Bought a new car at Planet Nissan dealer. Was treated very well by everyone there. This includes salesman, finance, reception, and management. They also assisted me in registering the car so I could avoid going to the the DMV. I have been a loyal customer for 19 years since I bought my first car there.

Planet Nissan's prices are out of this world. I brought my 2015 Sentra in for a noise that was coming from the transmission. I had to pay 209.00 to have the problem diagnosed, the total was 10,418.39. Why didn't Sonia Juarez recommend that I get a new car. My car is only worth 4500.00 m. That's what I am going to do but it sure won't come from Planet Nissan. I'm sure everything that was diagnosed didn't happen but here is a copy of the invoice

    I love my new GMC

On January 16, I took my 2015 Nissan Sentra in for a check up. I was recommended by Sonja to pay over 10k in repairs. She didn't recommend that I talk to a salesman but she recommended that I spend over 10k in repairs. This is the invoices. Since she didn't recommend that I get a new car, I did but not from Planet Nissan, I do not trust them & I will not recommend but I will share my horrible experience with anyone that will listen. I did purchase a new GMC Terrain & I love it!

Anybody here have problems with their sun visors? My sun visor keeps falling off and dont stay up. I would like to know how much it cost to get it replace. Or if its part of a recall.

I think this happens very often with their vehicles, I know of two other people that had to replace their sun visors and they are not cheap. I think I paid $225 for mine.

Toyota is now telling us the engine might need replacing and there is a lack of compression on cylinder 4. A Toyota is a completely sealed system. The only time cylinder 4 is opened to the air was when the technician removed the spark plug. If dirt or debris got inside that cylinder and destroyed the engine, its because the deck failed to properly clear the debris from the spark plug well before opening it. It has to be cleaned before changing the spark plugs to prevent a blown engine! Spoke to the service mgr. Jason and he said it's speculation. I will be meeting a forensic mechanic so he can take the engine apart and find the debris inside the cylinder. The invoice noted they cleared the " carbon" if they used a harsh chemical or a tool to scape carbon away from the valves or plugs, they may have dropped large chunk of hard carbon directly onto the piston , which will also destroy an engine in a matter of days. It was exactly 2 days later the car stalled, towed it back to Toyota and they gave us an invoice of $18,029.99. Which they are not taking accountability for and with proven documentation in court they will be paying for a new engine. I believe after what I experienced, documented and explained to the General Manager, I suspect the Service Center will become a first class operation deserving of its awards for sales and hopefully service repairs and customer satisfaction. The General Manager is in my opinion a 2% manager, meaning he ranks among the top 2% of general managers in his industry. I know this because I am old and have many cars and many dealership experiences. I own Two new MBZ vehicles that are in the upper end of their lines and the service manager there is a 2% manager as is every service rep , general manager , sales manager. If not, they are not there for very long. There is no tolerance for mediocre there MBZ. The GM at Centennial VW has this high level management passion as I am sure his Sales Director has. The Service Department is a work in progress that will unfortunately need to remove the mediocre personnel and replace with high quality people to truly turn it around and make it a GREAT DEALERSHIP. The four stars is for showing me they can thanks to the GM. If not for his leadership, this review would have been a zero. Like I said, I believe they are now fully aware of the issue in Service including the ownership. Now I hope they make the corrections to raise their standing and increase more sales as a result of 100% 5 star reviews going forward.

When I scheduled my appointment over the phone everything was great, I was told there would be a rental available that upcoming Monday when I would drop the car off even if it was towards the end of the day the rental was returned. Which was just a part of the issue. When I got there for my appointment time (right on time mind you) my scheduled advisor was not available so I had to speak to a different associate. I asked over six times if said associate needed help starting my car as the key had broken off and it just needed some extra tlc. Instead of no that's okay or any response at all, I was ignored every single time while they struggled to turn it on. The entire time was me asking 90% of the questions as they barely speak to you or care to make you feel better about them solving the problem at hand. When I explained I had a warranty and all the issues I had with the car I was basically treated like I had no clue what I was talking about and they'd just figure it out. I know my car and what I'm talking about, you'll definitely be treated differently as a woman here. Not to mention the nice lady in front of me who was told because she didn't know exactly what was wrong with her car "Well if you aren't sure the techs are just gonna say everything is fine." What?? If you don't like your job that's okay but shouldn't be in customer service. Absolutely experienced the mansplaining as well and people who are too prideful clearly. Management didn't seem to care either. Very dismissive. I ended up pulling the car completely and drove it all the way to Henderson same day, never had it serviced here because of them. Absolutely awful experience especially as a potential new customer. What should've been a positive experience was absolutely awful. Save your time and go elsewhere for service. It's more worth the drive to Henderson for me than dealing with what I had to go through. Let's treat every customer with dignity and respect regardless of gender, color, or what year their car is ! :) Do better.

Our first purchase was smooth and unexpected. My wife and I went in simply to look at the mid-level trim. Before I knew it, I was shaking hands on a higher trim level at a price that didn't cause indigestion. Both Brandon and Dominick worked whatever magic they could to get us to a comfortable spot. And they did so without the awkward back and forth I've grown accustomed to at dealerships. I said I didn't quite like the price, Dominick vanished for a few minutes and came back with a better deal. It wasn't even just the pricing that sold me. They were pleasant. No one spoke to us like we were just another sale. Brandon was personable and made it easy to forget that we were there to make a pretty sizable purchase. Dominick was nonchalant about the whole thing, and far different from the high-stress, robotic finance managers I'm used to. We liked the experience so much that, within 3 weeks, we went back to purchase a second Outback. That was an even easier process. Brandon and Dominick had everything set up, and the price was already brought down to where I was happy. That felt even less like a sale, and more like we were stopping in to check in on new friends. On both occasions, they stayed beyond closing to get everything done but never made us feel like we were holding them up. We returned a 3rd time, this time for a sort of training on the vehicle with Parker. I've never had this offered before, and it was quite helpful. Parker made sure we knew every facet of the vehicle and sat with us for a good 45 minutes explaining every button, knob, and menu. It was at this visit that I also met the GM, Brian, who further solidified that Centennial Subaru will be my go-to dealership. ... And the cars are fantastic, too, of course. Although this dealership was further away from my home in Summerlin than I would like they had a shuttle service. The first thing they did was end the shuttle service with no compensation for the inconvenience to me. The extended warranty as promised was supposed to be two servicing a year for seven years. I should've read the small print because to make a few extra bucks on me.,They changed it to seven servicing. They are not really good at honoring their word. Although I do love the Service writers and you can tell they really care. The service department is just pathetic. However, they're not as bad as Jeep Only. So at least they're not the bottom of the barrel. This was a great Jeep. It must've been built on a Tuesday. It has been very good to me over the years. But I've had small issues that Jeep could never quite fix. I don't wanna say they didn't wanna fix them, but I have to wonder.
