I had a very disappointing experience at Nissan Centennial. When I went to the parts department, Shawn seemed irritated that I was asking for assistance. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt like I was inconveniencing him just by asking questions. Unfortunately, the service department wasn't any better. The staff came across as unprofessional and didn't seem interested in helping me with my vehicle or addressing my concerns. After waiting and feeling ignored, I decided to leave the dealership without getting the help I needed. Made an appointment for a 7:45 am oil change. Arrived 5 minutes early, checked in and went to wait. At an hour and a half the update text said "waiting for parts"! What???? Simple routine oil changes take about 2.75 - 3.5hrs, brake pad replacement takes about 4+hrs and what's the common denominator? The advisor both of these customers had is Ruben Flores. It is an absolute circus here. the manager, Mike, tries his best to make matters right but this service department is beyond the point of fixing at this point. Advisors are extremely disrespectful and have no respect for customers time. I have an older 2008 Nissan (near 150K miles). Since it was well out of warrantee, I tried other smaller shops trying to save a buck. However, they don't take care of my car like Ryan takes care of it. I want my paid-off car to go another 150K so I bring it here. Also, these guys and gals know my car. I generally wait in the show room (the waiting room is comfortable but too much TV). The coffee is legit too. I haven't used the shuttle so I can't comment on that service. There was a misunderstanding regarding the purchase price of an additional warranty, leading us to believe at first that we had been overcharged. Ongoing Issues with Vehicle Service - Unprofessionalism and Lack of Communication I'm writing to express serious frustration with the service experience I've had over the past two weeks. My vehicle has remained in your care during this time, and communication has been both minimal and unprofessional. From the beginning, I've had to reach out repeatedly just to receive basic updates, none of which were provided proactively but upon multiple requests. On top of that, the customer service I've received from both Magan and Ken has been disappointing and unacceptable. Magan consistently avoided answering direct questions, promised multiple callbacks that never happened, and often transferred my calls before I could fully speak or respond. Her tone made it feel like my inquiries were a burden. I remained polite and respectful during every interaction, but still received vague, dismissive responses, that made her distain evident. At one point, I even had to call the sales department just to be transferred to someone who would help me besides Magan. That is not something a customer should have to do. As for Ken, while I initially gave him grace for eventually following up via text, that grace has worn thin. He has failed to follow through yet again, and during our most recent call, his tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in which he said to my spouse "I already told you" in which, he did not. It felt as though I was being talked down to for simply asking for clarity on my car's status, something that should be standard, not met with irritation. I would like to clarify, Ken made it known my car would be ready for pick up yesterday or today 8/5/25. I simply wanted to know a timeframe for pickup, as arrangements would need to be made. To be clear, I have a valid warranty, and your team was entrusted with completing promised work. While I appreciate the mechanics behind the scenes who've handled the technical aspects, the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and basic courtesy from your front-facing staff has made this an exhausting and unacceptable experience. At this point, the level of inconvenience and ongoing disrespect has me seriously considering whether I'll continue doing business with your location at all. I'm asking that this matter be addressed formally and that proper action is taken regarding both Ken and Magan's handling of customer interactions. A simple refresher on common hospitality, and general respect would be helpful. Thank you for your time. I look forward to a timely response and a resolution. read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. I was ripped off here at 2021, I needed a car and they gave me a Nissan Sentra s 2017 for a total of 22.5k while the MSRP for it is 16k new even with finances it should be like 19k. I got a used one 4 years late around December with 35k miles on it and I got up charged a lot of fucking money. Fast forward to 2026 I have like 60miles on my Sentra and I want to upgrade to something nicer and I still owe 9k on it and carmax if offering 6,600 and Carvana is offerings me 5k. I decided to see what planet Nissan would offer me since we worked together before and I wanted a used Nissan Altima SR in red 2023 they had it for like 17k. I wanted a trade in and put 500 down. Thinking my car isn't least worth 5k I went in and Andrew Harper (goes by Drew) told me sure thing and that we are a Nissan family here then said hey I got to check your credit though I was fine I was around 687-691 credit so I said sure. Just for him to come back and say I have too much negative equity and I would at least need to put down 5k or something for it because it's used and needs more down (it's only 2023 by the way it's really not that old ). He then further told me my car is only worth $1,500 dollars in trade in meaning 7.5kish of negative equity and he said I can get you into a new Nissan Sentra though might as well slapped me across my face and call me a slur because that would mean the same thing. Also this would leave the new Nissan Sentra (probably another base model) close to 30fuckingk. Fuck that these sales men don't see you as people but as fucking numbers to upcharge and make a fat commission off you. I obviously said no and said no was offered more elsewhere and he looked surprised i even said that and I guess he didn't want to look wrong and said go there then. Well now I have a 2024 Chevy Malibu 1LT 34k miles on it the second highest trim not including limited time trims like red line. I also only paying 23.5k for it and 4k of this 23.5k was negative equity from my Nissan Sentra. By the way I was also recommended to do this trade in my a financial advisor because I got to talk to one trying to refinance my old Nissan however I was so fucked over by it no one wanted to refinance it without 2k down because how overpriced it was. Also the very Malibu's MSRP new was 29k. Fuck this place else where because I paid 1k more for a newer higher trim car this year with about the same staring mileage than i did for a base line 2017 Sentra in 2021 from plant Nissan that charged me more than its new MSRP. Fuck these people and fuck you Andrew I did it genuinely you guys are parasites. I had a recent oil change and, as is their practice, the technicians do a check of the vehicle for any other issues. The technicians then make recommendations on work they believe needs to be done. This is "validated" by pictures they send you. It was recommended that front end bushings and control arms be replaced at the cost of $1,500+. After taking the vehicle to another shop for a second opinion, they revealed that the bushings on my vehicle were fine and that the ones in the picture sent by Planet Nissan were not even from my vehicle! I will never buy another car from Planet Nissan! Bought a used vehicle with the initial 30 day 1k mile warranty. During the sale, the salesman conveniently makes a statement "previous owner spent $3000 on a new AC system, then trades it in for something newer" well, after parking it in my garage for 3 weeks, drove it 2 miles to find out the AC isn't working. Brought it back in, they just recharged the system and sent me packing. Kind of weird how the refrigerant just disappears in 3 weeks? Well, 2.5 weeks later, same issue happens, only added about 19 miles to the car. Brought it back in. This time they "found the leak" and supposedly fixed it. News flash, throwing stop leak in a system doesn't fix the issue, it's a temporary mask. Well, the car ran cool for about 35 days, another 145 miles, and of courses, stopped cooling. Now all of a sudden they say the back cooling system is bad and will cost thousands of dollars to fix. They want me to pay almost $800 of that bill. Boy let me find an attorney! This is horseshlt! I purchased my Nissan Rouge on April 24th. I was so excited, but that didn't last. When I was reviewing the jump drive (I did not receive any paperwork), I realized I did not receive the price I was told it would be, the paperwork was not completed so my plates were not transferred to my new car so I was fined $250.00 by the DMV and did not receive the credit for my plates from my old car. Nobody ever showed me how to use anything on the car, such as how to set up and use Maps, text messages, trip mileage which I have now found out I don't have Maps (what new car doesn't have Maps)?. And within several weeks the paint started chipping. When I returned and talked to several different people I was basically told it was too bad, so sad. I never heard from my salesperson or anyone to see how things were going. I wish I had gone back to Hyundai. I have purchased several new cars over the years and have never had such poor service.
