When we arrive at the restaurant they people in the restaurant having their dinner and enjoy the food.. We look at the menu and see what to order they have many type of Mexican dishes from all over Mexico. I decided to get the mole con Pollo a traditional mole classic,the mole can be spicy or sweet depend on cook. We were surprised the staff is all women,Mexican women knows how to cook because they learn from their grandmother and mothers. My wife order a Al Pastor torta and for drinks my wife got a Hochata and myself a Jamaica or Hibiscus drink they were very good. They brought us our meal my moles plate look very good and they brought hand made gtortillas that including my meal. I took some bite of my mole com Pollo wow so good,the mole was little spicy and little bite sweet so much flavor it also have some toasted sesame seed on the mole. By far the best cemitas de milanesa I have ever tried. They are not stingy with their ingredients and stuff them with a lot of avocado, cheese, and meat. Our order was taken by an older smaller lady I wish I got her name but she was so sweet and welcoming she had no problem making any changes to our order. The food here is great! My partner and I are big fans of their tortas and cemitas. My review is mainly to talk about the customer service here. I rarely like to knock down ratings due to the customer service at a place, but it's just too much to deal with. One situation was before covid and we were still able to dine in. My partner and I ordered our food as usual and sat down to wait. Suddenly one of the workers comes with a large drink (Jamaica) and says that my partner ordered it. We told her that we placed our order together and, he never ordered that. We only ordered an horchata. She began to become visibly flustered and insisted that she remembered his face when he ordered it. She finally walked away all mad with the drink in her hand. A few minutes later she came back to tell us that we were right and someone else had ordered the drink. Obviously. I don't know why she didn't just believe us in the first place instead of trying to force us to say we ordered something that we never did. She left us feeling super uncomfortable and we weren't able to enjoy our meal. The prices here aren't exactly cheap either. Second thing. Almost every single time that I try to come here between 6-7pm, the door to the place is either locked early or they tell me that they are no longer serving asada because they're about to close. The hours on the door say the place closes at 8 pm. I would understand if they told me that they were out of the meat I'm asking for, but they're telling me they're not serving because of closing time. It's 2 hours until closing time--that doesn't make sense to me. The poor customer service is always from the same worker. Now anytime I want something from here I have to think twice about it cuz I'm not sure I want to show up and receive very poor customer service that will ruin my appetite. read more

It's the Worst place to eat there , we got 3 cemitas and we found hair inside the food , we complained about that . We called them and they said we close by 6 pm. You can come back tomorrow , , we meet with the manager and she was so rude after explain to her about How the food was bad and to ask the cook to wear something to cover the hair then she said , so what ? This place is great! I used to always pass by it and never stopped. I had been curious about it and THANK GOD I finally gave it a try. Their homemade tortillas are delicious. I ordered a carnitas cemita, I could eat the sandwich bread by itself! So good! Warm and buttery. And the carnistas were great too, really fresh and juicy, plus they were not stingy with the meat.
