I would have to give Riverside Animal Hospital 5/5! They were great to our puppy, which is a big puppy and not yet trained they are patient. The technician who walked us back was friendly and gave helpful tips on caring for our puppy. The Dr came in Mrs.Estrada, and she was awesome! Very detailed and thorough on the report. The young lady at the front desk was polite , all the staff was great! This was our first time at this location we will

Staff and doctor were amazing! I was very picky about the look and outcome of our pitbulls ears but 9 months later he is looking beautiful! Really pleased with our choice to come here and do the cropping. Thank you so much!

This was the best possible outcome for an incredibly painful experience. It has been a month since Bella's death and I finally can write this without crying. Don was incredibly kind and empathetic. He was able to give me quotes and all the information I required. I'm thankful for the auto message function as I had difficulty responding. My husband made the actual call weeks later. Don again, was incredibly empathetic and kind as he walked us through the steps. On that day, Dr.Nicole came over and was amazing. I couldn't have imagined a gentler experience for my babies. She was so patient, gentle and kind. I'm so thankful, I don't think I have the words to describe the gratitude I feel. I was so scared about them having scary anxious feelings when it came time for euthanasia. But after a lot of excitement which Dr.Nicole was gracious about, my babies settled down and sat with us. I am grateful for the conversations we had. We were never rushed, or judged. She was so empathetic. It was such a devastatingly sad, surreal experience. Neal had started to deteriorate so rapidly this year. His sister Sara had started to not be able to hide how ill she felt. I don't think I would have ever been ready to let them go. As I look back at my pictures and videos it's easier to see that they were both ill. It was so easy to look past it when they were here. I'd compare them to the pictures and just add accommodations for their comfort. Because their smiles, the love in their eyes...the tail wags were still there, different, but there. It was so hard to admit it was time. All the anxiety that had been eating away at me for months washed away and was replaced with a bottomless sadness and relief that my babies were no longer suffering. They were two amazing small little dogs who left an unfathomable chasm in my heart. The after care was also above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough. If you are reading this and you think it is time, Serene Passages is the correct choice.

My daughter had prepared us for this day by researching the reviews of a few in-home services so that we would have the right choice at a moments notice. We were at the vet at 9 AM and confirmed the bad news that we had to act quickly and my daughter immediately called her first choice, A Pet's farewell, and we were able to get an appointment at noon that day. Waiting any longer would have turned out a whole different bad way. Dr. Leah came over on time and came into the house and graciously explained how we were going to proceed all the while being very patient and considerate of our situation. Dr. Leah asked us to prepare some snacks Lulu loved so that we can distract her from the needles of concoctions. Lulu ate one of her fave's Cane's chicken (actually got up to eat that), went on her last potty break and then we went back into the house and set up in the living room. Lulu took everything like a champ as she always has, and it was painless and a comfort to know that she was just going to drift away peacefully with all of us at her side and in her visuals as she relaxed. Dr. Leah was very helpful and patient as we cried and hugged Lulu good-bye. Dr. Leah wrapped Lulu up in the carry out sling and my son helped her take Lulu to the car that was decorated with cute pillows, a blanket and flowers for her final trip in a car. Thank you Dr. Leah not that I want to do this ever again, but I will have to, and I will definitely be calling you back to help us the next time. I hope anyone considering an in home service is able to give their pet's a peaceful final goodbye-bye no matter the cost. She helped us walk our precious Stella over the Rainbow bridge in the beauty of silence, reverence, and peace, it was so beautiful. Dr. Erica sent us the most amazing sympathy card a few days later that touched my heart deeply. Honor Pet has not only been there throughout this difficult journey, but their kindness, compassion, professionalism and guidance have meant more to me and my family than they can ever know. Today, Stella is back home at her final resting place, where she belongs...they sent her home to us in this incredible Honor box which carried her remains, a mini glass bottle of her fur, a candle to burn if/when I need to feel her presence, a digital print of her beautiful little "chocolate chip nose" we all loved and adored, a package of Forget-Me-Not seeds to plant in her honor, and a letter conveying their deepest sympathy for our great loss. It was all so overwhelming and thoughtful. If anyone is faced with such a difficult decision as this, and you are like me, confused and doubting whether you're making the right end-of-life choice, I cannot recommend Honor Pet enough. I promise, you will be blessed and given the truth and confidence as to when that right time comes. Stella never suffered, because Dr. Shea went over her symptoms/behavior, but when she started showing signs that she was ready, I recognized them and knew. My Stella no longer is suffering... The devastation over losing a beloved pet cannot be fully described in words, other than this: "Grief is the Price we Pay to Love." I love you my sweet girl, wait for me.

We called again around 3.5 weeks and they said a few more days. At 4 weeks we received an email saying our boy was ready and we went to go pick him up. It was quite stressful calling in over those two weeks of delay to figure out if and when my dog's ashes would be ready. A proactive message from their side would've made the experience a lot better as we needed to keep calling in to figure out what was happening while also grieving. The box we received back was lovey with a candle, hair clippings, flower seeds, and urn. I do wish the digital nose print was more accurate in terms of the size. He's a small dog and the print is just a bit blown up to the size of a larger dog.. but nonetheless it was a nice box which included several things.

When we returned, we asked to speak with a veterinarian and were told we would never see one. Instead, a vet tech (I'll refer to as Snookums) reviewed the X‑rays and prescriptions while repeatedly calling us "Sweets" and "Honey," which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Here's a "pro" tip Snookums -- for clarity and professionalism, use the clients name when you communicate. Snookums offered vague possibilities with no real answers, seemed defensive, and then handed us a $400 bill. We were also told we could pay extra for bloodwork and stool testing -- diagnostic tests that should have been done before any treatment, especially since we brought a stool sample. The problems with this clinics drop-off model: -- We had to explain our pets problem more than once, which can be misinterpreted once the information gets to the vet. -- They take the pet away and perform diagnostics and/or treatments without informed consent from the owner. -- The only interface with the vet we had was through a lab tech, who cannot legally diagnose, provide prognosis, or prescribe medications and should not be the only person communicating medical findings. -- Operating below the standard of client communication most pet owners expect and deserve. Poor communication, no access to an actual vet, unprofessional behavior, and unclear diagnostics. We won't be returning.
