Super friendly associates, even friendly, chatty customers. This is a massive indoor park, and an outdoor ramp is just outside the building. They offer military discounts, memberships, birthday parties...On the day we went, it was lock out Friday! Meaning, you get to skate all night, 10pm-7am for $35, with pizza and drinks provided. This place is the real deal, the cat's pajamas.

My daughter was afraid to use it because the training wheels kept being pushed up, meaning she could have fallen. I think I was charged ~$80.00 USD. When I returned to Toto's to talk about it, they'd already shuttered. So they got my money, and the money of who knows how many other people who also received subpar service. Good riddance, IMO.

Service is spotty---I bought a bike there last Fall, rode it a few times, and recently the whole derailleur and chain fell off when I was riding it. They charged me to fix it, which surprised me, as I could have been seriously hurt, and the bike was basically brand new which makes me wonder if it had been assembled correctly. That aside, normal service seems fine if slow at times, and of course there is high demand for bike service by kids and adults alike, esp. during summer.
