When I reached out to the store, they failed to take responsibility. Despite there being a veterinary clinic on-site, Ace was never examined or given care. I requested an incident report, and though I was told I'd receive a call back, no one followed up. I eventually received a refund, but that doesn't undo the pain and stress this caused Ace. This isn't about money -- it's about accountability, animal safety, and trust. Grooming should never result in injuries, and every pet deserves to be treated with care and compassion.
