My car being taken from the middle of the line!
    Chris T.

I just bought used '24 Volkswagen. It had a couple simple recalls that needed to be taken of. I brought the car to them. Checking in I was told it could be a couple hours wait. What I expected. Sat down, realized I needed something out of the car so I went get it. The technician was taking it back then too. OK fast I respect that. Sat back down and before I could finish my game, it was completed. 37 minutes. They were simple recalls, so instead making me sit there and wait the took of it quickly. They did give it a once over for a clean bill of health and I left excited and happy I hadn't spent any money.

Listen... I despise buying cars. The whole process usually feels like trying to do taxes during a root canal--confusing, painful, and full of surprises. But yo, DALLAS? Dallas is that dude. They should honestly be running the whole dealership, the DMV, and maybe even the UN. I rolled in after a dumpster fire of a workday--not needing a car, just looking--and definitely not in the mood for dealership small talk. But Dallas, man... lowkey therapy session turned comedy hour. We talked EDC, movies, and I found out they've never seen Game of Thrones. (We'll work on that.) Somehow, I went from sour patch kid vibes when I walked in to straight-up Sweet Tart energy by the time I drove out. Huge shoutout to Gabby for sealing the deal like a pro and to Hawaii (the finance guy) for being the most laid-back, no-stress numbers wizard in Vegas. I don't know what they're putting in the water in Hawaii, but I want two bottles. Oh, and yeah--the car's cool too. Bottom line: if you want a new VW and hate the usual car-buying nonsense like I do, go ask for Dallas, Gabby, and Hawaiian Finance Gandalf. Trust me--you'll leave with a car and a better mood.

What really sets him apart is that his excellent customer service doesn't end once you drive off the lot. Every time we've purchased a vehicle, Nariman has personally checked in with us during the first week to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with our new car. That kind of follow-up and genuine care is hard to find. He is knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and truly committed to making sure his customers have a great experience. The fact that we've come back to him three times speaks for itself. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nariman to anyone looking for a trustworthy and outstanding car salesman. Toyota is now telling us the engine might need replacing and there is a lack of compression on cylinder 4. A Toyota is a completely sealed system. The only time cylinder 4 is opened to the air was when the technician removed the spark plug. If dirt or debris got inside that cylinder and destroyed the engine, its because the deck failed to properly clear the debris from the spark plug well before opening it. It has to be cleaned before changing the spark plugs to prevent a blown engine! Spoke to the service mgr. Jason and he said it's speculation. I will be meeting a forensic mechanic so he can take the engine apart and find the debris inside the cylinder. The invoice noted they cleared the " carbon" if they used a harsh chemical or a tool to scape carbon away from the valves or plugs, they may have dropped large chunk of hard carbon directly onto the piston , which will also destroy an engine in a matter of days. It was exactly 2 days later the car stalled, towed it back to Toyota and they gave us an invoice of $18,029.99. Which they are not taking accountability for and with proven documentation in court they will be paying for a new engine. After waiting and feeling ignored, I decided to leave the dealership without getting the help I needed. Customer service should make people feel valued, especially when they're looking for assistance with their vehicle. Based on this experience, I can't recommend Nissan Centennial and hope they work on improving the professionalism and attitude of their staff.

Our first purchase was smooth and unexpected. My wife and I went in simply to look at the mid-level trim. Before I knew it, I was shaking hands on a higher trim level at a price that didn't cause indigestion. Both Brandon and Dominick worked whatever magic they could to get us to a comfortable spot. And they did so without the awkward back and forth I've grown accustomed to at dealerships. I said I didn't quite like the price, Dominick vanished for a few minutes and came back with a better deal. It wasn't even just the pricing that sold me. They were pleasant. No one spoke to us like we were just another sale. Brandon was personable and made it easy to forget that we were there to make a pretty sizable purchase. Dominick was nonchalant about the whole thing, and far different from the high-stress, robotic finance managers I'm used to. We liked the experience so much that, within 3 weeks, we went back to purchase a second Outback. That was an even easier process. Brandon and Dominick had everything set up, and the price was already brought down to where I was happy. That felt even less like a sale, and more like we were stopping in to check in on new friends. On both occasions, they stayed beyond closing to get everything done but never made us feel like we were holding them up. We returned a 3rd time, this time for a sort of training on the vehicle with Parker. I've never had this offered before, and it was quite helpful. Parker made sure we knew every facet of the vehicle and sat with us for a good 45 minutes explaining every button, knob, and menu. It was at this visit that I also met the GM, Brian, who further solidified that Centennial Subaru will be my go-to dealership. ... And the cars are fantastic, too, of course. ‼BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.‼…read more My experience with Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was beyond unacceptable, and I believe every potential customer deserves to know what happened. We purchased a vehicle for $100,000 and paid for it outright. We wrote a personal check, which the dealership accepted without issue, and the vehicle was purchased in the name of our trust. As part of the trust paperwork, I had to provide my Social Security number for tax purposes. The following day, the dealership called asking to run my credit to "verify my identity." I told them absolutely not. I made it crystal clear that I did not authorize a credit inquiry. I even offered to immediately replace the personal check with a cashier's check if accepting it had suddenly become an issue. The very next morning, as soon as they opened, I was there with a cashier's check and exchanged it for my personal check. Despite my explicit refusal and despite receiving the cashier's check, I later received an official Notice of Adverse Action showing that my credit had been accessed. What happened next was even worse. When I called the dealership, I was repeatedly told that no one had run my credit. After I sent them the official letter proving otherwise, they didn't apologize. They didn't explain what happened. They didn't investigate. They simply ended the conversation, refused to take responsibility, and I never heard from anyone again. That told me everything I needed to know about how this dealership treats its customers. In my opinion, if they are willing to use personal information that was provided for one purpose after I expressly refused permission for a credit inquiry, I have serious concerns about how they safeguard customer information. If they'll ignore a clear "no" from one customer, ask yourself how they might handle yours. To make matters worse, we never signed a single document authorizing them to run our credit or use our personal information for that purpose. Because of this experience, I have filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Nevada Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Nevada DMV Compliance Enforcement Division, the Better Business Bureau, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Corporate Customer Care, 700Credit, and Experian so this matter can be independently investigated and this dealership can be held accountable. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Protect yourself. Monitor your credit. Get everything in writing--that documentation is what is supporting my case right now. Think twice before trusting this dealership with your personal information. The worst part is that we were already in the process of purchasing another vehicle from this dealership when this happened. Not only did they lose another sale, but now I'm left dealing with the consequences of their actions. Ironically, all of this could have been avoided. If someone in management had simply been honest, accepted responsibility, apologized, and had a conversation with me, I never would have felt the need to file complaints with multiple agencies or leave this review. Instead, they chose denial, silence, and avoidance. That, more than anything else, is the true reflection of this dealership's management and how they value their customers. Potential buyers deserve to know exactly how this situation was handled before deciding to do business here.

Although this dealership was further away from my home in Summerlin than I would like they had a shuttle service. I should've read the small print because to make a few extra bucks on me.,They changed it to seven servicing. They are not really good at honoring their word. Although I do love the Service writers and you can tell they really care. The service department is just pathetic. However, they're not as bad as Jeep Only.
