So when my daughter first got her dog we were required to get him to the vet and get him checked out. This was the only vet taking appointments. His office was just a little to far from our house. The office was tiny and the doctor seemed to talk to himself more than to us. The woman at the front counter was very helpful... due to the location we had to find a doctor that was closer....oh and not quite sure if his prices were good or not...

I was desperate to find care for my Yorkie same day, due to her feeling nauseous and vomiting, loss of appetite, lack of energy, I did not want to go to the pet Hospital because of long waits and also because my Yorkie is Nursing her 5 weeks puppies. I called many locations and no business was able to help me. I found Center-La Sierra Per Clinic and spoke Cindy she was very friendly and compassionate to my needs and was able to get me in the same day. Dr. Lee was very professional , caring, gentle, and experienced and I can tell he loves what he does. My Luna got 4 shots, 1 antiemetic,2 vitamins, 1 antibiotics and took home antibiotics for 10 days. This clinic was reasonable with the prices, they explained to me before any treatment, clinic was clean and followed COVID protocols. I want to thank Dr.Lee and Cindy for making my Luna better!!

this doggo loves Dr.Lee and Cindy!

Late post: Dr. Lee and his team take great care to follow COVID-19 precautions. They get you in and out efficiently, so you don't have to worry about exposure to other pet families. The doctor listens to your pet concerns and presents treatment options to get your pet feeling great again. He is a great partner to ensure your pets long and healthy lives. You can also get your pet's maintenance meds refilled here. Customer service is top notch!

This vet is a literal puppy saver! The costs are reasonable and the staff is so friendly! I took my maltipoo mix puppy because he was sick and they fixed him right up and saved his little life. He hasn't eaten in three days or drank water and he was hacking and coughing and wheezing and after a day with them he's almost 100% recovered! I definitely recommend this place!

The nurse made sure I was aware of the prices at all times so no surprises once it was time for payment. Over all happy with my visit

Took a 15 pound dog there for vaccines. I was there approximately 10 to 15 minutes. I was charged a $177.

Headline: Life-Threatening Negligence and Fraudulent Charting - Do Not Trust This Clinic…read moreI am writing this as a medical professional who had to perform my own clinical audit to save my dog from this office's incompetence. My dog, Twinkie, was failed by Dr. Mean and her staff on multiple levels: 1. Fraudulent Documentation & Lack of Physical Exam: The records claim Dr. Mean performed a heart exam on Twinkie. This is a blatant lie; she never even touched my dog. Furthermore, a covering vet performed a suture removal but failed to document any of the clinical concerns we raised. Vitals that were taken by a tech on an intake form were never entered into the formal medical record. 2. Misdiagnosis & Dangerous Over-Medication: Despite Twinkie showing clear signs of anaphylaxis right in front of the staff, they "shrugged it off" and insisted she was having syncope (fainting) due to heart failure. Without proper diagnostics, they jumped straight to a heavy cocktail of Enalapril and Vetmedin and Furosemide. 3. Intentional Withholding of Records: I believe this office intentionally stalled sending my records to the cardiologist. Once they realized a specialist would be reviewing their "work," they likely realized they had jumped the gun. Because they failed to provide the records, I had to act as my own investigator. 4. The Proof is in the Recovery: After connecting the dots myself, I realized the Enalapril was dropping her blood pressure below baseline and the Furosemide was dangerously dehydrating her. I made the clinical decision to stop the medications. Within 24 hours of being off their "treatment," Twinkie was back to her old self--active and barking. A subsequent exam by a different, competent veterinarian confirmed she is healthy, her heart is fine, and she never needed the medication. Final Word: If I hadn't used my own medical background to challenge their narrative, their "treatment" for a non-existent heart condition would have killed my dog. Their clinical notes are vague, their charting is dishonest, and their diagnostic skills are non-existent. Go elsewhere.

If you have a service animal, a medically necessary animal, or anything time-sensitive... please read this. My family spent seven months preparing our service dog -- a $35,000 trained medical assistance animal -- for international travel. We've traveled with him to 16 countries using USDA-certified vets with zero issues. We trusted All Paws Riverside Animal Hospital with the Japan and Hawai'i processes. We followed every instruction. We completed every blood draw, titer test, appointment, and document. We spent thousands of dollars. And then everything fell apart. Behind the scenes, things were not what they seemed. The Japan certificate was submitted incorrectly and rejected by USDA. The office had all paperwork and deadlines months in advance. The Hawai'i certificate required multiple corrections because staff, not the veterinarian whose license was used, were filling out legal sections. We were asked for information the veterinarian should have been responsible for. Worst part? We learned by accident -- not from the office -- that the Japan certificate had been rejected. And only afterward were we told the veterinarian responsible had actually been on medical leave during the process. That meant: No qualified oversight. No chance to fix errors in time. And months of preparation became useless overnight. It got worse when we tried to get answers. When we came into the office to understand what happened, the situation escalated in a way I never expected. In my experience, the office manager, Jeri, raised her voice at me and spoke in a way that felt aggressive and completely unprofessional. I left in tears -- shaken, embarrassed, and without answers. I have never been screamed at in a veterinary setting in my life. It added trauma to an already devastating situation. Then--silence. When we later requested a refund for services that were never successfully completed, the office stopped responding. Eventually, they terminated care for our entire family of pets instead of addressing what happened. No accountability. No ownership. No attempt to make it right. Why I'm writing this. I'm not sharing this out of anger. I'm sharing it because someone else will trust this office the way we did -- with their pet's health, their money, and their family's well-being. If your animal's medical, behavioral, or travel needs require accuracy and oversight, please choose a clinic that takes those responsibilities seriously. I wish someone had warned us. No family -- and no service animal -- should ever go through this.

When we returned, we asked to speak with a veterinarian and were told we would never see one. Instead, a vet tech (I'll refer to as Snookums) reviewed the X‑rays and prescriptions while repeatedly calling us "Sweets" and "Honey," which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Here's a "pro" tip Snookums -- for clarity and professionalism, use the clients name when you communicate. Snookums offered vague possibilities with no real answers, seemed defensive, and then handed us a $400 bill. We were also told we could pay extra for bloodwork and stool testing -- diagnostic tests that should have been done before any treatment, especially since we brought a stool sample. The problems with this clinics drop-off model: -- We had to explain our pets problem more than once, which can be misinterpreted once the information gets to the vet. -- They take the pet away and perform diagnostics and/or treatments without informed consent from the owner. -- The only interface with the vet we had was through a lab tech, who cannot legally diagnose, provide prognosis, or prescribe medications and should not be the only person communicating medical findings. -- Operating below the standard of client communication most pet owners expect and deserve. Poor communication, no access to an actual vet, unprofessional behavior, and unclear diagnostics. We won't be returning.

The veterinary technician was wonderful--she was kind, listened to my concerns, and assured me she would let the veterinarian know that I suspected my 12-year-old Yorkie might have a collapsed trachea. When the veterinarian, Dr. Kim, came in, the exam lasted less than a minute. He didn't examine my dog's throat, listen to the area I was specifically concerned about, or perform what I felt was even a basic physical examination focused on her symptoms. Instead, he immediately recommended blood work and X-rays. I understand that X-rays and lab work can be important for diagnosing certain conditions, and I wasn't expecting a diagnosis without testing. However, I did expect a thorough physical exam before being told I needed additional tests. It felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously. The veterinary technician was excellent, but my experience with the veterinarian was extremely disappointing. As a first-time client, I left feeling unheard and wondering if the discounted new-patient promotion affected the level of care I received. I hope that's not the case, but that is honestly how my visit made me feel.
