First, they didn't show up to our scheduled appointment on Nov 29, at 8AM even after I received 2 confirmation emails, and text reminders about the appointment (attached below are photos of the confirmations). I specifically chose this company over Attic Bros because I was told that they work on the weekends and complete jobs on weekends. In hindsight, I wish I would have just gone with Attic Bros from the start. Two guys came at 2:30pm instead on Saturday after I had called them at 10:30am about how no one showed up. The 2 guys only put up 2 films of radiant barrier and left at 5pm. On Sunday morning, the remaining workers showed up and "finished" at 2:30pm, however they didn't rodent proof my crawl space until I had pointed out the holes to them. They did it after I had pointed out the holes. Additionally, they never rodent proofed my the attic side vents. They rodent proofed the roof, sure, but I would have thought the side vents would be included (they didn't have a ladder to reach it so they didn't do it). I had to hire a third party to fix the holes/gaps on the side vents instead because Adam and his company didn't want to come back to fix it. I was told they'd call me back when they can schedule me in, but after a week I gave up and just hired another company. Also, they damaged one of my kitchen lights when they were doing work in the attic. Adam also said he would send someone to fix it and that it's "easy" but nothing ever came of it. The 3 stars I gave them is because the insulation looks decent and that they still came on Sunday to follow through on the project, but if they could lie to me about "fixing the side vents from the inside" who knows what else they may have lied about. I am concerned about this company's integrity. Also- Adam is rude and defensive on the phone, and doesn't really let his customers speak.

We have not had any issues since the ones that we dealt with during the initial installation. Fast forward to this week (Mar. 2026). We are in the process of getting quotes for installing a vapor barrier. During inspections, two separate insulation experts notified me that the batt insulation was installed incorrectly. From the very start of my engagement with Attic Bros it has been fantastic! I found them in a…read moresearch on Yelp and no joke, my 8 year old calls me Bro, so figured I would fit right in with the Attic Bros! I think within maybe 20 minutes of submitting my Yelp quote I had a call back and an appointment. Michael came out and did a THOROUGH inspection of the attic took a ton of before pics. But not only that he then sat down with me and went through the entire process, which is quite frankly, amazing. He also answered all of my questions and offered some input on my ducts. He made himself available for any other questions too, which was so nice since my husband wasn't around - there's always another question. With this process, not only do you get your old attic crud sucked out, they look for and seal any entry point for critters. They add mesh from the inside plus they go around the whole perimeter from the outside of the house too just to make sure they caught all entry points. They seal all air gaps from things like recessed lights and fans. And then they sanitize. Something about knowing my 70 year old house got a deep clean is VERY satisfying for my OCD cleaning tendencies. The insulation went in - they use a batting that is 12" thick, my attic before probably had an inch, maybe 2 in spots of the old blow-in stuff which was just dust and dirt and disgusting. This batting is eco-friendly - no pink artificial coloring, just the insulation which also is no longer harmful. Night one and I already saw a difference. Usually when it gets cold at night by 2:00 am our home temp inside drops, we stayed a steady temperature throughout the night, I might be a bit crazy, but it feels like there's a sound dampening effect too - I don't have to have the TV on as high of a volume. Follow-up, they add traps and will come back to monitor in a couple weeks to make sure there is no activity. Another over the top customer service layer - we had Jordan as our project/site manager for the day - I was texted by the system with his picture, LOVE this feature, its really helpful. And he called when he was closer. He kept me updated throughout the day and was just really kind, very professional and the crew he brought, Jesse and I did not catch the other gentleman's name - they worked so incredibly hard, and efficiently. We really appreciated this crew, they were amazing. If you are hesitating for any reason to get your insulation in your attic done - DON'T - it is 100000000% worth every dollar, which by the way is an incredible value when you really think about what it does for your home. I am quite mad at myself for not doing it sooner, but certain things had to happen first, so here we are! I would choose Attic Bros in a heartbeat and whole heartedly recommend them!

We live on a street with a high water table, and the seasonal rains routinely brought seasonal smells of mildew and moisture when you entered the home. Significant and noticeable. As were the bacterias and significant colds we'd experience as well. it was just not healthy. With their help and detailed efforts we're two years into the new environment and havn't hand anything but clean clear dry air and no green sneezes. (Sorry, but, it's true). This project was unusually complex and took nearly four months to complete. The process involved rodent exclusion, removal of decades of accumulated insulation, asbestos abatement, attic sanitization, installation of new ductwork, and finally new insulation. Throughout every stage, Ahmad remained involved, checking in regularly and making sure everything was progressing. A special thank you to Dave and Eddie, who removed the old insulation and installed the new material. What appeared to be a straightforward job of insulation removal, turned out to involve three layers of different insulation materials dating back to the 1950s. Despite the unexpected workload and physical demands, they never complained. They remained cheerful, professional, respectful, and hardworking throughout the entire process. As a senior citizen who carefully researches major home repairs, I greatly appreciated Ahmad's patience in answering my many questions. He was consistently kind, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Unfortunately, not every contractor I met during this project demonstrated those qualities. They thoroughly explained their recommendations and patiently broke down why batting insulation wasn't the right fit for our home. They also offered wall insulation which was what we were also looking for as our south facing walls always felt warm to the touch in the summer. We ended up hiring them, and they completed the entire job in just a few hours. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing this, and I can now confidently say they did a fantastic job! The house feels significantly cooler and much less humid. (Keep in mind we had zero insulation before, so results might vary if you already have some old insulation). We'll see how it holds up this winter, but for now, I highly recommend them. To top it off, they gave us the most affordable quote by far--and it included the wall insulation, whereas other companies charged more just for the attic!
