We had another great experience with Rick Armijo, Cole Harris and the entire Courtesy Acura Littleton team. Thank you so much for everything you did. We will always use this dealership

I bought a car from them 4/20. I walked away thinking I was happy until I took the car in 2 weeks later for them to fix the seat that they promised to do at the time of sale. The timing belt needed to be replaced which they said "wasn't due" even though it had been over 7 years since it had been replaced last and only 3,000 miles away from 100,000 miles - they would not cover it because they stood by the fact that it wasn't due. When they were replacing the timing belt - they texted me saying that there was $2000 other items that came up that needed to be fixed ASAP !!! The service person admitted that these items had come up needing to be fixed prior to the sale of the car but that the Sales Manager declined fixing them. After the service person fought for me, they did fix these other items that came but I still had to pay for the timing belt that should have been covered by them. It did say on the paper work from Acura "timing belt should be replaced every 7 years or 100K miles - WHICH EVER COMES FIRST!" so they sold me a car that needed a timing belt and was way over priced what it was worth. Then when I went to get my plates, I had to pay a late fee at the DMV because I got the title card late from the dealership and they also had not done the emissions which was supposed to be done prior to the sale. It just seems like one disappointment after another with this dealership. I would steer clear of them as they do not seem honest. You'd probably be better off buying a car from one of the small lots off Broadway and pay way less for a vehicle that actually doesn't have issues before even driving it off the lot.

New car time!!! It's always a great time at Acura! Jim helped us with our new lease today and we were in and out with smiles and ease. Couldn't be happier!

Be very careful of their parts and service. They don't honor what they say over the phone. They are your stereotypical car service.

That statement was false and misleading. When I went to sell the car, I discovered that the DMV had recorded an accident on the vehicle a full year before I bought it. This misrepresentation cost me a $3,000 in lost value, verified by an auto broker who showed me recent comparable sales of nearly identical vehicles. When I raised this issue with CarMax, they refused to accept any responsibility or compensate me for any of the loss in value. CarMax heavily markets "peace of mind" and "transparency," but my experience shows those claims are hollow. If their employees can misrepresent a car's history and the company refuses to make it right, then buyers cannot trust the accuracy of anything they're told. Furthermore, do not rely on the CarMax vehicle inspection to uncover previous damage that would have been discoverable by a competent mechanic. Be certain to complete an independent pre-purchase inspection using a competent mechanic. CarMax misrepresented the vehicle I purchased, and their refusal to stand behind their word shows a lack of integrity. Buyers beware--you could be left with a car worth thousands less than you were led to believe.

Ellie was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment. I didn't give her much notice (sorry Ellie) but it worked out because she paired me with Moe, who used to sell Hondas. Moe was able to answer all our questions, and what he didn't know about the newest Hondas, he looked up on the spot. The business department was happy to accept our financing, and even the sales pitch to buy extra warranty packages felt low pressure. "You are buying a car that will last. We get it. You probably don't need anything to protect the engine. But here's why you might want it to protect the computer systems..." Not only was it a great experience buying my Honda at this dealership, but I might come back here for my Mazda car too.

Two weeks later, when I returned, I received another coupon, with wording that they had "REDUCED" the cost of the oil change, to $89.99!! I scheduled my oil change, and took both coupons, the $79.99 and the $89.99 coupons, and pointed out to the gentleman, the wording that the price was not reduced but in fact INCREASED! I asked him if he would honor the cheaper coupon, but he refused, and stated it had expired. I pointed out again, the wording of the current "REDUCED" $89.99 coupon, and that it was not honest. The service was good, and they did wash the exterior of my car, so that was nice, but I left with a bill for almost $110 for a $90 oil change.

They charge over $200.00 for diagnostics if your warranty doesn't cover their findings. However, this specific part was covered.. After getting it inspected from a different mechanic who took literal video of the problem, I took it back into this dealership and showed them the video and asked them to address that problem. (along with an oil change) The guy who checked me in, informed me that it would close to a week before anyone could look at it due to recalls. I said that was fine and by the end of the day, they messaged me that it was already done... Suspicious considering he said he had over 60 cars to handle prior to mine. That tells me they did the diagnostics as quickly as possible to get it out of the queue. Upon reading the report, they found all these other things that supposedly needed to be done but somehow hadn't found any of these issues when Id taken it in a month prior AND a few months before that?! Strange... They also basically said that this grinding was due to feathered/cupped tires. When I addressed their findings regarding the video I showed the intake employee (the ACTUAL thing I wanted diagnosed), they said there was no issue with it. Which was absolute bullshit. They didn't want to address it because it was covered under warranty and they didn't want to put in the work for free. So they just made a list of these non-urgent things that needed to be done in the hopes it would satisfy the $300.00 I had to shell out for an oil change basically. I took it to another independent mechanic and he took his own findings, submitted it to warranty and it got approved.. WILD how an independent mechanic can handle such a simple thing but an actual dealership strung me all over the place for months out of pure laziness. If you have a Jeep, don't go here. If you have a warranty and know there's a covered part that needs to be addressed, don't go here. Unprofessional, condescending and unreliable.

First, they charged $825, which is $200 more than most dealers. Then they mucked up the appointment time by an hour and a half, leading to 3 hours at the dealer for what is supposed to be a 30-60 minute job. They utterly butchered the install. They carpeted OVER the front bed hooks and Boxlink plates. They carpeted over the drainage tubes for tonneau cover, making them inaccessible. They carpeted over the tailagate, despite explicit and repeated instructions (including that day!) not to since the truck had a ProAccess tailgate that would be rendered unusable. They miscut the holes for the storage bin, bed lights and ProPower port and did not secure them, leading to gaping, misshapen holes, and room to stick your hand in behind the loose carpet. See pics for all of the above. After pointing this out, they refused to take responsibility. They claimed they "had" to carpet over the tailgate, and that they did not cut any holes...it arrived from Ford that way. Two other dealers looked at their work and said these rugs do not come precut, and they had never seen such shoddy work. (This is my third F150, and my third Sportliner...I know how they are supposed to look.). The only solution and end result: I paid a reputable dealer to rip out the ruined Sportliner and throw it away, bought a new one, and had it installed correctly at another dealership. It was done in an hour and for hundreds of dollars less. Caveat emptor.
