Bought a 2017 jeep compass around 4 months ago. Just brought it in for the first oil change and the mechanic discovered there was not an air filter in this car along with any of the bolts for the housing unit. I was referred to Centenial Leasing (I won't say to whom, because I'm sure there are good auto brokers there, just not the one I spoke with). After some Q&A about my wishlist (blacked out Lexus TX Hybrid 500), he told me I was looking for a unicorn. I was told these cars are so rare they come in and out in less than a day, there wouldn't be any deal on them, and I couldn't be "picky" with the color(s). I was also told these were facts because Centennial is the best group around moving thousands of cars monthly so I should trust his advice. After speaking with him, I never heard from him again, despite leaving my number and asking him to "keep looking for the unicorn." Low and behold, less than I month later I have a blacked out Lexus TX Hybrid 500 w/ 7k used miles sitting in my driveway that I found online at a local dealership for $4k+ LESS than what he told me I'd never be able to pay for this vehicle. I'm not saying auto brokers, or Centennial is bad; they serve a purpose for most people. But if you're patient, know exactly what you want, and are willing to do the bargaining yourself, their services aren't needed. read more

Can't remember the person who helped me out. But great customer service when I picked up my f150 and straight forward for the purchase. Unfortunately a couple weeks after I purchased the truck I noticed issues. Stereo was going bad, valve cover leak and cam phaser issues. The leak and stereo most likely happened after I bought it which is fine I'll take that. But the cam phasers were extremely loud and must've been damaged for a while now meaning dealerships knew about the issue and decided not to bother with it. read more

We had an incredible experience with Lynn and buying a used Toyota Sienna. We found a listing for this specific car on Cargurus and called to check its availability. The car we wanted had been sold, but I was able to connect with Lynn about future options. We talked through what we were looking for and she stayed in touch with us weeks later to help us find the right vehicle. She took the time explain our options and shared a detail history of the vehicle along with all car reports, costs, and options. When we were able to get matched with a car, she encouraged us to take the car home for a week and test drive it to our full satisfaction before giving her any cash. We got an amazing deal and are happy with buying a car from Lynn. This isn't a typical dealership or a place you would accidentally find without some searching as it's located away from other businesses or heavily trafficked streets. Update 2020 - I purchased a 2020 Honda Passport through Centennial Leasing and Sales. This is my families 3rd vehicle purchased through them so far. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go. I've been treated really well here over the years and find that they give me a minimum of heartache and hassle when trying to get a new vehicle that meets my needs. I get a better deal, better experience and better relationship than I do with the dealers around town. Finally I can start to see the dealer as an ally and a relationship than an enemy. What a paradigm shift. I continue to desire a pay-for-subscription style of car ownership where Insurance, maintenance, registration and more is all taken care of and I can swap or upgrade cars at any time. I long for a service bay, lube station and repair option through this dealer. I just don't trust or like Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey. read more

The thing I disagree with is the sales policy that Centennial has for the purchase of a used vehicle. I saw a vehicle advertised online and I was interested in purchasing. The salesman I contacted told me I had to wait a week before the vehicle could be purchased because the salesperson who took in the trade had first chance to sale it. So here I am ready to buy and have to wait a week before I have a chance at it. Naturally, the vehicle sold and I lost out. I believe this policy should chance. Now you and I know Centennial will not go out of business with me not purchasing a vehicle but beware of the policy. It is not first come first serve. read more

Best experience ever. A friend of mine tipped me off to this place and to Perry Longo. I had asked her where they found their used Tahoe (like finding a needle in a haystack), and she forwarded me Perry's contact info. I've always bought new cars. Not because i think it's the right thing always to do, but rather i could never find the holy grail of a used car that was only a few years old, in pristine condition and for a great price. Also, as a single mom, i always feel like car salespeople treat me differently. Add to that, with two young children, i barely have time to shower let alone search for a used car. Enter Perry. I emailed with him a few times and then went to the facility to test drive a few cars. Within two weeks, i had our dream car in our garage - the day after our meeting, Perry was going to auctions looking for the car. I really, really wanted to like this place. We purchased a 2008 Nissan Xterra that was a trade in. It's an old car with relatively low mileage. I understand it will not be perfect. But...the salesperson lied to us about multiple things. I don't care for liars. When we test drove the car, we were being rushed. That should have been our first clue. We noticed the brakes were soft. She insisted that they had been checked. We trusted her. We noticed some rust. She said there was a little rust on the trailer hitch and that it had been inspected and the rust was "minimal ". Not so. We made a horrible, terrible decision to purchase the car. We took the car directly to a place that we trust to look at the brakes. The front calipers had to be replaced. The emergency brake was so old and rusted that it ruined the back rotors and they had to be replaced. We were told that the car was COMPLETELY RUSTED and any future repairs will be complete replacements. I costly lesson for my husband and I. Buyer Beware read more

He found the exact vehicle we were looking for even with the rare exterior/interior color combination which is hard to find. The process went as smooth as the first go-around. Kurt even recommended we get the clear bra and side mirror protection since the vehicle did not come with it. This is a no-brainer with the Colorado roads and rock chips you get from them. I have mixed feelings about this place I purchased a used car from them many years ago and had a great experience they went to a car auction and picked out a great car meeting all my specifics, I had such a great experience that a few month back I referred my spouse to them. He was looking for a cheap used to beat up at work, and I thought centennial would be a great company to use to find him something quickly. No not at all! He called and they told him that they do not typically sell those type of cars and that he can look on his own time and if he finds something to let them know... Now I'm no genius but business is all about customer retention, why not help out once and down the line we could A. Use them to get into a newer car or B. Refer them yet again. Instead he was dismissed by the salesperson and I was rather upset that I even made the referral. Never again Centennial, bad customer will not get you returning customers. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I purchased a 2018 Audi A7 with about 22,000 miles. I noticed a small vibration from the front end right after taking possession of this car. I drove about 2000 miles and finally decided something was not right with this car. I took it to Prestige Audi to have it inspected. The front tires on the inner sidewall was starting to come apart and you could see the metal cords. https://app.quik.auto/j/f8efe0f9 (link to video of tire condition) I contacted the Centennial, specifically Tyler Sullivan to see if they would be willing to step up and take care of some of this bill. I assume some responsibility and I am very aware that it is a used car but with only 22000 miles there is no way the tires should look like this and also no way it should have ever passed an inspection. I was told there was nothing they could do. This dealer allowed me to drive off in an unsafe car. This put me and my family at risk of being injured or killed in an accident. They claim they hire an independent inspector to look at their cars and that this one passed and that the tires had 7/32nds. This may have been the case but the fact is the sidewall on both front tires were coming apart where the sidewall meets the tread cap. Regardless of what the dealer claims the tread depth was at the time of sale this car should have never left the lot with these tires. I paid $50k for this car and not 2000 miles later I am having to put $2000 into it for tires and and alignment, plus a cover on the bottom of the car fell off on the interstate and that had to get replaced. I expected to be treated better than this. read more

I've bought 4 cars and leased 1 through Centennial. When it works, it's great! All boils down to who you get rep wise. My latest rep Bill May is the nicest guy ever on the phone. But then he just goes dark for months. I want to work with one company and not just bail at first sign of trouble, but geez.. I can't get the dude to call me back and work with me. Crazy thing is we haven't got to the credit check/finance part and I initiated contact 2 months ago. My advice, change reps ASAP if it doesn't go smooth because when this works as intended, it's an amazing company to work with. We have worked with Mandy Archer on multiple occasions for our auto needs. My husband has an extremely busy schedule so our favorite part about Centennial and working with Mandy is the convenience. We tell her over the phone what we are interested in - color, make, year, etc. She will get these car options for us - we meet her and test drive (usually no more than an hour) make our choice, and done! She gets the paperwork together for us and we meet once more for a few signatures and off we go. I have never had a more seamless car buying experience. Our most recent experience with Mandy was purchasing a first car for our daughter. She was super knowledgable and offered amazing advice on options for a teenage driver.
