The nachos were microwaved to melt the cheese and the enchiladas the green sauce was placed in a plastic bowl microwaved then poured over enchiladas. I don't like when places have to use microwaves but they have 3 of them I say. I had the taquitos. I must admit, the flavor was good. Fried just right. Not a fan of green salsa so an option would have been nice. They only brought green out with my dinner.

The squeeze had the three taco plate, which of course had the beans and rice. She chose the carne asada as well. We swapped a taco and enchilada. The tortillas got a little stiff on the last taco, almost became a tostada. There is a soda fountain for self help drinks. Service was good, very attentive. It was certainly a good lunch. Note for vegetarians: they don't use lard (beans, frying, etc) and the rice has no chicken broth. What a find for a sleepy little border town!
