    I just leased my first car and because of Centennial Leasing and Sales, it could not have been easier! I have always gone through dealerships, but sometimes find it intimidating and wanted to try something different this time. I submitted a request through their website and the next day Chad Kempfer reached out and was ready to help. I can't say enough good things about Chad! He was kind, attentive, patient and so incredibly helpful from start to finish. I wanted to test drive a few cars, and within a day he already had a quote for me for my top choice. I was able to go in and test drive it, and the same day he went back to the dealership to have them hold the car for me. He got me multiple quotes from credit unions and helped me lock in an amazing rate on a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. It could not have been a more seamless transaction and was truly an enjoyable experience. I will be sending all of my friends and family to him from now on. Chad, thank you so much for your help! My family will be customers for life!

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

    My Pathetic Experience with Tesla (Lone Tree - Park Meadows Location)…read more I want to share one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with Tesla. We had a word with Kevin on Sunday, and he clearly told us that we only needed to pay $250 to block the car -- nothing more. But later, when we were filling out the application, Francis informed us at the end that we'd have to pay $1,700 for the lease. We were never told that upfront. The lack of transparency and communication was shocking. We ended up waiting there for hours -- from 2 PM to almost 6 PM -- while they struggled to figure out the financing details. My lease application was rejected, but later it got approved for finance, and they even asked me to bring a co-signer. Despite that, the whole process was extremely disorganized and stressful. To make things worse, they refused to refund my $250 and told me to call Tesla Insurance myself to get back the $299 refund -- even though I don't even have a car now. It was an unbelievably painful, frustrating, and time-wasting experience. I honestly didn't expect this level of confusion and lack of accountability from Tesla. Beware before you visit the Tesla Lone Tree - Park Meadows location, especially if you're dealing with financing or registration. It's a total nightmare

I have taken my Honda CR-V to this place for a quick routine maintenance at least a few times in the past, I can only remember nothing but pleasant interactions with the employees. On a quiet Thursday afternoon, as if to say that my hunch was right, there was no car in any of the service lanes. I was immediately assisted as I pulled into one of the lanes by an attendant. He asked me what I was in for. Upon telling him that I needed a quick oil and filter change, he then sent another worker (service advisor) so he could specifically go over the details of today's service. That service advisor was Kellan Deyo. I certainly and truly appreciated his impeccable professionalism. Courtesy and respect with some amount of small talk he didn't fail to do as any friendly person does, he treated me like he was treating me like a queen (lol!!) Whereas I'm certainly not expecting everyone to treat me like a VIP, I appreciate nothing but well-mannered people. With that said, Holman Honda does well with training their employees for sure. Kellan estimated the waiting time of an hour. He was accurate in that regard. I walked around in the lot where new and used cars were located so I could kill time (while I was doing so, one of the sales persons named Nikki, kindly greeted me and showed me some of the 2025 CR-Vs) but once I had gone back to the waiting room and sat down to relax in one of the chairs, I clocked my wrist watch to glance as to what time it was. And it was around 4:30pm: exactly the hour since I had arrived to check in for the service. There was about 10 minutes of wait time after that but no more. Then Kellan walked over to me to let me know that my CR-V was ready. Once at his service desk, he thoughtfully and meticulous went over the recommended maintenances I should consider have them done within the next few months or so. Spending the late afternoon for a bit over an hour at Holman Honda was well worth the trip as my vehicle got the TLC that needed to be in the best condition possible. Whereas I usually take in my car to Schomp Honda in Highlands Ranch (as that is where I bought this car) Holman Honda is my go-to as it's a lot closer to my home than Schomp.     Textbook Bait-and-Switch - Stay Away!…read more If you're looking for the stereotypical "shady used car salesman" experience, Holman Honda is the place for you. I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment--only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. They tried to bait me back into the office just to switch the numbers and hike up my monthly rate.I lost a full day of wages and any shred of trust in this dealership. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door, then change the terms once they think they have you. Do yourself a favor: Save your time, save your money, and shop anywhere else.
