There's one counter to order, a separate one to pick up your food, and then another station where someone checks your receipt and gets your drink for you. It's not very intuitive if it's your first time there. On top of that, the wait was very long. It took about 25 minutes waiting in line to place the order and another 30 minutes to get the food. Overall, decent food but the setup and wait times could use some improvement.

Here are some suggestions if you don't want just anybody but customers to use your restrooms: 1) Write the number for your employees, all employees so they can provide it to any customer or 2) update your PO system so you can insert the password of the day on your receipt either at the beginning or at the end of it.

A quick little story as there was a guy who really needed to use the restroom, and he actually went to the front desk to ask for the the door to be unlocked and was ignored. He really had to go and so he actually went where the cashiers are, and open the restrooms door himself! that just shows how much of an important actual employees give! The fact that he opened the restrooms by himself and went completely unnoticed is crazy to me! The only good thing I have to say about this place is that they're pretty clean but the second best thing that I have to say is that thankfully there's better stuff around here so next time I'm not pulling up to his McDonald's
