No way could I ever get that service online nor would I expect to duplicate that price, free shipping on the exact day (a few weeks out in the future) when I wanted it. But here's the icing on the cake: one of the Blaze stainless steel cabinets arrived with door/drawer handles missing. This was the one in a million sealed box that somehow missed parts at the factory. I called BBQ Island/Tony to explain. I assured them that the box was still in my possession and had been searched many times, and they sent via Fed Ex replacement parts - no charge for parts or shipping - to me. Wow. I submitted an inquiry and was promptly contacted and scheduled with Cabinet Carl as my designer. He came to my house and discussed what I had in mind for my kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Within a week or two I had designs back to me as well as a quote for the scope of work by room and cost of cabinetry for each room. Cabinet Carl and I went back and forth a little about the designs and met at the design center. I ordered the fixtures, sinks, tub, disposal, etc to have everything on site prior to starting. My project was scheduled for 7 weeks. I had a pre construction walk through with Cabinet Carl, Jeff, and Josh. I received a timeline of work and was updated weekly. I had a roof leak right before my project started and Josh assured me it would be fine and they would repair the drywall inside when they did my kitchen. The whole time I was in contact with Josh and Cabinet Carl. My project went great, stayed on schedule, and was completed with such quality in the work. So then I thought I think I want to do more, so I called Closet Carl. He came back to the house and went through all the closets with me and I was interested in building a closet in my office. We also discussed lighting and ceiling fans through the whole house. I had designs quickly again and got on the schedule. Everything went great and was ahead of schedule. The closets and lighting/fans were complete within a couple weeks. The office construction took another week or so. Again, I loved it all. There was just one more house project I have always wanted to do, a fireplace. I didn't know where to start, so I called to talk to Cozy Carl. He said that was also something that Classy does. So once again Cozy Carl and Jeff came over to discuss the scope of work and ideas. The design was drawn up and I got added to the schedule for a 2 week project, managed by Rick, that would finish the week before Christmas. Right before my fireplace project started I got home from a trip and had a toilet leak in one of my brand new bathrooms (the toilet was NOT installed by Classy). I emailed Clean Up Carl at 9pm and he had someone at my house at 9am the next morning. Unfortunately the leak had ruined my vanity base, so the vanity had to come out. It also ruined my flooring, so that had to be removed. They opened up the walls just to make sure there wasn't a leak anywhere else (it was a lot of water) and left the walls open for a week. Not only was my fireplace finished on schedule, but the bathroom was also put completely back together in the same timeframe. I hosted Christmas Eve the next week for 30 people and everything was all back in order. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Classy Companies. I only got ONE QUOTE for my house. Right away I knew that they were competent, they demonstrated great communication, and that I could trust them to complete the projects without me having to be constantly present. So often I feel like I pay a premium for the kind of service that I seek, but in this case I feel like their pricing was not inflated for the service I received and the people I was working with actually CARE. I always thought that doing a remodel would be a painful process, I would lose sleep over it, I'd be upset about things, or I'd be trying to hunt down contractors who weren't showing up. The process with Classy was not stressful at all. The whole process went smooth and was pleasant. It was worth every penny to be able to carry on with my own life and career and trust that everything was going well at home. I have referred several others who had quotes from other companies and Classy's quote was the best quote for each person I referred. (Cabinet, Closet, Cozy, Clean Up) Carl is the BEST! He is great at looking at the design of a space while keeping in mind the functionality, cost, and any specifics to the install so that it all comes together nicely. Jeff, Josh, and Rick were exceptional project managers. Much of the time I wasn't home, but I did get to know Rene, Carlos, Jamie, and Parks as well. Their website is pretty good and will give you a good idea of what to expect when you go, but nothing replaces going in person. Plan to spend some time there to go through what they have, but once you pick what you want, they are great, friendly and helpful. Have used 2x and will definitely repeat when needed.

One thing I think is important for others to know: even when tile comes from the same batch and supplier, there can still be variations in sizing. This turned into a significant issue for us. Every tile had to be adjusted individually, which created a lot of extra work, added costs, and delayed our project timeline. At this level of pricing, I would expect that kind of risk to be clearly communicated upfront, or at least some form of support once the issue came up. That wasn't the case here. There was an opportunity for them to step in and help make it right, but that didn't happen. When I addressed the concern with the sales representative, I was told the material wasn't considered defective and that it wasn't something they were responsible for. The overall tone was that we needed to figure it out on our own, which was frustrating given the circumstances. They do offer premium products and a strong selection, but the level of service and accountability did not match the cost. Based on this experience, I would not choose to work with them again. Something I'd recommend others keep in mind before moving forward.

After attempting to trade internal parts out of my existing toilets I found out the manufacturer stopped building that model, they were made with non-standard sizes and I could no longer order a flapper to fit my tanks. My options were replaced the tanks or replace the toilets. So off I went, and let me tell you, making decisions on a toilet is harder than it seems. Will I go two piece, one piece, which has the better flush, least prone to clogging, which is more comfortable, easier to clean, do I spend $200 per toilet or $700 per toilet for the nicer ones, the standard big box stores are open all day every day but the plumbing supply stores are only open mon-frindurimg my work hours so looking at a higher end brand and model isn't possible. Months of back and forth fretting all these decisions and one day I ran into an ad for HIW advertising toilets, AND, they're open on Saturdays. I checked them out, I was able to see and feel the toilets I was considering, and I walked out the door with two of them. First off, their stock is overstock, so be sure to check your product for any blemishes or damages, second, the cost for their products are about half the original retail price. I'm happy because I got the $500 toilets for $300 and I now have two new one piece toilets acquired at a very reasonable cost! I checked out the rest of the store while I was there, they had some nice full length mirrors, a row of tubs, three or four sets of outdoor furniture, an aisle of toilets, sinks, cabinets, flooring and countertops. They offer installation on their flooring and cabinets here and with the prices I found, I'd seriously consider checking them out if I'm planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation. The staff was friendly, welcomed us in as and helped me carry and load the toilets in to my vehicle. I'll 100% be back again the next time I'm in the market for a home improvement product they keep in stock. The prices here are hard to beat!
