The only part of the experience that was not as ideal is the staff member who helped me with the initial pricing and estimate forgot that delivery on the weekend (which is when I had delivery scheduled for) was more expensive than what he quoted me. I got estimates clearly stating a certain total price for the project, but afterward got charged extra. When I called to inquire, they said their policy was weekend delivery cost more and my initial estimate included their weekday delivery rate, not weekend, and they couldn't honor the weekday rate they quoted me in the estimates they had given me.
