned a horrible day into a great day for me! read more

Same old story; drop the S3 on its face and the glass cracked. The repair was less than half of the price of buying a used one in questionable condition, and I needed the phone for business early the next morning. The repair was quick and the follow through was great. The repair was very good in terms of looking like factory glass, and worth the extra few bucks they charge to properly cement the glass to the LCD (not everyone does this well when they are cheap.) The young man described some of the options for traveling phones that I didn't know about (what phones can unlock and what phones do not.) All in all, a very positive experience that lived up to their already good Yelp rating. Would recommend for phone repairs. read more

Iam glad to say that people here are very nice. I gave my cracked ipad to fix the screen, they fixed within 4 hours and gave , however there is a small crack still, he asked me to pay $95 as agreed and will fix it tomorrow, if I don't pay again the next day I have to pay $125. I kept the bill and after few days I visited and told him that we had to leave CA . He fixed it immediately ...iam really pleased with their service...
