She used all the great graphs (transits)and charts that Jamie usually includes, which is always so helpful. Fran is a very good listener, and is incredibly intuitive. She is knowledgeable and has a really warm communication style. I felt like she truly cared about the outcome of the reading, and she checked in with me often, to make sure we were on track.
