The delicately crisp batter had just the right thickness that complemented the fish. I prefer skinnier fries, but I liked these thicker and wider cut chips that were like potato wedges. It can sometimes feel greasy, but I'm definitely not counting calories when I indulge in this meal. It appeared to be a one person operation unlike the other food carts. It's been that same nice guy multitasking different orders. It's made to order so there is a brief wait before getting the hot off the fryer fish and chips.
