Best repair store ever. My power button jammed rendering my Nexus 5 useless. I went to another place that told me they could fix it in a week. Needing my phone urgently that didn't work for me. MY iphone 6 plus camera front and flashlight was not working, I went to apple store in Cerritos to have them fixed since still under warranty but they refused to fix for free due to water damage and asking for $345 for the replacement. This is about as good as it gets. I drop my phone (Samsung Galaxy III) go to AT&T - they tell me I am 2 months past the warranty and to call the number that will handle my claim since I have insurance. The insurance company wants me to pay a 200 dollar deductible and it looks like it will be several days and a bunch of paperwork. I find these guys on Yelp. They are about a 40 minute drive. I get there and 30 minutes later I have a smile on my face. Even with major damage to the screen I walked out for well under the 200 dollars the insurance would have cost me. These guys are very easy to talk with and obviously have the expertise. I am recommending this company to all my friends who have phone needs. 5 Thumbs up! read more

My cell phone suddenly stopped working one Saturday afternoon; carrier could not fix the problem. Went to Radio Shack in CM & ordered a new battery but that was not the issue. Radio Shack suggested looking into a cellphone repair business. Searched the topic and found several options. One close to home or one, Pro Wireless in Orange. I read the reviews, called Pro Wireless and Brandon answered. Just like the reviews reported, Brandon was professional and courteous and that did it; I was driving to Orange. The phone was dead; but Brandon found me another Motorola for far less than what the carrier offered. I retrieved my contact information and Brandon helped me set up the new phone and reconnect with my carrier. This young man is honest and I would drive to Orange again to do business with him. Now listen up all you "I can do this myself" guys and gals out there. So you dropped your phone, we've all done it. . .and you have cracked your glass screen, $#*!. . .Now at this point you you have to make a decision. Do I want to keep my phone or do I want a new one? For those of you that buy Insurance, congratulations. All you have to do is go to your carrier, turn in your phone and wait until they send out to repair or for the 2% of you they just hand you a new phone. For the other 98% of us we live with a shattered lens or wait till the phone starts to malfunction or we get glass in our fingers, right! For my story I was helping a friend at work to fix his phone, hell I built commercial jets for a living for 25 years, saw the video on you tube. . . . .just heat the screen up and get it to about 180 degrees and exacto knife the front glass off. . . .looks like a piece of cake, how hard can it be. So I order the glass from Ebay, came in 2 days later and I said to him " should be done in about 20 mins. If your about to split up with your Girl friend or Boy friend, and you are looking for a way to break it to them, I highly recommend trying this process. As soon as they see their Cell Phones that thy dearly love with all their data and memories and their LCD screens shattered and you wandering what happened, talk about priceless!
