I got the 2-meat plate with brisket, a nice piece off the flat, and short ribs. Two ribs that fell off the bone, but still had a good bite to them. Beautiful smoke rings, too. And you can tell they're not using liquid smoke. You know who you are. The mac and cheese was cheesy, creamy, and had that perfect cheese crust in every bite. There's a long table at the stand with a few seats so I recommend eating these right away, fresh off the grill. For $3-4 tacos, you can't beat this quality and freshness!
