I've been coming to this Vet for years!! Years!! Never had a bad thing to say until now! I called to pay for my dogs prescription (which I do ever month) and today the price was 40$ higher!! I'm upset! This isn't fair since I pay every month 125$ Vetoryl and Apoquel 100$. Not only this but I have to bring him in every 2-3 months. $$$. I can't afford my dogs disease!! I am going through chewy now... but I feel Tana new girl upfront was unapologetic and no empathy whatsoever! What the heck? Ughhhhh

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Lorkowski at Centennial Animal Hospital! After several disappointing visits Norco Animal Hospital, I brought my female micromini Goldendoodle in for a second opinion, and the care here was exceptional. Dr. Lorkowski was kind, patient, and thorough; she took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed the exam, and genuinely cared about my dog's well-being. She confirmed that there was no infection and no surgery needed, saving me from unnecessary treatment and a $2,400 procedure another vet had recommended. The exam was also very reasonably priced at $50, and the entire staff was warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Lorkowski and Centennial Animal Hospital. Both my Goldendoodles will be coming here from now on. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable veterinary care!

I have had a few pups (Mickey, Sheila, Woodey, Princess) and a cat (Shorty), that we've taken to Centennial Animal Hospital for care over the years. I'm surprised I haven't done a review. But wanted to take the time to express my gratitude to Centennial Animal Hospital and the staff. I have had different veterinarians at this animal hospital, that have treated our pets over the years. Doctor Sibyl De Anda is our current veterinarian, and she really cares for the animals. She provides the best treatment and advice, while keeping in mind the best interest of your pet. She has cared for two of our pets and also put down two of our furbabys when it was time for that. That is always a hard thing to do. The staff were all very kind and compassionate during the process. I recently had to bring my dog here to be put down. They explained euthanasia and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. It's such a terrible thing to have to put your fur baby down, but the staff definitely help and are extremely empathetic during the process. Furthermore, I have always gotten excellent service and care. Whenever our pets have had problems, we have taken them here. And they get better. This is a good place to take your furry friends :)

I compared both blood tests on my chatgpt and it was clear she had it a year ago. then they didn't want to give her insulin unless I agreed to leave her there for 7 days at $170/day. I was pissed! my friend referred me to 9Tails!..., From night to day! they couldn't believe what my previous vet did and took her in right away, used the current blood work results I already had and started her on insulin the very same day and sent us home. it was such a relief. They care, they always take time to explain things. They are reasonably priced. And they are open EVERY DAY! They have been a life savor for us and im so thankful. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I just knew I wanted to keep something to remember my beloved Shadow by. After doing some research, this organization was the first one I came across, and I'm so grateful I chose them. Their customer service was compassionate, professional, and incredibly caring during one of the hardest moments for my family. The day Shadow passed away, they were able to pick him up the very same day. I was surprised because I expected the process to take much longer. They treated him with such dignity and respect during pickup, and they showed that same level of care when they returned his ashes to me. I can't thank them enough for making such a difficult time a little easier. I would absolutely recommend them 100%. Thank you for treating my beloved Shadow with the love and care he deserved.

Dr. Shannon was so kind and compassionate during the process. Dr. Shannon and other vets like her are angels and we are forever thankful for the service she provided and for all that Mobile Pet Cremations do to help pet parents and families say goodbye to their fur babies. We received Wynston's ashes today which has been so emotional yet the way in which they cared for Wynston's departed body and returned him back to us in such a caring and compassionate manner, means the world to us. I would recommend them to any and all families who wants their pet to have a peaceful transition at home surrounded by those who loved them the most.

I am convinced the positive reviews for this clinic are completely fabricated…read more My father brought our 11-year-old Yorkie, Rocky, here after he exhibited sudden, unusual behavior. The vet diagnosed him with vestibular disease, which seemed plausible given his age. However, the sheer negligence that followed is entirely unacceptable and infuriating. This clinic provided absolutely zero follow-up care. They completely withheld the results of Rocky's blood work and handed my father nothing but a receipt upon discharge. Following this visit, Rocky's health declined rapidly. Distressed by his extreme weakness, we rushed him to VCA in Yorba Linda for a second opinion. The contrast was staggering. The Yorba Linda team acted immediately. Their doctor was upfront and honest: Rocky had developed severe jaundice, his body was failing, and the most humane option left was euthanasia. The staff there was genuinely shocked to learn that the Corona clinic failed to communicate a single detail about Rocky's blood work.If this clinic had provided a proper diagnosis and an ounce of actual medical care, our beloved Rocky would still be alive today. Do not trust this establishment with your pets. They do not care about animals or families; they are running a heartless operation solely to make money. On top of this negligent business, my father stated the staff working during his visit there were completely rude and dismissive. We will be filing a complaint with the California Veterinary Medical Board.
