My phone suddenly went blank with black screen when i wanted to use it. I didnt drop it and the screen looked fine with no cracks. Found this shop which had good ratings. Visited the shop and did a test to confirm that it was the screen problem. Shawn helped me with the repair. He was helpful and gave honest suggestions about the problem and how to prevent it in the future. The phone was repaired in under an hour. So the phone's digitizer was cracked and Shawn said it might be due to pressure exerted on the screen. I also got a decent discount although its my first time using their service. This is about as good as it gets. I drop my phone (Samsung Galaxy III) go to AT&T - they tell me I am 2 months past the warranty and to call the number that will handle my claim since I have insurance. The insurance company wants me to pay a 200 dollar deductible and it looks like it will be several days and a bunch of paperwork. I find these guys on Yelp. They are about a 40 minute drive. I get there and 30 minutes later I have a smile on my face. Even with major damage to the screen I walked out for well under the 200 dollars the insurance would have cost me. My cell phone suddenly stopped working one Saturday afternoon; carrier could not fix the problem. Went to Radio Shack in CM & ordered a new battery but that was not the issue. The phone was dead; but Brandon found me another Motorola for far less than what the carrier offered. I retrieved my contact information and Brandon helped me set up the new phone and reconnect with my carrier. This young man is honest and I would drive to Orange again to do business with him.
