Upon taking the sensor off they screwed the part in crooked causing damage to the pole. And wanted me to pay 2300 more to fix their mistake. I called the cops. Got it on record. Now comes the legal part. They were highly reviewed at one point. I just noticed how much their ratings dropped. This new GM John. He is not off to good start trying to fix this place. The team did not get the car out of the back of the lot stuffed behind other cars, they didn't care to clean the inside or out as it's been sitting and dirty (I'll add photos). The battery was dead, the sales rep was entertaining other customers during my visit. I asked prior to coming what mods have been done to this car. They said the only mod was the rims. That in fact was not the only mod when I got there, the exhaust was done and some intake work and I'm sure some other stuff if I cared to look harder. In addition, every time I talked to a rep over the phone it was frustrating as they made me repeat myself several times. The only person in that whole place who seemed decent was Anton. Unfortunately he has to leave when I was there. This place was red flag after red flag.

I explained to my service writer Andrew, my 2 concerns being the dashboard ambient lighting on the passenger side dashboard not being illuminated evenly(not being off) as well as a strong coolant odor(not with an obvious leak) after med/long drives along with over time a subsequent loss of coolant. I told Andrew I had to add coolant to the reservoir on 2 separate occasions. Days later, the car was returned to me without resolving either of these issues. I had attached a pic showing the poor illumination of the ambient lighting strip. Car was also returned to me dirty. Service technician through a video, told me the ambient lighting strip turns on. Of course it does. That was not the issue. The lighting continues to be uneven in this one section and just looks bad. It is a frequent enough known issue in these models and the solution is to replace the part containing the LED strip. Andrew also told me they had pressure tested the cooling system for several hours and no leaks were found. They however did mention they "topped off" the system. Unfortunately, this static test and doesn't duplicate the conditions I had clearly described. The cooling system is sealed so experiencing the strong coolant odor along with the loss of coolant is not normal and means coolant has to be going somewhere. Clearly further investigation is needed here. Andrew texted me saying he would review my concerns with service manager and shop foreman the following day. I never heard back from Andrew or anyone else from BMW Of Bridgewater. The car drives wonderfully but this level of service and lack of concern for a customer is poor and not what I would expect from BMW. Lexus NEVER treated me like this!

I did what I knew how to do, replaced o rings, recharged it etc, and that kept it going a little longer, but eventually it just went kaputski. Call early on a Thursday morning to say that I want to bring the car in, but need it back in time to take a road trip next week. Drop off 8am. By 9am I have a diagnosis. It's a bad diagnosis, but it's accurate - my compressor died. They get the part and have it done and ready for pickup by 12:30 the same day. Is their rate a little higher than some other shops? Sure. But you can have your choice of two of the three: cheap, fast, good. These guys are fast and good. I can't sing these folks praises enough - and as someone who loves my car, I do not trust it to many places preferring to do maintenance and simple fixes myself. Gary and his team are amazing.

After hours of searching we go to help ourselves and it is still nowhere to be found. Owner now claims it is not his responsibility and refuses to take any action to remedy the situation. What should have been an easy brake job is now costing us new key fobs, missed work, and a rental vehicle while we sort this out. Probably a tow as well, as I do not trust this mans work at this point. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere else- you'll save a lot of time and agrivation. You get what you pay for, and his low prices mean you get shit service and a rude attitude.
