    I mean, weird.
    Mickele B.

I called ahead because my 2023 Honda Accord had safety warnings on my dash. The receptionist told me they would see me right away since it was a safety issue. I arrived and though I had called ahead, there was no record of that conversation. I had to explain again and was told the diagnostic would take 3 hours. After 90 minutes they told me it would be an additional 3 hours. That is when I decided to leave. I asked if it was safe to drive my car and they said they didn't know since they had not done the diagnostics. Nobody could tell me if it was safe based on the dashboard lights? Fail!

Working with Macy at H M Brown was the best car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I found a few cars I liked on the site, and Macy brought them all to my house for test drives. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

Over an extended period, thousands of dollars were spent servicing an Escalade at this dealership in an effort to resolve recurring mechanical issues. Despite multiple visits and expensive repairs, the original drivability concern remained unresolved. After the vehicle spent approximately a week in the service department and was returned, a critical "low/no oil pressure" warning appeared almost immediately. The owner was then informed that an additional repair costing several thousand dollars would likely be required for an oil pump. Paying thousands of dollars only to leave with the original problem unresolved--and then immediately face another major mechanical issue--is an experience no customer should have. What has been most frustrating is not just the financial burden, but the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward. I sent a detailed and respectful letter to the General Manager outlining the situation and asking for help resolving it. I also left two follow-up phone messages. I received no response whatsoever. As a customer, you expect honesty, communication, and some level of concern when a vehicle is returned with unresolved issues and a major new problem appears immediately afterward. Instead, I was left with an undrivable vehicle, thousands of dollars in expenses, and silence from management. Exceptional customer service isn't just about fixing cars--it's about building trust, earning loyalty, and creating lifelong customers. When a dealership fails to resolve recurring mechanical issues, returns a vehicle with the original problem still present, and then a major new problem arises immediately afterward, customers understandably expect accountability, communication, and a genuine effort to make things right. Ignoring detailed correspondence and follow-up phone calls only compounds the frustration and sends the message that customer concerns are not a priority. What makes this especially unfortunate is that every dissatisfied customer represents far more than a single lost sale. Every customer has friends, family, colleagues, business associates, and professional contacts who rely on personal recommendations when deciding where to purchase and service their vehicles. A dealership that consistently demonstrates integrity and stands behind its work can generate years of repeat business and referrals. Conversely, poor communication and unresolved service issues can cost far more than the price of addressing a legitimate concern. This situation was an opportunity to earn trust and create a long-term advocate. Instead, it became an example of how failing to communicate and stand behind one's work can damage a dealership's reputation and discourage future customers from doing business there. Instead, what should have been an opportunity to build loyalty and positive word-of-mouth became one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. In the end, the dealership didn't just lose my trust--they likely lost future business and referrals as well. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. If you choose to service your vehicle here, document everything carefully and make sure you clearly understand what is--and is not--being fixed before approving expensive repairs.

My Pathetic Experience with Tesla (Lone Tree - Park Meadows Location)…read more I want to share one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with Tesla. We had a word with Kevin on Sunday, and he clearly told us that we only needed to pay $250 to block the car -- nothing more. But later, when we were filling out the application, Francis informed us at the end that we'd have to pay $1,700 for the lease. We were never told that upfront. The lack of transparency and communication was shocking. We ended up waiting there for hours -- from 2 PM to almost 6 PM -- while they struggled to figure out the financing details. My lease application was rejected, but later it got approved for finance, and they even asked me to bring a co-signer. Despite that, the whole process was extremely disorganized and stressful. To make things worse, they refused to refund my $250 and told me to call Tesla Insurance myself to get back the $299 refund -- even though I don't even have a car now. It was an unbelievably painful, frustrating, and time-wasting experience. I honestly didn't expect this level of confusion and lack of accountability from Tesla. Beware before you visit the Tesla Lone Tree - Park Meadows location, especially if you're dealing with financing or registration. It's a total nightmare

They forced a 3 year paint warranty on my brand new car and told me it was mandatory and not negotiable. Over $700 down the toilet. Service and maintenance: Pushy tire sales guy who was hard to make go away saying my new car tires were shot at ~18k miles. 26k miles now and no where near the wear marks. Service and maintenance: Terrible transmission fluid replacement service. Toyota SPECIFICALLY states no alternatives to Toyota ATF WS fluid in the manual or possible engine damage. AutoNation Toyota put in aftermarket fluid that was NOT approved by Toyota. Contacted Toyota Brand engagement and they clearly told me that unless the dealer has a letter from Toyota for this fluid it is NOT APPROVED. They initiated an investigation. The service tech made the mistake of sending a video showing the aftermarket product going in and I screen shotted it. After getting nasty with me stating "If we replace your fluid with Toyota ATF (required) we will never see your truck again. Service manager tried to tell me that AutoNation has a nation wide contract with the aftermarket brand and the warranty on it exceeds the manufacturer's warranty. Such a LIE. I made them print out the warranty and ONLY IF you replace transmission fluid every 30k miles will they provide up to $2,000 towards the replacement of the transmission. That doesn't even cover labor. BS. Service and maintenance: After they replaced the aftermarket ATF with required Toyota ATF WS, they damaged my wiring harness and gave it to me that way. See the pictures. It was likely the hose clamps from the machine that tore off the insulating material. After your included maintenance from Arapahoe AutoNation Toyota, I recommend you find a good independent shop and STAY AWAy from this place.

Unfortunately, taking possession of the vehicle was a completely different experience. Wendy wasn't available when my daughter and I arrived to pick up her new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, so she left the key with another salesperson, Art. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting, no congratulations, no walk to the vehicle, no "thank you for your business," and no offer to explain any of the vehicle's features or answer questions. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers taking delivery of a brand-new vehicle. I understand it wasn't Art's sale, but representing the dealership professionally should not depend on whose customer it is. Delivery day is supposed to be exciting, especially for someone purchasing a new vehicle. My daughter was incredibly proud of her new Santa Fe, and that moment was diminished by the lack of basic customer service. For comparison, when I purchased a vehicle from McDonald Hyundai in Highlands Ranch, everyone there was welcoming, professional, and made the delivery feel special. The difference between the two dealerships was striking. It's unfortunate that what started as a very positive buying experience with Wendy ended on such a disappointing note. I hope management recognizes that the delivery experience is just as important as the sale itself.

His name was Paul after Paul left and if they got new stuff, they went downhill. I took my car in a little over three years ago, they claimed that I needed new rotors and new brakes at the time my car had under 47,000 miles then after that, my car started acting up whenever I would go on the highway it would shake. I took it back and they told me it was good nothing was wrong with it. There was probably just dust in there. Well three years later now the car still shakes really bad when I'm on the highway and you press the brakes. I'm here at a different Hyundai dealership and they told me the rotors had never been changed ever and it's a possibility they put on old rotors I didn't even belong to my car AND they claimed to replace the brakes, the brakes were not even done now the brakes are down to the middle. They're all thieves and they treat you like you're stupid which I was, I didn't know about cars and I should've listened to my friend at the time he said don't do it, but I did it because they made it sound like it was urgent and they said the brakes were bad on the roads are bad, but it would be dangerous for me I am so lucky. Nothing happened to me cause I don't drive the highway much. It's the only way you could tell the brakes. The roads were bad. These people are crooks. so Arapahoe Hyundai they took me for over $700.
