FALSE ADVERTISING Their commercials all say, they are…read moreprofessionals with 23yrs-32yrs experience in the carpentry business, They will come out and access your current windows and doors and give you options and they WARRENTY their work And they make all the windows so you are guaranteed the windows are good and you don't have to go through another company if there's a defect, they deal with you from start to finish! NOT TRUE! First they sent boys to do a man's job! And it takes weeks, months to get service when an issue arises! They are quick to get you to pay but then they can't seem to start the job for 6mos or later, same thing after taking them over a Year to get them all installed then a month later have SNOW coming inside! Nobody could come out for months! I kept telling them right after the new windows were installed that my home was sooo drafty with the new windows! I Now have a space heater in Every Room of my house!!! The project manager said he'll come himself and check it, if course what he found he said was UnExceptable, but then it took another few months to get anyone out! They came when I was in the hospital, fixed a few window cranks, and a few other things, then I get home from the hospital, a week after they were here, we get snow and guess what...... Every Single window had ice on the INSIDE and the cold air is still flowing IN!!! The project manager said he'd have corporate call me guess what... STILL NO CALL FROM CORPORATE? WISH I WOULD HAVE KEPT THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS! They kept the heat in and the cold out and I NEVER had any snow or ice or drafts like I do now! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND SANITY-I would AVOID Renewal by Anderson at all cost!!!

I needed 7 windows and 2 doors for my home. The salesman, Brian Mardsen, also put in the contract…read morethat they were to foam my other existing windows for insulation. I signed the contract in May of 2023. In late October they came to do the installation. It was done very poorly, with holes in the corners of the windows and they were not framed out correctly. The workman cut the frame of the new storm door too short and it couldn't be installed, he said it would have to be reordered. He was obnoxious and kept asking questions like if I lived alone. He laughed at me when I asked that he be careful removing the old door so the siding wouldn't be damaged. He did damage a lot of siding around the door. He refused to foam the existing windows as per the contract, then after speaking with a supervisor, foamed them haphazardly. I complained to the manager and sent photos of the work. The supervisor came out with two other reps, one the original salesman, and viewed the work in November. They agreed to fix all the windows and told me that the salesman should have known better than to promise to foam the existing windows. The $500 was deducted from the final amount. I relayed the disrespect from the original installer and was compensated with a free storm door for my third exterior door. I waited 2 months for the storm door replacement on the front door that was cut too short. This installer would not let me talk and kept interrupting me. He was very rude. Then he accused me of taking the lockset for the front storm door and said that they could not install it. I talked to the supervisor who said that they would be out asap to finish the job as I was moving and wanted to put the house up for sale. They came by in March to install the front storm door but there was a 3 inch gap at the bottom. I told them that they needed to fix this. It was fixed in late March. Every worker asked for a check prior to work being completed and was upset I wouldn't pay until it was done.
