We had some hiccups as getting the dirt as their supplier delivery was delayed which delayed our delivery and we had a mix up on a call in add in order, but we are happy as they took care of the problems and very carefully delivered our dirt where we needed (avoiding hitting our house or our boys basketball hoop which was a tight fit :)). I would recommend this place and will likely use them again as we put gravel around our raised garden beds.

Service was quick and thank you to the staff who helped me load six 40lbs salt pellets Diamond Crystal bright & soft($8.99) to my car. Also I have their rewards app so I was able to use a $10 coupon off over $50 spending. Without the coupon, their regular retail price $8.99 is a bit more costly than Home Depot $6.73 per pack (bulk price -6packs or more or $7.48 regular price) but with the coupon it offsets the large price gap. I am paying about $4 more than Home Depot but I think about the time I save for check out and I won't need to do the heavy lifting all by myself. Their service speed really helps when you know you can make a quick stop to get things done in a short amount of time. I hope ACE can think about offering bulk pricing on sale pellets in the future so their price is more comparable to Home Depot. I also noticed that they now got pies by the entrance! She immediately sized us up by asking what size counter we were looking for, what material, and did we have a contractor. When it was determined we only needed a half slab for our project, she flatly told us they only sold full slabs and the most effort she exerted into our entire interaction was to show us colors on a website. Since we made the trip, we decided to have a look around and five stars for their show room which is expansive and has everything displayed orderly to help you make sense of it all. Upon perusing their countertop warehouse, we stumbled upon racks and racks of what do you know...remnants they sell! Even though the showroom is great, we won't be returning unless it's so we can say to this woman, "You made a big mistake, lady. BIG."

Spoke to fabricator and LRG stone and scheduled a delivery date on 5/7/27. (The day we decided who our fabricator was invoice from fabricator was sent and we called and confirmed the delivery date on 5/14/26 a day prior to when it was suppose to be delivered 5/15/26 and it was confirmed.) Assumed your company did their job and it was delivered and ready to go. Did not think we needed to check again and call months later like you had the audacity to say to me to see if your company did their job as we already confirmed a day prior to the set delivery date. Our fabricator went on vacation and was booked up thinking he had the slab in his possession bc he informed us he confirmed with you guys as well. Had appts with him on the slab that was suppose to have been delivered that then got rescheduled again still thinking he had it in his possession bc why would we have an appt if slab wasn't in his possession. To have a meeting with him today 7/31/26 on how we want it cut to find out by surprise from him and us it wasn't even delivered 5/15/26. The fabricator was surprised as us bc they informed us they confirmed in May the delivery as well. That is pretty accurate you and your team ignored a SOLD/PAID for slab that was sitting there that should have been delivered in May when we paid invoices and confirmed delivery dates. We're highly disappointed Jogreet.

I brought the window and the broken latch with me, expecting some basic assistance finding a replacement part. Instead, because I didn't have an original order number and hadn't purchased the window directly through them, they refused to help. Maybe the weekday staff is more knowledgeable, but the employees working that Saturday either didn't know the Milgard products or simply couldn't be bothered to help someone who wasn't making a large purchase. It felt like the moment they realized I was only looking for a replacement part, they lost all interest in assisting me. If you're expecting customer service, product knowledge, or any willingness to help solve a simple problem, look elsewhere. There are better options out there. Update: Reached out to Roadrunner Glass in Fremont and they were able to identify my window from pictures as the Tuscany model and the Smart Touch Latch I needed. They did not even me to come in with the window and only needed a picture.
